背景技术
洗发露又称洗发液、洗发水、洗发香波,是日化用品中的一种,也是人们生活中的必需品。洗发露的主要功能是清洁头皮、头发,保持头皮、头发清洁干净。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于洗发露的品质、功能的要求也越来越高,不再是简单的清洁功效。目前社会发展节奏快,人们生活、工作压力大,脱发问题严重影响人们的心情,因此人们在选择洗发露时,除了去屑、清洁、润发之外,对防脱发洗发露更为青睐。目前市场上洗发产品种类众多,若选用不当不仅不能解决防脱发问题,严重的会加剧脱发、造成头皮和头发损伤。
中国发明专利CA106074351A公开了一种防脱洗发露,包括如下重量份的组分,桑根白皮20份,野蔷薇枝12份,核桃2份,大枣5份,硅油4份,柠檬汁80份,覆盆子10份,柳树枝10份,旱莲草10份,当归12份,何首乌6份,肉桂4份,蜂蜜50份,甘油20份,石蜡10份,苯丙酸钠10份,甘油6份,麻叶8份,桑叶8份,香精1份。本发明提供的防脱洗发露,制作简单,采用的生产原料选择无毒性的,涂料的使用效果好,环保,可形成坚韧涂层,具有很好的使用效果。使用中药材种类众多,且防脱、清洁、保湿效果不明显。
因此,本发明提供一种植物提取液及其在防脱洗发露中的应用。

所述叉分蓼提取液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将叉分蓼叶和根清洗干净、干燥;将干燥的叉分蓼进行蒸汽爆破,蒸汽压力为0.8-1.1Mpa,蒸汽爆破时间为0.01-0.03s,保压时间15-20s,得到叉分蓼汽爆料;将叉分蓼汽爆料粉碎,过20-40目筛,得到叉分蓼粉末;取200-500重量份叉分蓼粉末、5-10重量份蛋白胨、20-30重量份玉米粉、300-750重量份水加入三角瓶中搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ,将得到混合物Ⅱ置于115℃灭菌20min,然后加入混合物Ⅱ重量3-5wt%的菌种,于30-37℃发酵8-12天,发酵结束后置于115℃灭菌15-20min,灭菌后将发酵后的物质干燥、粉碎,得到发酵叉分蓼粉末;按浴比1g:(15-25)mL将发酵叉分蓼粉末加入水中混合均匀进行超声处理1-2h,超声功率为800-1000W,超声频率为18-22kHz,离心,得到叉分蓼上清液C和沉淀C;将沉淀C、纤维素酶加入水中在35-50℃酶解5-8h,离心,得到上清液E,所述沉淀C、纤维素酶、水的质量比为(10-20):(0.01-0.06):(30-50);将上清液C、上清液E混合均匀,在真空度0.06-0.1MPa、温度为60-70℃下进行减压浓缩,浓缩至密度为1.00-1.10g/mL(25℃),得到叉分蓼提取液。
所述菌种为植物乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌中的一种或两种混合物;优选的,所述菌种为植物乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌按质量比(1-5):(1-3)混合。
所述桑芽茶提取液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将桑芽茶粉碎,过60-80目筛,得到桑叶茶粉末;将桑芽茶粉末加入离子液体溶液中混合均匀进行微波处理10-20min,微波功率为600W,过滤,除去滤渣,将滤液静置分层,收集离子液体层;采用等体积的乙酸乙酯对离子液体层萃取2-3次,合并乙酸乙酯相,依次采用水、饱和氯化钠水溶液进行洗涤,收集有机层,再用无水硫酸钠对有机层进行干燥,过滤,取滤液在真空度0.06-0.1MPa、温度为60-70℃下进行减压浓缩,浓缩至密度为1.00-1.10g/mL(25℃),得到桑芽茶提取液,所述桑芽茶粉末、离子液体溶液的料液比为1:(8-15);所述离子液体溶液由离子液体、无水乙醇、水按质量比(0.1-0.2):(70-80):(20-30)混合得到。
所述离子液体为1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑甲磺酸盐中的一种或两种混合物。优选的,所述离子液体由1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑甲磺酸盐按质量比(1-3):(1-3)混合。
委陵菜,学名为Potentilla chinensis Ser.,多年生草本,委陵菜提取液含有委陵菜酸、齐墩果酸,具有促生发、抑制5α-还原酶的作用。
叉分蓼,学名为Polygonum divaricatum L.,是蓼科蓼属植物。叉分蓼提取液含有金丝桃苷(hyperoside)、槲皮苷(quercitrin)、表没食子儿茶素(epigallocatechol),能够缓解头皮出油现象;
