本发明涉及一种车辆用智能钥匙,更详细地涉及可固定电池的车辆用智能钥匙。
背景技术
一般来讲,智能钥匙使车辆的车门处于上锁或解锁状态,是为了启动车辆而在远程利用射频识别(RFID,radio frequency identification)方式进行工作的装置。这种智能钥匙可包括遥控钥匙(Fob key)及卡片钥匙等。智能钥匙根据内置的电池而进行工作。
由于智能钥匙的电池的固定结构是根据形成在端子的硬接触肋等强制按压电池的侧面来进行过盈配合结合而组装的结构,因此可容易发生端子的变形。并且,当电池的大小大于电池的固定结构时,电池无法插入到固定结构,由此存在不能组装电池的问题。并且,当电池的大小小于电池的固定结构时,不能固定电池,由此存在可能发生浮动的问题。

参照图1、图2,根据本发明的一实施例的车辆用智能钥匙包括基体部10、第一端子部20、第二端子部30、防脱离部40、加压部100。
基体部10由板状形成,在一侧或两侧面安装用于车辆远程控制的电子零件,并形成引导电子零件的电信号的电路。根据本发明的一实施例的基体部10由板状的印刷电路板(PCB)形成,可安装借助一个以上的开关12的操作产生电信号的电子零件,例如电子元件、天线之类的电子零件。基体部10可设置在壳体(未图示),并可包括可结合在壳体的结合单元。

第二端子部30与第一端子部20相隔开而相向配置,形成使上述电池插入的插入部11。根据本发明的一实施例的插入部11与电池1的形状对应,可形成为大概圆筒形状的留有中空空间的形状。但是,插入部11的高度、宽度不局限于一个,根据电池1的形状、大小可多样地设计变更。
根据本发明的一实施例的第二端子部30如图1至图4所示由板状形成,水平配置,遮盖电池1的上侧面即第二电极3。第二端子部30由后述的防脱离部40或加压部100形成为一体的情况下,由此可与基体部10相结合,可根据额外的结合部件(未图示)结合在基体部10。在第二端子部30可形成朝向电池1的第二电极3突出并与电池1的第二电极3电接触的接触凸起。第二端子部30不局限于这种形状,在结合在基体部10并与第二电极3相接触、可形成插入部11的形状的技术思想内可实现多种设计变更。
防脱离部40从第二端子部30延伸至基体部10,与电池1的侧面相接,防止电池1从插入部11脱离。根据本发明的一实施例的防脱离部40由从第二端子部30的端部朝向基体部10垂直延伸的板状形成,与电池1的侧面的一部分相接地形成。由此,防脱离部40从第二端子部30的端部堵住电池1的插入途径,可防止电池1从插入部11中脱离。防脱离部40形成为多个,在多个地点可与电池1相接地形成。防脱离部40的形状不局限于一个形状,在从第二端子部30延伸至基体部10、与电池1的侧面相接的技术思想内可实现多种设计变更。
加压部100可与电池1相接触地连接在第二端子部30,借助弹性恢复力维持电池1和防脱离部40的接触。加压部100形成为具有朝向插入部11的方向即电池1的侧面的弹性力。由此,当电池1组装在插入部11时,可加压而固定电池1。加压部100可与第二端子部30形成为一体,还可从第二端子部30可拆装地形成。加压部100形成为多个,在多个地点可与上述电池相接触。由此,加压部100在多个地点可加压电池1,由此可更加有效地防止电池1的浮动。
根据本发明的一实施例的防脱离部40和加压部100以插入部11的最大半径为基准,可分别以相反方向配置形成。当插入部11与电池1的形状对应形成时,插入部11的最大半径可与电池1本身的最大半径相同。根据本发明的一实施例,如图1至图4所示,电池1由圆筒形状形成,插入部11形成为与其对应的中空空间时,插入部11的最大半径与电池1的直径长度对应。这种情况下,以电池1的直径为基准,防脱离部40形成为横挡电池1的一侧的半圆周围,加压部100以加压剩余的半圆周围的方式形成。由此,电池1插入到插入部11时,电池1被加压部100受到的加压力的矢量方向可朝向防脱离部40,由此可增强电池1的固定力。
