The first bearing conveyor 72 is a conveyor belt, which is disposed at the upper end of the bearing supply frame 71 and conveys the bearing frame with the bearings toward the turntable 11. A bearing carrier 73 is arranged at one end of the first bearing conveyor 72 close to the turntable 11, which moves vertically along the bearing carrier 73. The third bearing driver 74 is a cylinder, which is fixed to the bearing supply frame 71 by bolts, and a piston rod of the third bearing driver 74 is fixed to the bearing carrier 73. The bearing feeding frame 71 is further provided with a second bearing conveying member 75 for pushing the bearing frame to move away from the turntable 11, the second bearing conveying member 75 is arranged below the first bearing conveying member 72, and the second bearing conveying member 75 is a conveyor belt. The bearing mounting frame is further provided with a baffle plate 78 for preventing the bearing frame from being separated from the second bearing conveying member 75, the baffle plate 78 is arranged at one end of the second bearing conveying member 78 far away from the turntable 11, and the upper end face of the baffle plate 78 is higher than the upper end face of the second bearing conveying member 75. The first bearing conveyor 72 conveys the bearing frame to the bearing carrier 73, the bearing holder 34 holds and feeds the bearing, and after the bearing in the bearing frame is taken out, the bearing carrier 73 descends to discharge the bearing frame through the second bearing conveyor 75.
As shown in fig. 5, two sets of bearing limiting mechanisms 76 for limiting the separation of the bearing frame from the first bearing conveying member 72 are disposed on the bearing feeding frame 71, two sets of bearing limiting mechanisms 76 are disposed at one end of the first bearing conveying member 72 close to the turntable 11 and located at two sides of the first bearing conveying member 72, respectively, each bearing limiting mechanism 76 includes a limiting plate 761 and a limiting driving member 762 for driving the limiting plate 761 to move, the limiting driving member 762 is an air cylinder, the cylinder body of the limiting driving member 762 is fixed on the bearing feeding frame 71 by bolts, and the piston rod thereof is connected with the limiting plate 761, so that when the bearing carrier 73 moves down, the limiting plate 761 is used to limit the bearing frame on the first bearing conveying member 72, so that the bearing frame is not easily separated from the first bearing conveying member 72.
As shown in fig. 7, the bearing supply frame 71 is further provided with a transferring mechanism 77 for moving the bearing frame to the second bearing conveying member 75, the transferring mechanism 77 includes a transferring plate 771 and a transferring driving member 772 for driving the transferring plate 771 to move, the transferring driving member 772 is a cylinder, the cylinder of the transferring driving member 772 is fixed on the bearing supply frame 71 by bolts, and the piston rod of the transferring driving member 772 is fixed with the transferring plate 771 by bolts. The diverter plate 771 is vertically disposed and can abut against the vertical side wall of the bearing frame away from the second bearing conveyor, and when the bearing frame moves to be flush with the upper end of the second bearing conveyor located below, the diverter driving member 772 drives the diverter plate 771 to move towards the second bearing conveyor, so that the bearing frame is moved from the bearing carrier 73 to the second bearing conveyor.
