所述维生素含量:胡萝卜素161mg/kg、维生素C210mg/kg、维生素B族5-6mg/kg、维生素K150-200mg/kg、维生素B12 0.022mg/kg\胆碱1200mg/kg;
所述美洲紫花苜蓿还包含赖氨酸、天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、苯丙氨酸、氧基酸。
进一步优选的:10%的所述美洲进口深海鱼肉粉包含粗蛋白质64.3%、粗脂肪7.6%、粗纤维0.3%;

一种军警工作犬专用犬粮的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤一:准备原料,并将所述原料制成粉末状,所述原料为美洲紫花苜蓿,美洲进口深海鱼肉粉,大米,高筋面粉,麸皮,酵母粉,淮山,芡实,黄芪,枸杞,熟地,食用棕榈油,食用葵花籽油,黑芝麻香油,大蒜粉,内蒙古羊乳粉,碳酸氢钠及盐;
步骤二:将所述原料一次混合,且混合均匀度变异系数≦7%,制得半成品粉末;
步骤三:将所述半成品进行超微粉碎,制得超细半成品粉末;
步骤四:将所述超细半成品粉末与液体添加剂及内加油脂进而二次混合,且混合均匀度变异系数≦7%;再进行调质、造粒及烘干,以制备所述军警工作犬专用犬粮。

对所述原料进行清理,所述清理主要是采用MFHSL1.4×1.8隔栅、SCY63圆筒粗清筛、SCQZ60X50X80料粉筛清理原料中超过要求粒径的大杂;还采用TCXT25系列永磁筒清除原料中的导磁性物质;
所述原料利用江苏牧羊集团生产的SWFP66×80“超越粉”粉碎机进行粗粉碎,使得所述原料的细度为100%过2.00mm筛孔。

采用超微粉碎机进行超微粉碎,得到所述超细半成品粉末达97%过80目筛网。

采用双轴浆叶式高效混合机(江苏牧羊集团SLHSJ2.0,有效容积2.4立方米)进行二次混合,搅拌时间为5分钟左右,混合均匀度变异系数≦7%。

所述调质采用调质器内加入0.2-0.4MPa的纯净饱和水蒸气,将物料加热到90℃以上,调制后水分为26%左右,调质30-45秒后被送入膨化腔,开始造粒成型;
所述烘干采用SKGD2000-5干燥机在100-130℃烘干温度下,烘干时间20分钟,水分烘干到7.5%-9%时即可进入SLNF22X22A系列翻板式逆流冷却器进行冷却,饲料冷却后温度不超过室温5℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明针对“军警工作犬专用犬粮”配方研发、完善,经不同犬种、不同犬龄、不同气候环境下5000余条工作犬十三年饲喂,“军警工作犬专用犬粮”完全符合犬的营养健康需求;凡从幼犬开始较长时间坚持饲喂“专用犬粮”的工作犬,终生(10-14年内)未再发生消化系统肿瘤和其他器官肿瘤;
本发明减少了犬肥胖症发生率,确保了犬心脏机能和微循环系统健康,增强了抵御各种疾病的免疫力,多延长了工作犬的服役期4-5年(通常服役期7年);坚持饲喂“专用犬粮”的犬,普遍长寿,较其他犬的寿命延长6-7年;
另,本发明所述军警工作犬专用犬粮与现有商业犬粮的传统配方不同,均采用非转基因原料,采用更适合犬生理特性的原料配方,促成“专用犬粮”与犬消化系统内蛋白酶、有益菌群快速合成营养,达到犬进食后多数健康营养成分快速吸收、粪便量少、“狗屎不臭”的效果;
再,坚持饲喂本发明所述的犬粮,犬体表不分泌较臭体味,粪便不臭,减少了对环境空气的污染;本发明节省了军警工作犬使用单位和一般养犬者大量资金,减少了因各种犬疾病带来的巨大经济开支。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
实施例:
一种军警工作犬专用犬粮的技术方案,以质量百分比计,包括:
美洲紫花苜蓿10%,美洲进口深海鱼肉粉10%,黑龙江五常非转基因优质大米20%,国产非转基因小麦优质高筋面粉15%,国产非转基因小麦精细麸皮13%,高级食品级耐高糖酵母粉1.5%,淮山3%,芡实3.6%,黄芪3%,枸杞3.5%,熟地3%,进口食用棕榈油5%,食用葵花籽油3%,黑芝麻香油3%,大蒜粉1%,内蒙古羊乳粉2%,碳酸氢钠0.2%,盐:0.2%。
10%的所述美洲紫花苜包含蛋白含量17%-20%、粗脂肪2%-3%;维生素含量:胡萝卜素161mg/kg、维生素C210mg/kg、维生素B族5-6mg/kg、维生素K1 50-200mg/kg、维生素B120.022mg/kg\胆碱1200mg/kg;赖氨酸、天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、苯丙氨酸、氧基酸含量均衡。
10%的所述美洲进口深海鱼肉粉包含粗蛋白质64.3%、粗脂肪7.6%、粗纤维0.3%;十余种氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、鱼肝油、欧米伽3、欧米伽6。
一种军警工作犬专用犬粮的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤一:准备原料,并将所述原料制成粉末状,所述原料为美洲紫花苜蓿,美洲进口深海鱼肉粉,大米,高筋面粉,麸皮,酵母粉,淮山,芡实,黄芪,枸杞,熟地,食用棕榈油,食用葵花籽油,黑芝麻香油,大蒜粉,内蒙古羊乳粉,碳酸氢钠及盐;
步骤二:将所述原料一次混合,且混合均匀度变异系数≦7%,制得半成品粉末;

