Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る電池スタックを構成する二次電池セル10を示す斜視図である。図1を参照して、本実施の形態における二次電池セル10は、複数個が直列に組み合わされて組電池とされ、ハイブリッド自動車に搭載されている。その組電池は、ガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジンなどの内燃機関とともに、ハイブリッド自動車の動力源とされている。
図6は、実施の形態2の電池スタックの構成を示す側面図である。図7は、実施の形態2の電池スタックの構成を示す平面図である。図6および図7に示す実施の形態2の電池スタックは、拘束部材50の構成において、実施の形態1の電池スタックと異なっている。
Claims (1)
- 電池要素と、前記電池要素を収容しガス発生剤が収容されている筐体と、前記筐体の外部に配置される外部端子と、前記ガス発生剤がガスを発生することによる前記筐体の内圧上昇時に作動して前記電池要素と前記外部端子との電気的な接続を遮断する電流遮断機構とを有する、電池セルを備え、複数の前記電池セルが一方向に積層されて積層体を構成し、さらに、
前記積層体に対して前記一方向の一端に配置された第1エンドプレートと、
前記積層体に対して前記一方向の他端に配置された第2エンドプレートと、
前記第1エンドプレートおよび前記第2エンドプレートに連結され、前記一方向の両側から前記積層体を挟み込んで拘束する拘束荷重を前記第1エンドプレートおよび前記第2エンドプレートに負荷する、拘束部材とを備え、
前記拘束部材が前記第1エンドプレートと前記第2エンドプレートとの両方に連結された状態において、前記ガス発生剤がガスを発生することによる前記筐体の内圧上昇時に、前記第2エンドプレートに対して前記第1エンドプレートが相対移動可能であり、
前記拘束部材の、前記第1エンドプレートに連結される部分に、前記一方向に延びる長穴が形成され、さらに、
前記長穴を貫通して前記第1エンドプレートに固定された固定部材を備え、
前記固定部材は、前記積層体が前記一方向の両側から拘束された状態で、前記長穴の前記第2エンドプレートから遠い側の端部から離れて配置される、電池スタック。
