Abstract
The invention discloses bath foam special for pets and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of pet supplies. Background
With the economic development and rising income level, the pet is raised to be a mental support, many people regard the pet as family members, the pet owners translate self life modes to lovers, and demand upgrading and consumption upgrading are formed in the basic consumption field, so that the comfort, safety and functionality of the clean product of the pet are more and more paid attention to in the pet raising process.

Optionally, the Chinese herbal medicine plant miticide comprises at least one of stemona root extract, fructus cnidii extract, fructus zanthoxyli extract, flos caryophylli extract, peppermint extract, ginger root extract and motherwort extract.

Based on the above purpose, the invention also provides a preparation method of the bath foam special for pets, which comprises the following steps:
dissolving a plant surfactant in deionized water to obtain a mixed solution;
adding Chinese herbal medicine plant mite-killing agent into the mixed solution, and uniformly stirring at 50-60 ℃ to obtain mixed solution;
under the stirring condition, sequentially adding a thickening stabilizer, a hair softening and fluffing agent and a biological enzyme stabilizer into the mixed solution to obtain a solution A;
and (3) cooling the solution A to 33-37 ℃, and sequentially adding a complex enzyme preparation and a preservative into the solution A under the stirring condition to obtain the special bath foam for pets, wherein the pH value of the special bath foam is 6.5-7.8, and the viscosity of the special bath foam is 3500-8000 cps.

1. The testing method comprises the following steps: in vitro ocular irritation assay-modified CAMVA method.
2. The evaluation method comprises the following steps:
(1) The CAMVA stimulation response included ghosting, congestion, bleeding, etc., which phenomena and stimulation scores are shown in table 1 below.

(2) According to the scores of table 1, 60 effective chick embryos are divided into 6 groups of 10 chick embryos, the irritation evaluation of the samples is recorded, the average value is obtained, and the average irritation score (AS) of the samples is obtained, wherein the corresponding relation between the AS value and the eye irritation of the samples is shown in table 2 below.

(3) The pet-specific body washes prepared in examples 7 to 10 and the body washes prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2 were applied to 6 groups of chick embryos (10 pieces per group), respectively, and the results of CAMVA test observations are shown in Table 3 below.

From the evaluation criteria of tables 1 and 2 and the results of the CAMVA test observations of Table 3, the CAMVA test observations scoring table shown in Table 4 below was obtained.

As can be seen from Table 4, the results of the in vitro eye irritation test show that the average eye irritation of the bath foam special for pets prepared by any embodiment of the invention is less than 1.1, and the average eye irritation of the bath foam prepared by comparative examples 1 and 2 is 2.8 and 2.3 respectively, and the average eye irritation is light, which shows that the components of the bath foam special for pets prepared by the invention are mild, the irritation is small and the safety is high by selecting the plant surfactant.
It should be noted that, the preparation principles of examples 11-13 are similar to those of examples 7-10, and the pH is also similar and is between 6.5 and 7.8, so that the irritation is similar to that of examples 7-10, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
2. Mite killing performance test
1. Mite killing performance test according to the method for testing the efficacy of insecticidal indoor for sanitary use and for pesticide registration of NY/T1151.2-2006 and evaluation part 2: mite killing and repelling agents.
2. Mite killing test:
(1) Taking 7 culture dishes, putting 6 of the culture dishes into the special bath foam for pets prepared in the examples 7-12 according to the using method, and uniformly smearing a mixture of white oil and Vaseline on the upper edge of the inner wall of each culture dish without putting the bath foam to be tested into the other culture dish as a control.
(2) 200 insects are put in the center of each culture dish, 0.5g of mite feed is put in the center of each culture dish at 30min, and then the culture dishes are placed in a water-proof incubator.
(3) The number of dead mites was checked and recorded for 48 h.
3. Result calculation
The mite killing rate is calculated according to a formula and expressed as a percentage (%):

wherein:
p-mite killing rate;
r is death test number;
n-number of test insects.
When the mite mortality rate of the control group is less than 5%, correction is not needed; when the mite mortality rate of the control group is between 5% and 20%, the corrected mortality rate is calculated according to the following formula (2), expressed as a percentage (%); when mite mortality rate of the control group is more than 20%, the test is carried out again.

Test insects: dust mites (Dermatophagoides farinae), male and female adults
Test conditions:
temperature: 25 ℃ +/-2 DEG C
Relative humidity: 75% ± 5%
4. The results of the mite-killing rate test are shown in the following table 5.

5. The evaluation criteria of the miticidal effect are shown in Table 6 below.

As can be seen from the combination of Table 5 and Table 6, the mite-killing rates of the bath foam special for pets prepared in examples 7-12 of the invention reach the B level, which shows that the mite-killing effect of the bath foam special for pets prepared by the invention is good through the design of the raw material components and the proportion.
Wherein the mite-killing rate of the special bath foam for pets in examples 7-10 is above 96.8%, the mite-killing rates of the special bath foam for pets prepared in examples 11 and 12 are 95.6% and 95.4%, respectively, and the herbal medicine plant mite-killing agent is prepared by compounding the stemona root extract, the fructus cnidii extract, the fructus zanthoxyli extract, the flos caryophylli extract, the mint extract, the ginger root extract and the motherwort extract, and the mass ratio of the two is 7-9: 3.5 to 4.5:3.5 to 4.5:3:3:3:2, the mite killing effect is better.
3. Antibacterial property test
According to the test method of the quantitative sterilization test of suspension in the disinfection technical Specification (2002 edition), the Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538) and candida albicans (ATCC 10231) are tested for killing, and the test method of each example is as follows: setting two identical culture dishes (containing culture mediums), placing an equal amount of test bacteria, taking one culture dish as an experimental group, adding a special pet bath foam diluent (the special pet bath foam diluent is obtained by mixing the special pet bath foam prepared by the embodiment with deionized water according to the mass ratio of 1:5), taking the other culture dish as a control group (the special pet bath foam of the invention is not added, deionized water with the same amount as the special pet bath foam diluent of the experimental group is added), culturing for the same time under the same culture condition, and then testing the survival bacteria of the control group and the experimental group respectively, wherein the action time is as follows: 5min; the test results are shown in Table 7 below.