桑芽茶是用桑叶嫩芽经科学配制做成的茶,桑为桑科桑属落叶乔木。其叶、果、枝、根皮均可入药,桑芽茶含有黄酮化台物、豆素、氨基酸、生物碱和芳香油等;本发明采用离子液体与微波、酶解结合处理桑茶叶,显著提高有效物质含量,离子液体作为溶剂、催化剂与桑茶叶表面的有机基团通过静电、氢键作用结合进一步溶解纤维素,进一步通过微波处理,导致细胞膜结构破裂,同时结合果胶酶、麦芽糖酶进一步酶解桑茶叶细胞内物质,加速了溶剂对桑茶叶的渗透、有效成分溶出。桑芽茶提取液中含有黄酮化台物、豆素、茶多酚、氨基酸、生物碱和芳香油,茶多酚不仅能够清洁油脂防止毛囊堵塞造成脱发,而且能够杀菌消炎防止多种细菌滋生的作用,对头皮、头发具有良好的清洁、抗菌、修复作用。
委陵菜提取液、叉分蓼提取液、桑芽茶提取液按一定配比协同作用具有良好的改善头皮环境,防止毛囊堵塞、调新陈代谢,同时为头皮、头发输送能量、营养物质,显著改善脱发效果。

0.5-2重量份壳聚糖季铵盐、10-20重量份月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、0.2-2重量份卡波姆U20、1-5重量份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、0.1-1.5重量份尿囊素、0.05-0.5重量份藜麦皂苷、1-10重量份椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、3-8重量份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、0.1-0.5重量份β-谷甾醇、1-3重量份小麦胚芽提取物、0.5-5重量份鳕鱼骨胶原肽、1-3重量份核桃蛋白、0.3-5重量份亚麻籽油、0.5-1重量份香精、5-15重量份上述植物提取液、1-3重量份1,3-丙二醇、0.1-0.5重量份维生素B5、80-100重量份水。
小麦胚芽提取物中含有不饱和脂肪酸、维生素系物质、多种矿物质,不仅能为头发生长提供丰富的营养物质能有效保持头皮弹性,同时对头发、头皮具有抗菌、修复、防脱作用;亚麻籽油富含丰富的不饱和脂肪酸起到保湿、抗过敏作用,能有效保护毛囊中色素,使得头皮黑亮,顺直,并起到保护生物活性,增强其在头发上的附着作用。核桃蛋白具有丰富的天然氨基酸,有效保持头发、头皮的保湿作用,同时有效激活毛囊细胞,有效促进头发生长。β-谷甾醇具有较强的渗透性,保持皮肤水分,促进皮肤生长,具有良好的抗过敏、抗炎性能;藜麦皂苷是一种天然表面活性剂,起到乳化、分散、洗涤、增泡、增溶能力,能增强头皮的免疫能力,同时有很好的抗皮肤致病真菌、消炎、防腐作用,达到洗发、去头屑、止痒、保湿、舒缓的效果;维生素B5可以有效渗透头皮,改善头发光泽,减少头发损伤。鳕鱼骨胶原肽,为头皮和头发生长提供而丰富的营养成分,对头发、头皮具有良好的修复、保湿功能,有效促进头发生长,提高头发韧性。

所述改性鳕鱼骨胶原肽的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鳕鱼骨清洗干净,在50-60℃干燥10-12h,粉碎,过100-200目筛,得到鳕鱼骨粉末;将鳕鱼骨粉末、酶制剂加入水中搅拌均匀,于40-50℃酶解2-5h,然后加热至100℃灭灭火5-8min,离心,取上清液冷冻干燥,得到鳕鱼骨胶原肽,所述鳕鱼骨粉末、酶制剂、水的质量比为(9-15):(1-2):(100-200);所述酶制剂为胰蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶按质量比1:(1-2)混合;
(2)将单体、ε-聚赖氨酸、鳕鱼骨胶原肽加入0.2mol/L NaH2PO4-Na2 HPO4缓冲液中混合均匀,得到混合液,所述单体、ε-聚赖氨酸、鳕鱼骨胶原肽、NaH2 PO4-Na2 HPO4缓冲液的质量比为1:(1-3):(1-3):(50-120);再加入转谷氨酰胺酶溶液,在温度为30-40℃、以200-400转/分钟的转速搅拌5-8h,反应结束后加热至100℃灭灭火5-8min,抽滤、冷冻干燥,得到改性鳕鱼骨胶原肽,所述转谷氨酰胺酶溶液、混合液的质量比为(1-2):(5-6);所述转谷氨酰胺酶溶液为将0.1g转谷氨酰胺酶加入10mL 0.2mol/L NaH2 PO4-Na2 HPO4缓冲液中混合均匀。
所述单体为海藻糖、透明质酸中的一种或两种混合物;优选的,所述单体由海藻糖、透明质酸按质量比(1-3):(1-3)混合。