As shown in fig. 9, the upper cover feeding mechanism 4 includes an upper cover mounting frame 41, an upper cover feeding plate 46 horizontally sliding on the upper cover mounting frame 41, a first upper cover driving member 42 driving the upper cover feeding plate 46 to horizontally move, an upper cover clamping member 43 for clamping the upper cover, and a second upper cover driving member 44 driving the upper cover clamping member 43 to vertically move. The first upper cover driving member 42 is a screw sliding table, the first upper cover driving member 42 is fixed on the upper cover mounting frame 41 by bolts, and the movable end of the first upper cover driving member 42 is connected with the upper cover feeding plate 46 by bolts. The upper cover clamping piece 43 is a pneumatic clamping jaw, which vertically slides on the upper cover feeding plate 46, the second upper cover driving piece 44 is a cylinder, the cylinder body of the second upper cover driving piece 44 is fixed on the upper cover feeding plate 46 by using a bolt, the piston rod of the second upper cover driving piece is provided with an upper cover rotating driving piece which drives the upper cover to rotate, the upper cover rotating driving piece is a motor, and the output shaft of the upper cover rotating driving piece is connected with the upper cover clamping piece 43. The upper cover feeding plate 46 is provided with an industrial camera for detecting the position of the upper cover, the position of the upper cover is detected by using an image recognition technology, and the upper cover is controlled to rotate a driving piece to adjust the upper cover.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the frame 1 is further provided with an upper cover feeding mechanism 8 for feeding the upper cover feeding mechanism 4, and the upper cover feeding mechanism 8 includes three feeding clamps 81 for gripping the upper cover, a first feeding driving member 82 for driving the feeding clamps 81 to move vertically, a second feeding driving member 83 for driving the feeding clamps 81 to move along a first direction, a third feeding driving member 84 for driving the feeding clamps 81 to move along a second direction, and a feeding table 85 for bearing the upper cover. The first direction and the second direction are both horizontally disposed and perpendicular to each other, and the first direction is parallel to the second upper cover driving member 44. The second feeding driving member 83 and the third feeding driving member 84 are both screw sliding tables, the frame 1 is provided with an upper cover feeding frame for placing an upper cover, an upper cover frame for storing the upper cover is arranged in the upper cover feeding frame, the second feeding driving member 83 is arranged on the upper cover feeding frame, and the third feeding driving member 84 is arranged on the second feeding driving member 83. The first feed drive 82 is disposed on the second feed drive 83. Second feed driving member 83 has the upper cover feed plate to vertically slide, and three feed holders 81 all set up on upper cover feed plate 88, and first feed driving member 82 is the cylinder, and its piston rod is connected with upper cover feed plate 88.
As shown in fig. 9, the upper end of the frame 1 is provided with a fourth feeding driving member 87 for driving the feeding table 85 to move along the first direction, the fourth feeding driving member 87 is a screw sliding table, the movable end of the fourth feeding driving member 87 is connected with the feeding table 85 to drive the feeding table 85 to move, when the feeding clamping member 81 simultaneously moves three upper covers to the feeding table 85, the feeding table 85 moves along the first direction, so that the feeding clamping member can clamp and move the upper covers to the jig 12 one by one.
As shown in fig. 10, a pressing mechanism 9 for pressing the upper cover and the bearing is further disposed on the frame 1, the pressing mechanism 9 includes a pressing frame 94 fixed on the frame 1 by bolts, a pressing disc 92 for pressing the upper cover, and a pressing driving member 93 for driving the pressing disc 92 to move vertically, the pressing driving member 93 is a cylinder, a cylinder body of the pressing driving member 93 is fixed on the upper end of the pressing frame 94 by bolts, and a piston rod of the pressing driving member 93 penetrates through the pressing frame 94 and is fixed to the pressing disc 92 by bolts. After the upper cover is loaded on the jig 12, the upper cover is rotated to the position below the pressing disc 92, and the pressing disc 92 applies downward pressure to the upper cover so as to embed the bearing into the upper cover, thereby facilitating subsequent processing.
As shown in fig. 11, the locking mechanism 5 includes a locking frame 51 fixed to the frame 1 by bolts, a locking plate 52 vertically sliding on the locking frame 51, three electric rods 53 passing through and fixed to the locking plate 52 by bolts, and a locking driving member 54 driving the locking plate 52 to move vertically. The lock actuator 54 is a cylinder, and the cylinder of the lock actuator 54 is fixed to the lock bracket 51 by bolts, and the output shaft thereof is connected to the lock plate 52. The three screwdriver bits 53 can simultaneously contact the upper end of the upper cover, thereby screwing three screws on the upper cover simultaneously to fix the gasket and the upper cover.
