本发明属于车载雷达技术领域,尤其涉及一种面向车载雷达中光学元件的隔振装置,包括:框架、竖直弹簧、水平弹簧和光学器件;所述竖直弹簧固定在框架上,水平弹簧被固定在框架上,光学器件竖直方向固定在竖直弹簧上,光学器件水平方向固定在水平弹簧上,通过设置有框架,在框架内部悬空设置光学器件,将光学器件通过竖直弹簧和水平弹簧与框架连接,能够吸收震动,起到隔振的作用。

本发明属于车载雷达技术领域,尤其涉及一种面向车载雷达中光学元件的隔振装置。
背景技术
车载雷达顾名思义是用于汽车或其他地面机动车辆的雷达。因此,它包括基于不同技术(比如激光、超声波、微波)的各种不同雷达,有着不同的功能(比如发现障碍物、预测碰撞、自适应巡航控制),以及运用不同的工作原理(比如脉冲雷达、FMCW雷达、微波冲击雷达)。微波雷达在汽车雷达中有着重要的商业意义。
车载雷达中的光学元件,受震动影响较大,因此,亟需一种面向车载雷达中光学元件的隔振装置。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种面向车载雷达中光学元件的隔振装置。
本发明的技术方案:
一种面向车载雷达中光学元件的隔振装置,包括:框架、竖直弹簧、水平弹簧和光学器件;所述竖直弹簧固定在框架上,水平弹簧被固定在框架上,光学器件竖直方向固定在竖直弹簧上,光学器件水平方向固定在水平弹簧上。
进一步地,所述竖直弹簧和水平弹簧,或其任意数量的搭配构成隔振执行器。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种面向车载雷达中光学元件的隔振装置,通过设置有框架,在框架内部悬空设置光学器件,将光学器件通过竖直弹簧和水平弹簧与框架连接,能够吸收震动,起到隔振的作用。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图,对本发明进行详细说明:
结合图1所示,本实施例公开的一种面向车载雷达中光学元件的隔振装置,包括:框架1、竖直弹簧2、水平弹簧3和光学器件4;所述竖直弹簧2固定在框架1上,水平弹簧3被固定在框架1上,光学器件4竖直方向固定在竖直弹簧2上,光学器件4水平方向固定在水平弹簧3上。
具体地,所述竖直弹簧2和水平弹簧3,或其任意数量的搭配构成隔振执行器。
通过设置有框架1,在框架1内部悬空设置光学器件4,将光学器件4通过竖直弹簧2和水平弹簧3与框架1连接,能够吸收震动,起到隔振的作用。
需要说明的是,在以上实施例中,只要不矛盾的技术方案,都能够进行排列组合,由于本领域的技术人员能够根据高中阶段所学习的排列组合数学知识,穷尽所有排列组合后的结果,因此这些结果在本申请中不再一一罗列,但应理解为每一种排列组合结果都被本申请所记载。

1.一种面向车载雷达中光学元件的隔振装置,其特征在于,包括:框架(1)、竖直弹簧(2)、水平弹簧(3)和光学器件(4);所述竖直弹簧(2)固定在框架(1)上,水平弹簧(3)被固定在框架(1)上,光学器件(4)竖直方向固定在竖直弹簧(2)上,光学器件(4)水平方向固定在水平弹簧(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面向车载雷达中光学元件的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述竖直弹簧(2)和水平弹簧(3),或其任意数量的搭配构成隔振执行器。