As can be seen from Table 7, the sterilizing rates of the special bath foam for pets prepared in examples 7-12 on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans all reach more than 99%, so that the special bath foam for pets provided by the invention has excellent antibacterial effect through the design of components and proportions. The sterilization rates of examples 7 to 10 are higher than those of examples 11 and 12, and the sterilization rate of example 12 is higher than that of example 11, and the herbal medicine plant miticide is prepared by compounding the stemona root extract, the fructus cnidii extract, the fructus zanthoxyli extract, the flos caryophylli extract, the peppermint extract, the ginger root extract and the motherwort extract, and the mass ratio of the two is 7 to 9:3.5 to 4.5:3.5 to 4.5:3:3:3:2, the sterilization effect is better.
4. Detergency test
The detergency test is carried out according to GB/T13174-2008 test of detergency and cycle washing performance of the detergent for clothing, the detergency test concentration is 0.1% (1000 times of bath foam dilution), and the pH is between 6.8 and 7.2. JB-01-carbon black dirty cloth; JB-02-protein dirt cloth; JB-03-sebum dirt cloth; standard parameter index requires that all three test dirty cloth of JB-01, JB-02 and JB-03 are larger than or equal to standard liquid, and the test dirty cloth is qualified.

As can be seen from Table 8, the detergency of the bath foam for pets prepared in any embodiment to the test soiling cloth of JB-01, JB-02 and JB-03 is higher than that of the comparative example, which shows that the bath foam for pets has excellent cleaning effect by designing the components and the proportion of the plant surfactant. As can be seen by comparing example 7 with example 13, when the complex enzyme preparation is prepared by compounding lipase, protease, cellulase and lysozyme, the mass ratio of them is 0.5-1.2: 0.8 to 2.5:0.1 to 0.5: when the detergency of the bath foam special for pets is 0.05 to 0.5, the prepared bath foam special for pets has the best detergency.
As can be seen from comparison of comparative example 3 with inventive example 7, the combination of the complex enzyme preparation and the plant surfactant plays an important role in improving detergency, and if the complex enzyme preparation is absent, detergency is lowered, which means that the plant surfactant and the complex enzyme in the bath foam special for pets of the invention have a synergistic effect, and can rapidly and efficiently remove various stains such as proteins, fats, saccharides, sweat, excrement and the like on pets.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but various modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. The special bath foam for the pets is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in percentage by mass:
15-30% of plant surfactant, 8-20% of Chinese herbal medicine plant miticide, 2-4% of compound enzyme preparation, 2-4% of hair softening and bulking agent, 2-8% of biological enzyme stabilizer, 1-3% of thickening stabilizer, 0.5-2% of preservative and the balance of deionized water;
the plant surfactant comprises a gleditsia sinensis saponin extract and a soapberry pericarp extract;
the mass ratio of the small fruit gleditsia sinensis saponin extract to the soapberry peel extract is 1-2: 1 to 4;
the Chinese herbal medicine plant miticide is radix stemonae extract, fructus cnidii extract, fructus zanthoxyli extract, flos caryophylli extract, mint extract, ginger root extract and motherwort extract;
the mass ratio of the stemona root extract, the cnidium fruit extract, the pricklyash peel extract, the lilac flower extract, the peppermint extract, the ginger root extract and the motherwort herb extract is 8:4:4:3:3:3:2;
the complex enzyme preparation is prepared by compounding lipase, protease, cellulase and lysozyme, wherein the mass ratio of the lipase to the protease to the cellulase to the lysozyme is 0.5-1.2: 0.8 to 2.5:0.1 to 0.5:0.05 to 0.5;
the pH value of the bath foam special for the pets is 6.5-7.8.
2. The pet-specific body wash of claim 1, wherein the hair softening and bulking agent comprises at least one of biomimetic phospholipids, hair care oils, hydrolyzed wheat protein, guar gum, and polyquaternium-7.
3. The pet-specific body wash of claim 1, wherein the bio-enzyme stabilizer comprises a metal compound, a saccharide, and a polyol.
4. The pet-specific body wash of claim 3, wherein the metal compound comprises at least one of ferrous sulfate, calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, and potassium chloride; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the saccharide comprises at least one of glucose, trehalose and sucrose; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the polyalcohol comprises at least one of glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, tripropylene glycol, sorbitol, mannitol and polyethylene glycol.
5. The pet-specific body wash of claim 1, wherein the thickening stabilizer comprises at least one of PEG-120 methyl glucdioleate, cocoamidomethyl MEA, polyethylene glycol distearate, and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether acrylic acid copolymer; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the preservative comprises pinacol and phenoxyethanol.
6. A method for preparing the bath foam for pets according to any of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
dissolving a plant surfactant in deionized water to obtain a mixed solution;
adding Chinese herbal medicine plant mite-killing agent into the mixed solution, and uniformly stirring at 50-60 ℃ to obtain mixed solution;
under the stirring condition, sequentially adding a thickening stabilizer, a hair softening and fluffing agent and a biological enzyme stabilizer into the mixed solution to obtain a solution A;
and (3) cooling the solution A to 33-37 ℃, and sequentially adding a complex enzyme preparation and a preservative into the solution A under the stirring condition to obtain the special bath foam for pets, wherein the pH value of the special bath foam is 6.5-7.8, and the viscosity of the special bath foam is 3500-8000 cps.