As shown in fig. 12, the blanking mechanism 6 includes a blanking frame 61 fixed to the frame 1 by bolts, a blanking clamp 62 for clamping the assembled upper cover, a first blanking driving member 63 for driving the blanking clamp 62 to move vertically, and a second blanking driving member 64 for driving the blanking clamp 62 to move horizontally. The second blanking driving part 64 and the first blanking driving part 63 are both screw sliding tables, the second blanking driving part 64 is horizontally arranged on the blanking frame 61, the first blanking driving part 63 is vertically arranged on the second blanking driving part 64, the blanking clamping part 62 is arranged on the driving end of the first blanking driving part 63, and the blanking clamping part 62 is a pneumatic clamping jaw. The assembled upper cover is removed from the jig 12 by the blanking clamps 62 and moved onto a conveyor belt for conveyance toward the next process.
As shown in fig. 1 and 11, the screwdriver 53 is further provided with a sensor for detecting whether the screw is screwed, the rack 1 is provided with a waste material bearing table 13 for placing the upper cover, the blanking mechanism 6 takes down the upper cover, which detects the screw screwing, of the screwdriver 53 and places the upper cover on the waste material bearing table 13, and then the jig 12 is not loaded any more in the process of gasket and bearing.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: the vibration plate 26 conveys the gasket to the gasket bearing platform 27, the gasket clamping piece 222 moves the gasket from the bearing platform to the gasket bearing plate 231, the gasket detection mechanism 23 detects the position of the gasket and adjusts the position of the gasket, then the gasket clamping mechanism 22 moves the gasket to the jig 12, the jig 12 provided with the gasket rotates to the lower part of the bearing feeding mechanism 3, the bearing clamping piece 34 takes the bearing from the bearing frame and places the bearing above the gasket, then the jig 12 continues to rotate to the lower part of the upper cover feeding mechanism 4, the upper cover feeding mechanism 8 moves the upper cover to the work material platform, then the upper cover clamping piece 43 clamps and moves the upper cover to the upper end of the bearing, the turntable 11 drives the jig 12 to rotate to the lower part of the pressing mechanism 9, the pressing plate 92 descends to press the upper cover and the bearing, then the turntable 11 rotates to move the jig 12 to the lower part of the locking mechanism 5, the electric screwdriver 53 moves down to screw three bolts into the upper cover at the same time, the gasket is connected with the upper cover, then the turntable 11 continues to rotate to move the assembled upper cover to the lower part of the blanking mechanism 6, and the blanking clamping piece 62 clamps and moves the upper cover to the conveying belt to convey the upper cover towards the downward moving process.

the upper cover feeding mechanism (4) comprises an upper cover mounting frame (41), an upper cover feeding plate (46) sliding on the upper cover mounting frame (41), a first upper cover driving part (42) driving the upper cover feeding plate (46) to horizontally move, an upper cover clamping part (43) used for clamping an upper cover and a second upper cover driving part (44) driving the upper cover clamping part (43) to vertically move, wherein the second upper cover driving part (44) is arranged on the upper cover feeding plate (46);
The frame (1) is also provided with an upper cover feeding mechanism (8) for feeding the upper cover, the upper cover feeding mechanism (8) comprises a feeding clamping piece (81) used for clamping the upper cover, a first feeding driving piece (82) driving the feeding clamping piece (81) to vertically move, a second feeding driving piece (83) driving the feeding clamping piece (81) to move along a first direction, a third feeding driving piece (84) driving the feeding clamping piece (81) to move along a second direction and a feeding table (85) bearing the upper cover, the second feeding driving member (83) and the third feeding driving member (84) are both horizontally arranged and the driving directions of the two are vertical, the first feed drive (82) is connected to a second feed drive (83), the second feeding driving piece (83) is connected to the third feeding driving piece (84), and a fourth feeding driving piece for driving the feeding table to move along the first direction is arranged at the upper end of the rack; the machine frame (1) is provided with an upper cover feeding frame for placing upper covers, an upper cover frame for storing the upper covers is arranged in the upper cover feeding frame, and when the three upper covers are simultaneously moved to the feeding table (85) by the feeding clamping piece (81), the feeding table (85) moves along a first direction, so that the feeding clamping piece can clamp and move the upper covers to the jig (12) one by one;
