一种电池模组(20)、电池组(10)、装置及电池模组(20)的制造方法。电池模组(20)包括:电池单元(21),具有第一总输出极(21a)和第二总输出极(21b),电池单元(21)包括两个以上并排设置且相互串联的电池组件(21c),电池组件(21c)包括至少一个二次电池(22),各个二次电池(22)的两个极柱(222)排列形成两列极柱组,两列极柱组之间具有容纳间隙(22a);第一输出极片(30),包括连接于第一总输出极(21a)的第一连接部(31)、中间连接部(32)和第一输出部(33),中间连接部(32)连接于第一连接部(31)靠近容纳间隙(22a)的一侧;第二输出极片(40),包括连接于第二总输出极(21b)的第二连接部(41)和第二输出部(42),第二总输出极(21b)位于第一总输出极(21a)靠近第二输出部(42)的一侧;第一输出部(33)与第二输出部(42)设置于电池单元(21)的同侧。本申请的电池模组(20)能够降低连接线束布置的复杂度和空间占用率。
