本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂,所述整理剂包括亲水组分、抗静电组分、柔软组分、防紫外剂组分、聚氨酯组分和水,其中各组分的重量份为:亲水组分14-28份、抗静电组分30-42份、柔软组分12-25份、防紫外剂组分12-40份、聚氨酯组分15-35份和水24-37份,其中所述聚氨酯组分包括聚氨酯聚体基团和双端氨基聚硅氧烷基团,所述聚氨酯聚体基团分别添加设置在亲水组分、抗静电组分中,所述双端氨基聚硅氧烷基团添加设置在柔软组分、防紫外剂组分中,所述聚氨酯聚体基团中包括多元醇、催化剂和扩链剂,所述双端氨基聚硅氧烷基团中包括八甲基环四硅氧烷和基双封头剂。

2、量取定量的柔软组分至另一反应器,接着加入八甲基环四硅氧烷和氨基双封头剂,在80摄氏度的环境下进行搅拌,补充加入四甲基氢氧化铵,升温至100摄氏度以上反应10小时后,量取加入定量的防紫外剂组分,制得混合物B,使双端氨基聚硅氧烷基团在柔软组分形成并与防紫外剂组分混合;
3、将混合物A和混合物B经装有吸附剂的层析柱处理后,在放置有水的反应器中混合,加入催化剂后升温至60摄氏度左右,反应3小时后加入入甲乙酮肟封端反应1小时,再次进行搅拌后减压蒸馏,取上层清液,得到成品的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:制备的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂在原有的提升纺织物的亲水、放紫外线灯功效的基础上,进一步将聚氨酯融入到纺织整理剂中,使纺织整理剂具有进一步的改善织物手感、提升纺织物耐久度的功效,显著的提升整理剂的效果。

3、将混合物A和混合物B经装有吸附剂的层析柱处理后,在放置有24份水的反应器中混合,加入催化剂后升温至60摄氏度左右,反应3小时后加入入甲乙酮肟封端反应1小时,再次进行搅拌后减压蒸馏,取上层清液,得到成品的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂。

3、将混合物A和混合物B经装有吸附剂的层析柱处理后,在放置有水的反应器中混合,加入催化剂后升温至60摄氏度左右,反应3小时后加入入甲乙酮肟封端反应1小时,再次进行搅拌后减压蒸馏,取上层清液,得到成品的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂。

3、将混合物A和混合物B经装有吸附剂的层析柱处理后,在放置有28份水的反应器中混合,加入催化剂后升温至60摄氏度左右,反应3小时后加入入甲乙酮肟封端反应1小时,再次进行搅拌后减压蒸馏,取上层清液,得到成品的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂。

在本发明的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。限定有“第一”、“第二”等的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。

Claims (9)

1.一种聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂,其特征在于,所述整理剂包括亲水组分、抗静电组分、柔软组分、防紫外剂组分、聚氨酯组分和水,其中各组分的重量份为:亲水组分14-28份、抗静电组分30-42份、柔软组分12-25份、防紫外剂组分12-40份、聚氨酯组分15-35份和水24-37份;
其中所述聚氨酯组分包括聚氨酯聚体基团和双端氨基聚硅氧烷基团,所述聚氨酯聚体基团分别添加设置在亲水组分、抗静电组分中,所述双端氨基聚硅氧烷基团添加设置在柔软组分、防紫外剂组分中;
所述聚氨酯聚体基团中包括多元醇、催化剂和扩链剂,所述双端氨基聚硅氧烷基团中包括八甲基环四硅氧烷和基双封头剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂,其特征在于,所述整理剂中各组分的各组分的重量份为:亲水组分16-25份、抗静电组分34-40份、柔软组分10-22份、防紫外剂组分16-35份、聚氨酯组分18-32份和水26-32份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂,其特征在于,所述整理剂中各组分的各组分的重量份为:亲水组分21份、抗静电组分39份、柔软组分18份、防紫外剂组分27份、聚氨酯组分24份和水28份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂,其特征在于,所述清水组分为聚乙二醇二甲醚、聚丙二醇甲醚、对苯二甲酸二甲酯中的一种或者多种的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂,其特征在于,所述抗静电组分为聚氧乙烯烷基醚、、聚氧乙烯烷基胺、烷基多元醇中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂,其特征在于,所述柔软组分为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、双十八烷基琥珀酸磺酸盐、甘油单脂肪酸酯、聚硅氧烷中的一中。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂,其特征在于,所述防紫外组分为紫草提取物和季铵碱木质素-氧化锌复合材料混合组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂,其特征在于,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,所述扩链剂为4,4′-亚甲基双(3-氯-2,6-二乙基苯胺)。
9.一种包括权利要求1-8中任一所述的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、量取定量的亲水组分、抗静电组分,加入反应器,接着加入多元醇、催化剂和扩链剂,混合后进行搅拌,保持温度在50摄氏度时滴加异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯,在80摄氏度保温两小时后,加入量聚醚三元醇和溶剂丁酮,交联反应后制得混合物A,使聚氨酯聚体基团形成并分布在亲水组分、抗静电组分中;
2)、量取定量的柔软组分至另一反应器,接着加入八甲基环四硅氧烷和氨基双封头剂,在80摄氏度的环境下进行搅拌,补充加入四甲基氢氧化铵,升温至100摄氏度以上反应10小时后,量取加入定量的防紫外剂组分,制得混合物B,使双端氨基聚硅氧烷基团在柔软组分形成并与防紫外剂组分混合;
3)、将混合物A和混合物B经装有吸附剂的层析柱处理后,在放置有水的反应器中混合,加入催化剂后升温至60摄氏度左右,反应3小时后加入入甲乙酮肟封端反应1小时,再次进行搅拌后减压蒸馏,取上层清液,得到成品的聚氨酯环保纺织整理剂。
