Background

With the improvement of living standard of the substance, people pay more and more attention to skin care, and the cost in the aspect is also more and more. Skin aging is a progressive physiological process and is also the result of the combined action of various factors such as genetics, environment, psychology and the like. In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing the moisturizing and antioxidant astringent of the first aspect, wherein a moisturizing agent, an antioxidant, a skin conditioner, a freshener, an anti-sensitivity agent, a thickener, an emulsifier, a pH adjuster, a preservative, an essence, a colorant and water are mixed to obtain the moisturizing and antioxidant astringent.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples.

The starting materials used in the examples were prepared by conventional means or purchased from commercial sources, except as otherwise specified.

Examples and comparative examples

The formulations of the moisturizing antioxidant lotions of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 are shown in table 1.

The preparation method of the moisturizing and antioxidant astringent of the embodiments 1 to 4 is as follows:

mixing dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, hydrolyzed collagen (available from Yizhi HP in Taiwan), butanediol, sodium hyaluronate (available from Xifulida), hydrolyzed elastin (available from Ashilan), menthol lactate, olive (Olea EUROPAEA) fruit water (available from Ashilan), orange (Citrus JUNOS) fruit extract (available from Ashilan), dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, carbomer, triethanolamine, propyl hydroxybenzoate, methyl hydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol, imidazolidinyl urea, CI42090, and water, adding premixed PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil \ PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 (available from Shanghai Senxin), and essence, and stirring.

The preparation method of the moisturizing antioxidant astringent of comparative example 1 was identical to the preparation method of the moisturizing antioxidant astringent of example 1 except that hydrolyzed elastin was not added.

The preparation method of the moisturizing antioxidant toner of comparative example 2 is identical to that of the moisturizing antioxidant toner of example 1 except that olive (OLEA EUROPAEA) fruit water is not added.

The preparation method of the moisturizing antioxidant astringent of comparative example 3 is identical to that of the moisturizing antioxidant astringent of example 1 except that hydrolyzed collagen is not added.

Effects of the embodiment

1) Test of moisturizing Effect

Selecting 70 volunteers 18-35 of age and close in skin complexion, equally dividing into 7 groups, measuring the initial skin hydration degree (averaging) of each group of volunteers, respectively using the moisturizing antioxidant lotion of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-3, lasting for 4 weeks once a day, testing the skin hydration degree (averaging) of each group of volunteers, and evaluating the moisturizing effect of the moisturizing antioxidant lotion, wherein the test results are shown in table 2: the skin hydration degree is lower before the moisturizing antioxidant toning lotion is used, and the skin hydration degree is greatly improved after the moisturizing antioxidant toning lotion is used for 4 weeks, and can be improved by 18 at most; is superior to comparative examples 1 to 3.

2) Test for antioxidant Effect

The lotions of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to an antioxidant activity (AOA) test: the moisturizing antioxidant toning lotion is used as sample liquid. 1: 25 preparation of yolk suspension: egg yolk and an equal volume of Phosphate Buffer (PB) with pH 7.45 and a concentration of 0.1mol/L were used to prepare a mixture with a volume ratio of 1: 1, magnetically stirring for 10min, and diluting with PB to obtain a suspension with a volume ratio of 1: 25 of a yolk suspension; take 0.2mL of 1: 25 yolk suspension, 0.2mL of 25.0mmol/LFeSO₄Adding the solution and 0.2mL of sample solution into a series of 10mL centrifuge tubes, supplementing to 2.0mL by PB, culturing at 37 ℃ for 24h, taking out, adding 0.5mL of trichloroacetic acid solution (TCA) with the mass fraction of 20%, shaking uniformly, adding 1.0mL of thiobarbituric acid solution (TBA) with the mass fraction of 0.8% after 10min, placing in a boiling water bath for 15min, cooling, centrifuging at the rotating speed of 2500r/min for 10min, taking supernatant, and measuring the absorbance value A at the wavelength of 532 nm; except that the control tube does not add the sample liquid, the other reagents are the same as the above, the measured absorbance is A0, the measurement is carried out 3 times in parallel, and the average value is taken. The blank tube was replaced with 2.0mL PB, and the inhibition rate of the sample solution on the lipid peroxidation of the yolk lipoproteins was: (A0-A)/A0X 100%, the test results (averaged) are shown in Table 3: the moisturizing antioxidant toning lotion provided by the embodiments 1 to 4 has an antioxidant effect superior to that of the comparative examples 1 to 3, and can greatly improve the antioxidant property of skin.
