Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of nutritional agents, in particular to a combined preparation with the effects of tonifying vitality, warming, nourishing yin and preserving health and a preparation method thereof.
Background
According to the results of modern medical research, fatigue is a sub-health state of a human body with a series of adverse or uncomfortable symptoms under the conditions of excessive fatigue and physical strength overdraft. Fatigue is a normal physiological response of the human body, but long-term fatigue is a very dangerous state. At present, due to the influence of new social and economic trends, a large number of people in a fatigue state exist, and most of the people are successful people, people with high working and learning pressure such as white-collar class and the like. The long-term fatigue state reduces the energy and material reserves of the human body of the people, the peroxidation garbage is accumulated in cells in large quantity, the normal immune system is affected, the resistance is reduced, and then various acute and chronic diseases are induced.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, fatigue belongs to the categories of diseases such as consumptive disease, internal injury of spleen and stomach, dizziness, insomnia and pain, and is caused by qi disorder and qi and blood deficiency of internal organs of a human body, and the treatment mainly aims at replenishing vital essence, preserving health and nourishing yin and warming and tonifying. The product is developed according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and by combining with modern medicine and pharmacology, and achieves the purpose of improving the life quality of fatigue patients.