下面,具体说明加压部100的结构。
图5为简要表示根据本发明的一实施例的加压部100的结构的立体图,图6为从正面观察根据本发明的一实施例的加压部100的结构的图,图7为从上侧观察根据本发明的一实施例的加压部100的结构的图。
参照图5至图7,根据本发明的一实施例的加压部100包括加压部本体110、弹性部120、支撑部130。
加压部本体110从第二端子部30朝向基体部10延伸,与电池1的侧面相向配置。在加压部本体110形成贯通孔111,以使后述的弹性部120可通过贯通孔111进行移动。加压部本体110可与第二端子部30形成为一体,还可从第二端子部30可拆装地形成。根据本发明的一实施例的加压部本体110如图5至图7所示,由从第二端子部30向基体部10垂直延伸的板形状形成。在加压部本体110的下端部形成可结合在基体部10的结合凸起112,可将第二端子部30结合在基体部10。在加压部本体110,沿加压部本体110的长度方向形成长孔形的贯通孔111以便与电池1的侧面相向。加压部本体110不局限于如图5至图7所示的形状,在从第二端子部30向基体部10延伸、形成贯通孔111的形状的技术思想内可实现多种设计变更。
弹性部120以能够通过贯通孔111进行移动的方式连接在加压部本体110,以加压电池1的侧面的方向具有弹性恢复力。弹性部120可与加压部本体110形成为一体,还可从加压部本体110可拆装地连接。弹性部120具有比起贯通孔111的宽度更窄的宽度,通过贯通孔111可移动地形成。由此,可提高电池1的组装性。弹性部120优选由可弹性变形的塑料、高分子材料等弹性材质形成,以能够形成使电池1插入的空间。
根据本发明的一实施例的弹性部120可包括弯曲部(bending部)121、接触部122、卡止部123。
弯曲部121从加压部本体110的端部向上述防脱离部40侧弯曲(bending)形成。根据本发明的一实施例的弯曲部121与加压部本体110形成为一体,从加压部本体110的端部通过包边(hemming)工序,形成为以180度弯曲的形状。由此,弯曲部121使弹性部120占最小限度的空间,可与加压部本体110相连接。
接触部122从弯曲部121延伸,与电池1相接触地形成。根据本发明的一实施例的接触部122从弯曲部121朝向插入部11延伸,可与电池1的侧面相接触地形成。接触部122在与电池1相接触的部位,与电池1的侧面曲率对应地弯曲,形成台阶部。由此,当电池1插入到插入部11时,接触部122根据台阶部可固定电池1。接触部122的形状不局限于如图5至图7所示的形状,在从弯曲部121延伸,与电池1相接触的形状的技术思想内可实现多种设计变更。
卡止部123从接触部122朝向贯通孔111延伸形成。根据本发明的一实施例的卡止部123形成为杆形状,从接触部122的弯曲的部分远离电池1的方向延伸,即朝向贯通孔111延伸。卡止部123的端部与支撑部130的面平行地可弯曲为规定的角度,以便可与后述的支撑部130顺利地接触。卡止部123的形状不局限于一个形状,在从接触部122朝向贯通孔111延伸形成的形状的技术思想内可实现多种设计变更。
当电池1从插入部11脱离、插入,或者电池1插入到插入部11的状态下发生浮动而倾斜到一侧时,支撑部130与卡止部123相接而限制上述卡止部123的移动的同时支撑上述弹性部120。支撑部130与卡止部123相接,优选由具有适当刚性的材料形成,以便充分耐于电池1的插入过程中或者插入之后施加的荷重。根据本发明的一实施例的支撑部130以从加压部100的外侧即从加压部100的外面远离电池1的侧面的方向凸出,与卡止部123相向弯曲,与上述卡止部123相接形成。支撑部130可与加压部100形成为一体,还可从加压部100可拆装地形成。支撑部130的宽度可由比起卡止部123的宽度更宽的宽度形成,以便可有效地与卡止部123接触。支撑部130不局限于如图5至图7所示的形状,在与卡止部123相接,限制上述卡止部123的移动的形状的技术思想内可实现多种设计变更。
