The handle taking and placing device 38 specifically operates as follows, firstly, the handle taking and placing movable cylinder 52 drives the handle taking and placing movable block 53 to move to the position matched with the handle 3 on the handle conveying device, then the handle taking and placing lifting cylinder 54 drives the handle taking and placing structure 55 to descend to take materials for the handle, then the handle taking and placing movable cylinder 52 drives the handle taking and placing movable block 53 to move to the upper part of the combination of the box body and the upper cover 2, then the handle taking and placing lifting cylinder 54 drives the handle taking and placing structure 55 to descend, so that the handle 3 is in contact with the upper cover 2, the upper cover locking bolt 25 is inserted into the bolt hole, then the locking lifting cylinder 56 drives the locking rotator 57 to descend, the upper cover locking bolt 25 is screwed tightly, further the taking and placing and locking of the handle are realized at the same station, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the condition of mutual interference is avoided through the structural design.
As shown in fig. 9-11, the handle picking and placing structure comprises a handle picking and placing block 58 connected with a handle picking and placing lifting cylinder 54, the size of the handle picking and placing block 58 is smaller than the quadrilateral size formed by four bolt holes of the handle 2, the handle picking and placing block 58 is connected with a handle suction device 60 matched with the handle mounting block 22 through an L-shaped handle picking and placing connecting block 59, and the handle picking and placing block 58 is provided with four handle picking and placing cameras 61 which extend obliquely and respectively correspond to the four bolt holes on the handle 3.
The design of putting the structure is got to the handle, can avoid the upper cover to get and put piece 58 and locking structure interference, can get through the upper cover again simultaneously and put the connecting block and make the upper cover get put the ware and can realize getting with the cooperation of handle installation piece, so can further reduce the condition of interference, enlarge complex space, get through the handle and put the design of camera 61, when getting the material, can feed back out the position that the bolt that corresponds is located, and then adjust the angle of hexagonal through locking rotator 57, and when locking, can also feed back out in hexagonal is entered into interior hexagonal, so can more effectually realize the locking of hexagon socket head cap screw.

The assembling equipment for the waterproof structure of the upper part of the outdoor power supply is characterized by comprising a box body (1), an upper cover (2) and a handle (3), wherein the handle (3) comprises a handle (21) and a handle mounting block (22) which are connected with each other, the handle mounting block (22) is provided with a bolt hole and is locked with the upper cover (2) and the box body (1) through an upper cover locking bolt (25), the upper end face of the box body (1) is embedded with a sealing block (23), the upper cover locking bolt (25) is of an inner hexagon, a bolt sealing sleeve (26) penetrated by a bolt rod part is sleeved on the bolt head (25) of the upper cover locking bolt, the upper part of the bolt sealing sleeve (26) is lower than the upper end face of the upper cover locking bolt (25), the upper part of the bolt sealing sleeve (26) is of an outwards inclined cone shape, the upper end of the box body (1) is provided with a bolt hole, and an upper cover screw sleeve (24) which is vertically arranged, and the upper cover screw sleeve (24) is matched with the bolt hole (24) of the upper cover (2) is arranged in the upper cover; the assembling equipment comprises a frame (31), wherein a box conveying groove (32) is formed in the frame (31), two parallel box conveying chains (33) are embedded in the box conveying groove (32), the box conveying chains (33) are connected with a box conveying frame (34) in the box conveying groove (32), the box conveying frame (34) is used for loading the box (1), an upper cover conveying groove (35) and a handle conveying device (37) which run vertically to the box conveying groove (32) are further formed in the frame (31), and an upper cover taking and placing device (36) for taking and placing an upper cover (2) in the upper cover conveying groove (35) onto the box (1) in the box conveying frame (34) and a handle taking and placing device (38) for installing a handle (3) in the handle conveying device (37) onto a combination of the box (1) in the box conveying frame (34) and the upper cover (2) are further arranged on the frame (31); the lifting handle taking and placing device is characterized in that the lifting handle taking and placing device (38) comprises a lifting handle taking and placing seat (51) arranged on the frame (31), a lifting handle taking and placing movable cylinder (52) which corresponds to the position of a bolt mounting hole of a box body (1) in the box body conveying frame (34) is arranged below the lifting handle taking and placing seat (51), the lifting handle taking and placing movable cylinder (52) is connected with a lifting handle taking and placing movable block (53), a lifting handle taking and placing lifting cylinder (54) is arranged below the lifting handle taking and placing movable block (53), a lifting handle taking and placing lifting cylinder (54) is connected with a lifting handle taking and placing structure (55) which is matched with the handle mounting block (22), four locking lifting cylinders (56) which correspond to the position of the bolt mounting hole of the box body (1) in the box body conveying frame (34) are arranged below the lifting handle taking and placing seat, and the locking and placing movable cylinder (56) is connected with a locking rotator (57), and the locking rotator (57) comprises a hexagonal prism matched with an upper cover locking bolt and a lifting cylinder driving six lifting handle moving structure.
