A pet care composition containing natural plant extract comprises the following components: 10 parts of stemona root extract, 3 parts of tea tree oil, 2 parts of glycerol, 4 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 0.3 part of pentaerythritol distearate, 0.3 part of glyceryl oleate, 1.0 part of cocamide MEA (membrane electrode assembly), 5 parts of dodecyl betaine, 2 parts of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 0.4 part of tea saponin, 1 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 2 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 3 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 0.4 part of hydantoin, 0.4 part of triethanolamine, 0.2 part of cationic guar gum and 65 parts of deionized water;
the preparation method of the pet washing and caring composition containing the natural plant extract comprises the following steps:
(1) adding radix stemonae extract, glycerol, sodium laureth sulfate, pentaerythritol distearate, glyceryl oleate and cocamide MEA into deionized water according to a ratio, heating to 75 ℃, and stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain a first mixed solution;
(2) adding dodecyl betaine, anhydrous sodium sulfate, tea saponin, polydimethylsiloxane, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, ethylene glycol distearate, hydantoin, cationic guar gum and essence into deionized water, stirring uniformly, and adjusting the pH value to 6.5 by triethanolamine to obtain a second mixed solution;

Crushing dried root tubers of the stemona sessilifolia, the stemona vitifolia or the stemona sessilifolia to obtain stemona sessilifolia powder, mixing the stemona sessilifolia powder with water and a compound enzyme, then carrying out heat preservation and enzymolysis, and carrying out solid-liquid separation after the enzymolysis is finished to obtain a primary zymolyte and a primary enzymolysis liquid;
wherein the mass ratio of the stemona powder to the water to the compound enzyme is 1: 0.9: 0.4, the enzymolysis temperature is 45 ℃, the heat preservation enzymolysis time is 8 hours, and the composite enzyme comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10 parts of protease, 8 parts of laccase, 12 parts of lipase, 5 parts of pectinase, 10 parts of cellulase, 7 parts of hemicellulase and 10 parts of lipase;

s3, concentration
Adjusting the pH value of the secondary enzymolysis liquid to 6-7 by ammonia water, extracting by a mixed solvent until no alkaloid reaction exists in a water phase, combining organic phases, and obtaining the stemona root extract after standing, dehydrating and concentrating under reduced pressure; wherein the mixed solvent is methanol, water and ethyl acetate in a volume ratio of 1: 2: 1.

the preparation method of the pet washing and caring composition containing the natural plant extract comprises the following steps:

(3) mixing and homogenizing the tea tree oil emulsion, the first mixed liquid and the second mixed liquid to obtain the tea tree oil emulsion;
the tea tree oil is added in the form of a tea tree oil emulsion, and the preparation method of the tea tree oil emulsion comprises the following steps:
a1, weighing chitosan and dissolving the chitosan in 2 wt.% acetic acid or hydrochloric acid solution, wherein the dissolving proportion is 2-3mg/ml, stirring the chitosan until the chitosan is completely dissolved, slowly dropwise adding alkaline silica sol solution while stirring, the solid content of the alkaline silica sol solution is 28%, the pH value is 10, the average particle size is 38nm, stopping dropwise adding the alkaline silica sol solution until the pH value of the solution is 6.5-7, continuously stirring the solution for reaction for 1-2h, carrying out high-speed centrifugal separation and precipitation, the centrifugal rotation speed is 12000 and 15000rpm, washing the precipitate with deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing the precipitate in the deionized water at the dispersion ratio of 10mg/ml to obtain an aqueous phase solution;
a2, taking tea tree oil as an oil phase, adding the tea tree oil into the aqueous phase solution, and mixing the tea tree oil and the aqueous phase solution according to the volume ratio of 1: 2, preparing the tea tree oil emulsion by ultrasonic emulsification, wherein the ultrasonic power is 400W, and the ultrasonic time is 60 min.
Example 4
As in example 2, the tea tree oil was added as a tea tree oil emulsion, which was prepared by a process comprising the steps of:
a1, weighing chitosan and dissolving the chitosan in 2 wt.% acetic acid or hydrochloric acid solution, wherein the dissolving proportion is 2-3mg/ml, stirring the chitosan until the chitosan is completely dissolved, slowly dropwise adding alkaline silica sol solution while stirring, the solid content of the alkaline silica sol solution is 28%, the pH value is 10, the average particle size is 38nm, stopping dropwise adding the alkaline silica sol solution until the pH value of the solution is 6.5-7, continuously stirring the solution for reaction for 1-2h, carrying out high-speed centrifugal separation and precipitation, the centrifugal rotation speed is 12000 and 15000rpm, washing the precipitate with deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing the precipitate in the deionized water at the dispersion ratio of 10mg/ml to obtain an aqueous phase solution;
a2, taking tea tree oil as an oil phase, adding the tea tree oil into the aqueous phase solution, and mixing the tea tree oil and the aqueous phase solution according to the volume ratio of 1: 2, preparing the tea tree oil emulsion by ultrasonic emulsification, wherein the ultrasonic power is 400W, and the ultrasonic time is 60 min.
Comparative example
The tea tree oil emulsion is prepared by ultrasonic emulsification with polyoxyethylene (35) castor oil (7mg/ml, HLB value 12.5) as surfactant.
Examples of the experiments
(1) Anti-mite effect: 10g of each of the compositions of examples 1 to 4 was added to 20ml of clear water as test solutions, demodex mites from live pet cats were each placed on a glass slide, and the test solutions were each dropped onto the glass slide to observe mite death within 60min, the results are shown in the following table:

