Abstract

本发明涉及高分子材料领域,更具体的说涉及一种含氟羟基硅油及其制备方法,所述的含氟羟基硅油,该含氟羟基硅油由含氟单体与羟基不饱和单体、含氢硅烷或硅油在催化剂及溶剂作用下进行加成反应,再通过多元共聚、扩链反应得到。本发明主要用于有机硅柔软剂合成中,使用本发明制得的柔软剂柔软整理后的织物,在纤维表面呈现一层膜结构,相对未整理的织物表面更光滑,且具有较好的耐洗性、柔软性、润湿性。此外,自制柔软剂相对较低,具有很大的市场前景。

Description

一种含氟羟基硅油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,更具体的说涉及一种含氟羟基硅油及其制备方法。
技术背景
含氟硅油是一种性能优异的新型高分子材料,它兼具有机硅和有机氟化合物的优点,分子以Si—O链为主链,在侧链或主链上引入一定数量的含氟基团,其有较低的表面能、卓越的热稳定性能、抗溶剂性、耐候性等性能,被广泛的应用在纺织品和皮革整理、地板打磨、涂料和涂料添加剂、消泡剂以及航空液压油等领域。含氟羟基硅油是以羟基封端的低聚物。不仅具有氟硅聚合物的耐高低温、耐溶剂、耐油等特性,而且由于大量硅羟基的存在有很大的反应活性,用途广泛。
制备羟基封端氟硅油在理论上最简便的路线是由3,3,3-三氟丙基甲基二氯硅烷直接水解,但水解产生的HCl使体系呈强酸性,导致水解生成的硅羟基很容易自聚、环化,往往得到线状聚合物和环状硅氧烷的复杂混合物且此类该方法生产的羟基氟硅油成本也较高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种含氟硅油及其制备方法,由本方法制备的含氟硅油可用作柔软剂,能够改善织物的表面性能,使其具有优异的耐洗性、柔软性、润湿性。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现的。
一种含氟羟基硅油,该含氟羟基硅油由含氟单体与羟基不饱和单体、含氢硅烷或硅油在催化剂及溶剂作用下进行加成反应,再通过多元共聚、扩链反应得到。
所述的含氟单体选自(甲基)丙烯酸三氟乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸六氟丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸八氟戊酯中的一种。
所述的羟基不饱和单体选自烯丙基聚醚多元醇(如烯丙基聚乙二醇)、烯丙基聚酯多元醇(如羟基封端不饱和聚酯)、长链烷基不饱和多元醇(如油醇、肉桂醇、3-丁烯醇等烯醇类)。
上述原料均购自隆誉翼尧(北京)科技有限公司
含氢硅烷或硅油为单端或双端含氢硅烷或硅油。
所述的催化剂为四甲基氢氧化铵。
所述的醇溶液为甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇中的一种。
所述的含氟羟基硅油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将羟基不饱和单体和含氟单体加入反应器中,并加入醇溶液,然后升温至120~160℃反应2~4.5h;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的产物降温至60~65℃,加入含氟单体质量20~30倍的含氢硅烷或硅油,含氢硅烷质量0.05%~0.1%的催化剂;在真空度为0.6~0.9MPa的条件下抽真空并搅拌,升温至90~110℃,保持0.5~2h,同时抽出第一步中的溶剂,然后在120~150℃下继续反应1.5~3h至体系粘度不再变化,得到有机硅多元共聚物;
步骤3:向步骤2的有机硅多元共聚物中加入质量比为3~6∶1的异丙醇和水至固含量为50%~70%,并使用冰醋酸调节pH至5~6,在60~65℃下搅拌1~2h,得到有机硅多元共聚物;
步骤4:对体系进行升温,升温至30-50℃,并保温10~24h,全程持续搅拌,得终产物。