下面,具体说明根据本发明的一实施例的车辆用智能钥匙的工作。
图8、图9为表示根据本发明的一实施例的车辆用智能钥匙的工作的工作图。
参照图8、图9,当电池1通过插入部11插入时,电池1与加压部100的接触部122相接触而滑动。随着电池1被插入,接触部122朝向贯通孔111展开,这种展开动作出现至达到电池1的最大直径为止。并且,达到电池1的最大直径之前,与接触部122相连接的卡止部123与支撑部130相接时,弹性部120发生弹性变形,允许电池1的插入。
之后,若电池1完全被插入,则接触部122借助弹性恢复力来加压电池1的侧面。施加于电池1的加压力朝向防脱离部40传递,由此电池1与防脱离部40相接触的状态下被固定。
根据智能钥匙的使用或振动等,电池1在插入部11内摇动的情况下,电池1倾斜到一侧,将接触部122推向贯通孔111的方向。随着接触部122移动,与接触部122相连接的卡止部123也通过贯通孔111进行移动。当卡止部123移动规定距离以上时,卡止部123与形成在加压部本体110的外侧的支撑部130相接而限制更多的移动。
根据上述结构和工作,根据本发明的一实施例的车辆用智能钥匙可顺利组装电池。
并且,根据本发明的一实施例的车辆用智能钥匙可利用弹性加压力来固定电池。
并且,根据本发明的一实施例的车辆用智能钥匙可适用于多种的电池大小、形状。
并且,根据本发明的一实施例的车辆用智能钥匙发生弹性变形,以适当的力固定电池,由此可防止端子或电池的损伤。
并且,根据本发明的一实施例的车辆用智能钥匙限制弹性变形的范围,由此可防止电池的浮动。
虽然本发明参照附图所示的实施例来说明,但这只不过是例示性的,只要是本技术领域的普通技术人员,就能理解从中可实现多种变形及等同的其他实施例。
因此,本发明的技术保护范围应当根据所附的权利要求书做出决定。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆用智能钥匙,其特征在于,包括:
基体部;
第一端子部,结合在所述基体部,与电池的第一电极相接触,并与所述电池电连接;
第二端子部,与所述第一端子部相向配置,形成使所述电池插入的插入部,与所述电池的第二电极相接触,并与所述电池电连接;
防脱离部,从所述第二端子部延伸至所述基体部,与所述电池的侧面相接,防止所述电池从所述插入部中脱离;以及
加压部,能够与所述电池相接触地连接在所述第二端子部,借助弹性恢复力来维持所述电池与所述防脱离部的接触,
其中,所述加压部包括:
加压部本体,从所述第二端子部朝向所述基体部延伸成与所述电池的侧面相向配置,并具有贯通孔;
支撑部;以及
弹性部,连接在所述加压部本体以便能够移动通过所述贯通孔,且在加压所述电池的侧面的方向上具有弹性恢复力,
所述弹性部包括:
弯曲部,从所述加压部本体的端部向所述防脱离部侧弯曲;
接触部,从所述弯曲部延伸,并与所述电池相接触;以及
卡止部,从所述接触部朝向所述贯通孔延伸,
其中,所述弹性部的宽度比所述贯通孔的宽度窄,
所述支撑部与所述卡止部相接并在限制所述卡止部的移动的同时支撑所述弹性部,
所述支撑部的宽度比所述卡止部的宽度宽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述防脱离部和所述加压部以所述插入部的最大半径为基准,分别以相反方向进行配置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述支撑部向所述加压部的外侧突出,与所述卡止部相向弯曲,并与所述卡止部相接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述第二端子部结合在所述基体部。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的车辆用智能钥匙,其特征在于,具有多个所述加压部,所述加压部与所述电池在多个部位相接。