以海藻糖、透明质酸为原料对鳕鱼骨胶原肽进行改性处理,制备改性鳕鱼骨胶原肽;采用转谷氨酰胺酶作为交联剂将ε-聚赖氨酸、鳕鱼骨胶原肽进行交联同时接枝于海藻糖、透明质酸上,显著改善防脱洗发露保湿性能,同时改善植物提取液的稳定性。透明质酸、海藻糖具有良好的水溶性,在转谷氨酰胺酶的作用下将ε-聚赖氨酸、鳕鱼骨胶原肽接枝形成三维网状结构,进而改善保湿性能。
一种防脱洗发露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1将卡波姆U20、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠加入水中混合均匀,加热至80-85℃、以100-300转/分钟的转速搅拌20-30分钟,再依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、壳聚糖季铵盐、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、1,3-丙二醇,保持80-85℃、以100-300转/分钟的转速搅拌30-50分钟;
S2降温至50-60℃,之后依次加入上述植物提取液、藜麦皂苷、小麦胚芽提取物、鱼骨胶原肽/改性鱼骨胶原肽、核桃蛋白、维生素B5混合均匀,在50-60℃、以100-300转/分钟的转速搅拌30-40分钟;
S3降温至30-45℃,依次加入肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、尿囊素、β-谷甾醇、亚麻籽油、香精混合均匀,在30-45℃、以100-300转/分钟的转速搅拌30-40分钟;
S4降温至28-32℃,静置12-24小时,装罐,得到防脱洗发露。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的植物提取液,采用委陵菜提取液、叉分蓼提取液、桑芽茶提取液按一定配比组成,协同作用,具有良好的改善头皮环境,防止毛囊堵塞、调新陈代谢,同时为头皮、头发输送能量、营养物质,显著改善脱发效果;将其应用于防脱洗发露,安全健康,具有良好的保湿、防脱发、止痒效果,同时具有良好的丝滑感、柔顺感。

一种植物提取液,由委陵菜提取液、叉分蓼提取液、桑芽茶提取液按质量比2:5:3组成。
所述委陵菜提取液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将委陵菜清洗干净、干燥;将干燥的委陵菜进行蒸汽爆破,蒸汽压力为0.8Mpa,蒸汽爆破时间为0.01s,保压时间20s,得到委陵菜汽爆料;将委陵菜汽爆料粉碎,过40目筛,得到委陵菜粉末;取200重量份委陵菜粉末、5重量份蛋白胨、20重量份玉米粉、350重量份水加入三角瓶中搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ,将得到混合物Ⅰ置于115℃灭菌20min,然后加入混合物Ⅰ重量3wt%的菌种,于37℃发酵10天,发酵结束后置于115℃灭菌20min,干燥、粉碎,得到发酵委陵菜粉末;按浴比1g:15mL将发酵委陵菜粉末加入水中混合均匀进行超声处理2h,超声功率为800W,超声频率为20kHz,离心,得到上清液A和沉淀A;将沉淀A、纤维素酶加入水中在45℃酶解6h,离心,得到上清液B,所述沉淀A、纤维素酶、水的质量比为10:0.05:45;将上清液A、上清液B混合均匀,在真空度0.06MPa、温度为60℃下进行减压浓缩,浓缩至密度为1.10g/mL(25℃),得到委陵菜提取液。所述菌种为植物乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌按质量比2:1混合。
所述叉分蓼提取液的制备方法与委陵菜提取液的制备方法相同,区别在于:将委陵菜替换为叉分蓼。
所述桑芽茶提取液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将桑芽茶粉碎,过60目筛,得到桑叶茶粉末;将桑芽茶粉末加入离子液体溶液中混合均匀进行微波处理20min,微波功率为600W,所述桑芽茶粉末、离子液体溶液的料液比为1g:10mL,过滤,除去滤渣,将滤液静置分层,收集离子液体层;采用等体积的乙酸乙酯对离子液体层萃取3次,合并乙酸乙酯相,依次采用水、饱和氯化钠水溶液进行洗涤,收集有机层,再用无水硫酸钠对有机层进行干燥,过滤,取滤液在真空度0.06MPa、温度为60℃下进行减压浓缩,浓缩至密度为1.10g/mL(25℃),得到桑芽茶提取液,所述离子液体溶液由离子液体、无水乙醇、水按质量比0.1:80:20混合得到;所述离子液体为1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑甲磺酸盐按质量比1:1的混合物。