本发明的有益技术效果在于:本发明主要用于有机硅柔软剂合成中,使用本发明制得的柔软剂柔软整理后的织物,在纤维表面呈现一层膜结构,相对未整理的织物表面更光滑,且具有较好的耐洗性、柔软性、润湿性。此外,自制柔软剂相对较低,具有很大的市场前景。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
实施例1
步骤1:将15.28g烯丙基聚醚多元醇和2.5g(甲基)丙烯酸三氟乙酯按照物质的量比1.1∶1加入反应器中,并加入与上述反应物质量相同的异丙醇,然后升温至110℃反应3~3.5h;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的产物降温至60~65℃,加入(甲基)丙烯酸三氟乙酯质量20倍的四甲基二氢硅氧烷,四甲基二氢硅氧烷质量0.05%的四甲基氢氧化铵;在真空度为0.6~0.9MPa的条件下抽真空并搅拌,升温至90℃,保持0.5~2h,同时抽出第一步中的溶剂,然后在120℃下继续反应1.5~3h至体系粘度不再变化,得到有机硅多元共聚物;
步骤3:向步骤2的有机硅多元共聚物中加入质量比为3∶1的异丙醇和水至固含量为50%~70%,并使用冰醋酸调节pH至5~6,在60~65℃下搅拌1~2h,得到有机硅多元共聚物织物柔软剂。
步骤4:对体系进行升温,升温至30-35℃,并保温24h,全程持续搅拌,得终产物。
实施例2
步骤1:将13.89g烯丙基聚酯多元醇和2.5g(甲基)丙烯酸六氟丁酯加入反应器中,并加入与反应物总质量相同的异丙醇,然后升温至150℃反应2h,得到产物;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的产物降温至60~45℃,加入(甲基)丙烯酸六氟丁酯质量20~30倍的氢基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷,含氢硅烷质量0.05%~0.1%的催化剂四甲基氢氧化铵;在真空度为0.6~0.9MPa的条件下抽真空并搅拌,升温至110℃,保持1h,同时抽出第一步中的溶剂,然后在130~135℃下继续反应2h至体系粘度不再变化,得到有机硅多元共聚物;
步骤3:向步骤2的有机硅多元共聚物中加入质量比为4∶1的异丙醇和水至固含量为50%~70%,并使用冰醋酸调节pH至5~6,在60~65℃下搅拌1~2h,得到有机硅多元共聚物织物柔软剂。
步骤4:对体系进行升温,升温至50℃,并保温12h,全程持续搅拌。
实施例3
步骤1:将20.83g肉桂醇和2.5g(甲基)丙烯酸八氟戊酯加入反应器中,并加入与上述反应物质量相同的异丙醇,然后升温至160℃反应2h;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的产物降温至60~45℃,加入(甲基)丙烯酸八氟戊酯质量20~30倍的分子量为17200的单端含氢硅油,含单端含氢硅油质量0.1%的催化剂四甲基氢氧化铵;在真空度为0.8MPa的条件下抽真空并搅拌,升温至90~95℃,保持1.5h,同时抽出第一步中的溶剂,然后在145~150℃下继续反应3h至体系粘度不再变化,得到有机硅多元共聚物;
步骤3:向步骤2的有机硅多元共聚物中加入质量比为6∶1的异丙醇和水至固含量为50%~70%,并使用冰醋酸调节pH至5~6,在60~65℃下搅拌1~2h,得到有机硅多元共聚物织物柔软剂。
步骤4:对体系进行升温,升温至45~50℃,并保温18h,全程持续搅拌,得终产物。
试验例
1、整理工艺
以柔软整理剂用量40g/L,轧余率85%,80℃预烘3min,130℃焙烘1.5min的整理工艺整理织物,测试织物的硬挺度、手感、断裂强力、白度、润湿时间等性能。
2、织物性能
按照相关标准对织物强力(GB/T 3917.2-2009)、白度(JJG 512-2002)、润湿性(AATCC 79-2004)、柔软性(手摸)、硬挺度(ZB W04003-879)进行测试。
3、耐洗性测试结果
将经过柔软整理的织物进行水洗试验,并在水洗后测试织物的手感,结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,25次水洗后手感变化不大,在经过35次以上水洗后,织物上的柔软剂薄膜开始脱落,手感下降但依然能保留3级以上的手感。
4、与市售柔软剂应用性能对比
选取常用的市售三元嵌段硅油柔软剂(固含量60%)和自制有机硅多元共聚柔软剂(固含量30%),用量80g/L,轧余率85%,80℃预烘3min,130℃焙烘1.5min,测试整理后织物的有关性能,结果见表2。

由表2可见,自制柔软剂手感和白度优于市售柔软剂,折皱回复角相差不大,回弹性相当,并且润湿时间较市售柔软剂短,说明润湿性相对较好。综合考虑各项指标,自制柔软剂有明显的优势,达到了柔软效果,提高了整理后织物的白度和强力。

Claims (7)

1.一种含氟羟基硅油,其特征在于,所述含氟羟基硅油由含氟单体与羟基不饱和单体、含氢硅烷或硅油在催化剂及溶剂作用下进行加成反应,再通过多元共聚、扩链反应得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含氟羟基硅油,其特征在于,所述的含氟单体选自(甲基)丙烯酸三氟乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸六氟丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸八氟戊酯中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含氟羟基硅油,其特征在于,所述的羟基不饱和单体选自烯丙基聚醚多元醇、烯丙基聚酯多元醇、长链烷基不饱和多元醇中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含氟羟基硅油,其特征在于,含氢硅烷或硅油为单端或双端含氢硅烷或硅油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含氟羟基硅油,其特征在于,所述的催化剂为四甲基氢氧化铵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含氟羟基硅油,其特征在于,所述的醇溶液为甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含氟羟基硅油,其特征在于,所述的含氟羟基硅油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将羟基不饱和单体和含氟单体加入反应器中,并加入醇溶液,然后升温至120~160℃反应2~4.5h;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的产物降温至60~65℃,加入含氟单体质量20~30倍的含氢硅烷或硅油,含氢硅烷质量0.05%~0.1%的催化剂;在真空度为0.6~0.9MPa的条件下抽真空并搅拌,升温至90~110℃,保持0.5~2h,同时抽出第一步中的溶剂,然后在120~150℃下继续反应1.5~3h至体系粘度不再变化,得到有机硅多元共聚物;
步骤3:向步骤2的有机硅多元共聚物中加入质量比为3~6∶1的异丙醇和水至固含量为50%~70%,并使用冰醋酸调节pH至5~6,在60~65℃下搅拌1~2h,得到有机硅多元共聚物;
步骤4:对体系进行升温,升温至30-50℃,并保温10~24h,全程持续搅拌,得终产物。