(2) Emulsion stability: the tea tree oil emulsions of example 4 and the comparative examples were tested for heat storage stability, cold storage stability, dilution stability and pourability, respectively, and the results are given in the following table:

finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A pet washing and caring composition containing natural plant extracts is characterized by comprising the following components: deionized water, natural plant extracts, glycerol, sodium laureth sulfate, pentaerythritol distearate, glyceryl oleate, cocamide MEA, dodecyl betaine, anhydrous sodium sulfate, tea saponin, polydimethylsiloxane, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, ethylene glycol distearate, hydantoin, triethanolamine, cationic guar gum and essence;
wherein the natural plant extract comprises radix Stemonae extract and tea tree oil.
2. The pet cleaning and caring composition containing natural plant extracts as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight of 100 parts: 8-14 parts of stemona root extract, 1-5 parts of tea tree oil, 1-3 parts of glycerol, 3-6 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 0.1-0.3 part of pentaerythritol distearate, 0.1-0.3 part of glycerol oleate, 0.5-1.5 parts of cocamide MEA, 3-6 parts of dodecyl betaine, 1-2 parts of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 0.1-0.5 part of tea saponin, 1-2 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-3 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1-4 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 0.1-0.5 part of hydantoin, 0.1-0.5 part of triethanolamine, 0.1-0.3 part of cationic guar gum, 0-0.2 part of essence and the balance of deionized water.
3. The pet care composition containing natural plant extracts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the stemona japonica extract comprises the following steps:
s1, primary enzymolysis
Crushing dried root tubers of the stemona sessilifolia, the stemona vitifolia or the stemona sessilifolia to obtain stemona sessilifolia powder, mixing the stemona sessilifolia powder with water and a compound enzyme, then carrying out heat preservation and enzymolysis, and carrying out solid-liquid separation after the enzymolysis is finished to obtain a primary zymolyte and a primary enzymolysis liquid;
wherein the mass ratio of the stemona powder to the water to the compound enzyme is 1: (0.9-1): (0.4-0.5), the enzymolysis temperature is 40-50 ℃, the heat preservation enzymolysis time is 8-9h, and the complex enzyme comprises protease, laccase, lipase, pectinase, cellulase, hemicellulase and lipase;
s2, extracting
Adding a mixed solvent of water and benzene into the primary zymolyte for leaching, wherein the mass ratio of the primary zymolyte to the water to the benzene is 1: (0.8-1): (5.0-5.2), adding 6 wt.% tartaric acid solution with the same volume as the leaching solution after leaching is finished, extracting, taking the aqueous phase and combining the aqueous phase and the primary enzymatic hydrolysate to obtain a primary extraction solution; adding glycosidase into the primary extraction solution for heat preservation and enzymolysis, and performing enzyme deactivation treatment to obtain a secondary enzymolysis solution; wherein the glycosidase comprises alpha-mannosidase and/or arabinosidase, and the mixing ratio of the glycosidase to the primary extraction solution is 10-20 g/L;
s3, concentration
Adjusting the pH value of the secondary enzymolysis liquid to 6-7 by ammonia water, extracting by a mixed solvent until no alkaloid reaction exists in a water phase, combining organic phases, and obtaining the stemona root extract after standing, dehydrating and concentrating under reduced pressure; wherein the mixed solvent is methanol, water and ethyl acetate in a volume ratio of 1: 2: 1.

The pet cleaning and caring composition containing natural plant extracts as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the complex enzyme comprises the following components by mass: 10-12 parts of protease, 8-10 parts of laccase, 10-12 parts of lipase, 4-5 parts of pectinase, 10-12 parts of cellulase, 5-8 parts of hemicellulase and 8-10 parts of lipase.
5. A pet care composition containing natural plant extracts as claimed in claim 1 wherein the tea tree oil is added in the form of a tea tree oil emulsion.
6. The pet care composition containing natural plant extracts as claimed in claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the tea tree oil emulsion comprises the following steps:
a1, weighing chitosan, dissolving the chitosan in 1-5 wt.% acetic acid or hydrochloric acid solution, stirring until the chitosan is completely dissolved, slowly dropwise adding an alkaline silica sol solution while stirring until the pH value of the solution is 6.5-7, stopping dropwise adding, continuously stirring for reaction for 1-2h, carrying out high-speed centrifugal separation and precipitation, washing the precipitate with deionized water at the centrifugal rotation speed of 12000-15000rpm, and ultrasonically dispersing the precipitate in the deionized water at the dispersion ratio of 1-50g/L to obtain an aqueous phase solution;
wherein the mixing ratio of the chitosan to the acetic acid solution is 2-3 mg/ml;
a2, adding tea tree oil into the aqueous phase solution, and carrying out ultrasonic emulsification to obtain the tea tree oil emulsion; wherein the volume ratio of the tea tree oil to the aqueous phase solution is 1: (1-5).
7. A pet wash composition containing natural plant extracts according to claim 6, wherein said alkaline silica sol solution has a solids content of 20-30%, a pH of 10 and an average particle size of 10-100 nm.
8. A process for the preparation of a pet care composition containing natural plant extracts according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) adding radix stemonae extract, glycerol, sodium laureth sulfate, pentaerythritol distearate, glyceryl oleate and cocamide MEA into deionized water according to a ratio, heating to 75 ℃, and stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain a first mixed solution;
(2) adding dodecyl betaine, anhydrous sodium sulfate, tea saponin, polydimethylsiloxane, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, ethylene glycol distearate, hydantoin, cationic guar gum and essence into deionized water, stirring uniformly, and adjusting the pH value to 6.5 by triethanolamine to obtain a second mixed solution;
(3) and mixing and homogenizing the tea tree oil emulsion, the first mixed liquid and the second mixed liquid to obtain the tea tree oil emulsion.
