When barbell pieces are loaded, the seventh air cylinder 722 drives the barbell piece clamping jaws 723 to symmetrically support the bottoms of the barbell pieces, and then the limiting ejector pins 726 downwards support the upper surfaces of the barbell pieces so as to fixedly limit the barbell pieces on the barbell piece clamping jaws 723; when the barbell disc feeding station is moved, the barbell disc clamping jaws 723 are loosened, and the barbell discs are placed on the positioning jig 3; when blanking is carried out, an electromagnet 7272 in the weighing magnetic suction module 727 is electrified, the whole riveted counterweight unit is sucked from the positioning jig 3 at the blanking station by utilizing the magnetic suction effect, meanwhile, the weight of the counterweight unit is weighed and detected by utilizing a weighing sensor 7271, and if the weight is unqualified, the counterweight unit is placed in a waste material box; if the detection is qualified, the material is placed into the material receiving unit 9.
