Abstract
提供一种磁带录像机用磁头鼓组件。该磁头鼓组件利用吸振元件可吸收振动,该吸振元件被弹簧弹性偏压,朝着定鼓的外圆周表面凸出,该弹簧安装在定鼓与磁带相接触部位的开口内。该吸振元件与行进中磁带相接触,根据磁带的行进状况对其产生适当的张力。
Description
本发明涉及磁带录像机用磁头鼓组件,更具体地说,涉及一种以高速旋转的磁头鼓组件,用于通过磁带录像机如盒式磁带录像机(VCR)中的磁头,向磁带记录信息和从磁带重放信息。
参照图1和2,传统的磁头鼓组件包括:转鼓120,由转轴110旋转支承;定鼓130,安装在转鼓120下部固定在底板(未示出)上;定子铁心140,安装在定鼓130下部且其上绕有线圈141;以及转子150,其内圆周表面装有面对定子铁心140的磁铁151。
磁头121安装在转鼓120中。并且,转轴110由轴承111旋转支承在定鼓130上。
借助一对导杆底座11将磁带10从带盒(未示出)中拉出,且以使磁带10与磁头鼓接触的方式走带。磁带10在行进时其底端受阶跃式导槽131引导,该导槽成形于定鼓130的外圆周表面。
并且当转鼓120以高速旋转时,将信息记录到行进的磁带10上和从其上重放出来。
当磁带录像机工作时会产生振动,这是由转鼓120的高速旋转和磁带10与磁头121的接触所造成的。这种振动会在磁带录像机中导致诸如屏幕闪烁、噪声、磁头磨损等等问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明的一个目的是提供一种旋转磁头鼓组件,该组件具有用于在扫描磁带过程中吸收磁带振动的装置。
为实现本发明的上述目的,现提供一种磁带录像机用磁头鼓组件,其包含:定鼓,固定在底板上;转鼓,与转轴合在一起旋转支承在定鼓上;磁头,安装在转鼓中,用于扫描行进中的磁带,其特征在于:该磁头鼓组件含有安装在定鼓中的吸振单元,用于通过与行进的磁带保持接触来吸振;在此,吸振单元包含有:弹性体,安装在成形于定鼓中的开口内;吸振元件,沿定鼓径向向外方向受到弹性体的弹性偏压,且与行进的磁带保持接触。
优选地,吸振元件与磁带的接触表面为弯圆的。
并且,吸振元件为橡胶或合成树脂。

下面将参照图3至5对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。在所有图中,相同的附图标记代表相同元件。磁头121安装在由转轴110旋转支承的转鼓120中。定鼓130被安装成在转鼓120的下部固定在底板(未示出)上。
根据本发明,定鼓130中安装有与磁带10保持接触的吸振单元200,用于吸收磁带的振动。
吸振单元200包括:弹性体,例如螺旋弹簧210,安装在成形于定鼓130中的开口132内;以及吸振元件220,沿定鼓130径向向外方向受到螺旋弹簧210的弹性偏压,与行进的磁带10保持接触。
优选地,吸振元件220由橡胶或合成树脂制成。并且,吸振元件220与磁带10的接触表面为弯圆的,以具有预定的曲率。该曲率可根据吸振元件220的特性而有所不同。
螺旋弹簧210的弹力小于磁带10的张力。于是,当磁带10与吸振元件220接触时,优选的是:吸振元件220从其初始位置被磁带10的张力轻微向内推压。
在根据本发明的具有上述构造的磁头鼓组件工作过程中,磁带10借助一对导杆底座11从带盒(未示出)中拉出,并以使磁带与转鼓120和定鼓130相接触的方式走带。磁带10的行进受到阶跃式导槽131的引导,该导槽成形于定鼓130的外圆周表面。
由于吸振元件220沿定鼓130径向向外方向受到螺旋弹簧210的弹性偏压,它对行进中的磁带10通过相互接触而产生适当的张力,从而吸收由于转鼓120高速旋转和磁带10与磁头121相接触所产生的振动。
因此提高了磁头的信号拾取精度,使得屏幕闪烁与噪声受到抑制,从而提高了磁带录像机的工作特性。
Claims (5)
1.一种磁带录像机用磁头鼓组件,其包含:定鼓,固定在底板上;转鼓,与转轴合在一起旋转支承在定鼓上;以及磁头,安装在转鼓中,用于扫描行进中的磁带,其特征在于:
该磁头鼓组件具有安装在定鼓中的吸振单元,用于通过与行进中的磁带保持接触来吸振;
上述吸振单元包含有:
弹性体,安装在成形于定鼓中的开口内;以及
吸振元件,沿定鼓径向向外方向受到弹性体的弹性偏压,且与行进中的磁带保持接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的磁头鼓组件,其特征在于:吸振元件与磁带的接触表面为弯圆的。
3.如权利要求1所述的磁头鼓组件,其特征在于:吸振元件为橡胶或合成树脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的磁头鼓组件,其特征在于:弹性体为螺旋弹簧。
5.如权利要求4所述的磁头鼓组件,其特征在于:螺旋弹簧的弹力小于磁带的张力。