防脱洗发露,由以下重量份原料组成:0.5重量份壳聚糖季铵盐、15重量份月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、0.2重量份卡波姆U20、2重量份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、0.2重量份尿囊素、0.1重量份藜麦皂苷、8重量份椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、5重量份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、0.3重量份β-谷甾醇、3重量份小麦胚芽提取物、2重量份鳕鱼骨胶原肽、1重量份核桃蛋白、0.5重量份亚麻籽油、0.5重量份香精、8重量份上述植物提取液、2重量份1,3-丙二醇、0.2重量份维生素B5、100重量份水。

S1将卡波姆U20、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠加入水中混合均匀,加热至80℃、以300转/分钟的转速搅拌30分钟,再依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、壳聚糖季铵盐、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、1,3-丙二醇,保持80℃、以300转/分钟的转速搅拌50分钟;
S2降温至60℃,之后依次加入上述植物提取液、藜麦皂苷、小麦胚芽提取物、鱼骨胶原肽、核桃蛋白、维生素B5混合均匀,在60℃、以300转/分钟的转速搅拌40分钟;
S3降温至45℃,依次加入肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、尿囊素、β-谷甾醇、亚麻籽油、香精混合均匀,在45℃、以300转/分钟的转速搅拌40分钟;
S4降温至32℃,静置24小时,装罐,得到防脱洗发露。

所述改性鳕鱼骨胶原肽的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鳕鱼骨清洗干净,在60℃干燥12h,粉碎,过100目筛,得到鳕鱼骨粉末;将鳕鱼骨粉末、酶制剂加入水中搅拌均匀,于50℃酶解5h,然后加热至100℃灭活5min,离心,取上清液冷冻干燥,得到鳕鱼骨胶原肽,所述鳕鱼骨粉末、酶制剂、水的质量比为9:1:100;所述酶制剂为胰蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶按质量比1:1混合;
(2)将单体、ε-聚赖氨酸、鳕鱼骨胶原肽加入0.2mol/L NaH2PO4-Na2 HPO4缓冲液中混合均匀,得到混合液,所述单体、ε-聚赖氨酸、鳕鱼骨胶原肽、NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲液的质量比为1:3:3:120;再加入转谷氨酰胺酶溶液,所述转谷氨酰胺酶溶液、混合液的质量比为2:5;在温度为40℃、以400转/分钟的转速搅拌6h,反应结束后进行加热至100℃灭活5min,抽滤、冷冻干燥,得到改性鳕鱼骨胶原肽;所述转谷氨酰胺酶溶液为将0.1g转谷氨酰胺酶加入10mL0.2mol/L NaH2 PO4-Na2 HPO4缓冲液中混合均匀。所述单体由海藻糖、透明质酸按质量比2:1混合。

防脱发效果测试:测试对象为210名男性脱发患者,分为7组,每组30名。7组受试者分别使用本发明实施例1-6和对比例1制备的防脱洗发露,使用频率为每3天使用一次,每次使用30mL,除了本发明的中草药防脱洗发露外不再使用其他洗发、护发产品,测试期间也不进行染发、烫发等头发美容行为,使用16周后对防脱发疗效进行评价。
疗效评价标准:
治愈:头发无脱落,或每天脱发25根以内,发质柔软,梳理顺滑,发色发黑,无分叉、干枯、焦黄,头皮清爽,头脑清晰,头发润泽;
显效:脱发显著减少,或每天脱发在25-50根之间,发质柔软,梳理顺滑,发色发黑,基本无分叉、干枯、焦黄,透皮清爽,头脑清晰,头发润泽;
有效:脱发现象仍有,但每天脱发在50-75根之间,发质较柔软,比较容易梳理,发色变黑,基本无分叉、干枯、焦黄,透皮较清爽,头脑较清晰,头发较润泽。
无效:脱发现象无改变,或每天脱发在75根以上,头发硬脆,难以梳理,发质干枯,发色焦黄。