步骤四:将所述超细半成品粉末与液体添加剂及内加油脂进而二次混合,且混合均匀度变异系数≦7%,所述液体添加剂为食品级猪肉香油;再进行调质、造粒及烘干,以制备所述军警工作犬专用犬粮。
所述步骤一的具体操作如下:

1.一种军警工作犬专用犬粮,其特征在于:以质量百分比计,包括:
美洲紫花苜蓿10%,美洲进口深海鱼肉粉10%,大米20%,高筋面粉15%,麸皮13%,酵母粉1.5%,淮山3%,芡实3.6%,黄芪3%,枸杞3.5%,熟地3%,食用棕榈油5%,食用葵花籽油3%,黑芝麻香油3%,大蒜粉1%,内蒙古羊乳粉2%,碳酸氢钠0.2%,盐:0.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种军警工作犬专用犬粮,其特征在于:10%的所述美洲紫花苜包含蛋白含量17%-20%,粗脂肪2%-3%及维生素;
所述维生素含量:胡萝卜素161mg/kg、维生素C210mg/kg、维生素B族5-6mg/kg、维生素K150-200mg/kg、维生素B12 0.022mg/kg\胆碱1200mg/kg;
所述美洲紫花苜蓿还包含赖氨酸、天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、苯丙氨酸、氧基酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种军警工作犬专用犬粮,其特征在于:10%的所述美洲进口深海鱼肉粉包含粗蛋白质64.3%、粗脂肪7.6%、粗纤维0.3%;
还包含有氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、鱼肝油、欧米伽3、欧米伽6。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种军警工作犬专用犬粮,其特征在于:所述大米,高筋面粉及麸皮分别为黑龙江五常非转基因大米,国产非转基因小麦高筋面粉,国产非转基因小麦麸皮;所述酵母粉为食品级耐高糖酵母粉。
5.一种军警工作犬专用犬粮的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤一:准备原料,并将所述原料制成粉末状,所述原料为美洲紫花苜蓿,美洲进口深海鱼肉粉,大米,高筋面粉,麸皮,酵母粉,淮山,芡实,黄芪,枸杞,熟地,食用棕榈油,食用葵花籽油,黑芝麻香油,大蒜粉,内蒙古羊乳粉,碳酸氢钠及盐;
步骤二:将所述原料一次混合,且混合均匀度变异系数≦7%,制得半成品粉末;
步骤三:将所述半成品进行超微粉碎,制得超细半成品粉末;
步骤四:将所述超细半成品粉末与液体添加剂及内加油脂进而二次混合,且混合均匀度变异系数≦7%;再进行调质、造粒及烘干,以制备所述军警工作犬专用犬粮。