梳理性能测试:使用品牌为DIASTRON、型号为MTT175的头发测试仪进行。测试包括干梳理性、湿梳理性测试,所述湿梳理性测试是:将0.3g发束洗净,用2g质量分数为10%的月桂醇硫酸酯钠水溶液滋润1min,然后用清水冲洗干净,用梳子梳理一次以除去多余的水分,用头发测试仪测定湿发梳理功W1,重复上述步骤,每一样品测定3次,取平均值。湿梳理性测试完成后将头发样品放在空气中干燥24小时,测定其干发梳理功,重复上述步骤,每一样品测定3次,取平均值W2。另取0.3g发束、洗净,分别用2g实施例1-6和对比例1制备的防脱洗发露滋润1min,然后用清水冲洗干净,用梳子梳理一次以除去多余的水分,用头发测试仪测定湿发梳理功W1',重复上述步骤,每一样品测定3次,取平均值;将湿梳理性测试完成后将头发样品放在空气中干燥24小时,测定其干发梳理功W2',重复上述步骤,每一样品测定3次,取平均值。计算梳理功降低值。湿发梳理功降低值=(W1-W1')/W1×100%。干法梳理功降低值=(W2-W2′)/W2×100%。
表2梳理功测试结果
通过表2可知,防脱洗发露中含有改性鳕鱼骨胶原肽能滋润头发,改善头发干枯难梳理的问题。以海藻糖、透明质酸为原料对鳕鱼骨胶原肽进行改性处理,制备改性鳕鱼骨胶原肽;采用转谷氨酰胺酶作为交联剂将ε-聚赖氨酸、鳕鱼骨胶原肽进行交联同时接枝于海藻糖、透明质酸上,显著改善防脱洗发露保湿性能,同时改善植物提取液的稳定性。透明质酸、海藻糖具有良好的水溶性,在转谷氨酰胺酶的作用下将ε-聚赖氨酸、鳕鱼骨胶原肽接枝形成三维网状结构,进而改善保湿性能。
Claims (7)
1.植物提取液,其特征在于:包括委陵菜提取液、叉分蓼提取液、桑芽茶提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物提取液,其特征在于:所述植物提取液由委陵菜提取液、叉分蓼提取液、桑芽茶提取液按质量比(2-3):(5-8):(3-5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的植物提取液,其特征在于:所述桑芽茶提取液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将桑芽茶粉碎,过60-80目筛,得到桑叶茶粉末;将桑芽茶粉末加入离子液体溶液中混合均匀进行微波处理10-20min,微波功率为600W,过滤,除去滤渣,将滤液静置分层,收集离子液体层;采用等体积的乙酸乙酯对离子液体层萃取2-3次,合并乙酸乙酯相,依次采用水、饱和氯化钠水溶液进行洗涤,收集有机层,再用无水硫酸钠对有机层进行干燥,过滤,取滤液在真空度0.06-0.1MPa、温度为60-70℃下进行减压浓缩,浓缩至密度为1.00-1.10g/mL(25℃),得到桑芽茶提取液,所述桑芽茶粉末、离子液体溶液的料液比为1:(8-15);所述离子液体溶液由离子液体、无水乙醇、水按质量比(0.1-0.2):(70-80):(20-30)混合得到。
4.根据权利要求2所述的植物提取液,其特征在于:所述委陵菜提取液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将委陵菜清洗干净、干燥;将干燥的委陵菜进行蒸汽爆破,蒸汽压力为0.8-1.1Mpa,蒸汽爆破时间为0.01-0.03s,保压时间15-20s,得到委陵菜汽爆料;将委陵菜汽爆料粉碎,过20-40目筛,得到委陵菜粉末;取200-500重量份委陵菜粉末、5-10重量份蛋白胨、20-30重量份玉米粉、300-750重量份水加入三角瓶中搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ,将得到混合物Ⅰ置于115℃灭菌20min,然后加入混合物Ⅰ重量3-5wt%的菌种,于30-37℃发酵8-12天,发酵结束后置于115℃灭菌15-20min,灭菌后将发酵后的物质干燥、粉碎,得到发酵委陵菜粉末;按浴比1g:(15-25)mL将发酵委陵菜粉末加入水中混合均匀进行超声处理1-2h,超声功率为800-1000W,超声频率为18-22kHz,离心,得到委陵菜上清液A和沉淀A;将沉淀A、纤维素酶加入水中在35-50℃酶解5-8h,离心,得到上清液B,所述沉淀A、纤维素酶、水的质量比为(10-20):(0.01-0.06):(30-50);将上清液A、上清液B混合均匀,在真空度0.06-0.1MPa、温度为60-70℃下进行减压浓缩,浓缩至密度为1.00-1.10g/mL(25℃),得到委陵菜提取液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的植物提取液,其特征在于:所述菌种为植物乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌中的一种或两种混合物。
6.根据权利要求3所述的植物提取液,其特征在于:所述离子液体为1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑甲磺酸盐中的一种或两种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的植物提取液在防脱洗发露中的应用。
