Wherein, the thickening agent adopts polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6; the solubilizer is PPG-26-butanol polyether-26/PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil; the organic solvent adopts ethanol; the antioxidant is selected from tocopherol acetate; the aromatic is essence; the humectant is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 1: 2: 3 of glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol, polyglycerol-3 and methyl gluceth-20; the skin conditioner comprises 3 mass percent of: 5: 5: 1: 0.1: 0.1 parts of oat peptide, honey, royal jelly, hexapeptide-1, asiaticoside and citric acid; the antiseptic is phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerol; the colorant is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1: caramel color 0.5 and CI 14700.

The embodiment provides an anti-aging and skin-tendering composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: the component A comprises: 10 parts of water and 0.5 part of thickening agent; and B component: 2 parts of solubilizer, 8 parts of organic solvent, 1 part of antioxidant and 0.05 part of aromatic; and C, component C: 33 parts of water and 30 parts of humectant; and (D) component: 15 parts of skin conditioner, 0.5 part of preservative and 0.1 part of colorant.

s4, cooling the materials in the emulsification main pot processed in the step S3 to 40-45 ℃, adding the components of the component D and the mixed liquid B, stirring at the speed of 60rpm for 20min to uniformly and fully dissolve the components, and filtering by using a 300-mesh filter screen to obtain the anti-aging and skin-tendering composition.
Test examples
The anti-aging skin-tendering composition prepared in each example is subjected to application test tests, and the application test tests are as follows:
testing the environmental temperature: 25 ± 1 ℃, relative humidity: 50 +/-5%. The effective volunteers are 100, 50 men and 50 women, and the age is 30-45 years old. The test method comprises the following steps: the subjects were divided into 5 groups of 20 subjects each, 10 men and 10 women, and each group of subjects was given the anti-aging and skin-rejuvenating composition of examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 1 above all over the face for 12 weeks, 1 time per night, and no other skin care product was used during the test period. The subjects were evaluated for stratum corneum moisture content, skin elasticity, visual wrinkles at different stages, and were allowed to self-evaluate. The specific test time points are respectively as follows: before use (W0), 2 weeks after use (W2), 4 weeks (W4), 8 weeks (W8), 12 weeks (W12). The specific evaluation methods and results are as follows:
evaluation of moisture content of skin stratum corneum: skin moisture content was analyzed using a skin moisture tester Corneometer CM 825 to measure skin capacitance values. Higher test values indicate higher stratum corneum moisture content. The measurement is completed by the same measurer for 3 times, the average value of the measurement is taken, the increase rate is calculated by taking the skin moisture content measured before use as a reference after statistics, and the obtained result is shown in figure 1.
Evaluation of skin elasticity: the skin elasticity of the facial wrinkle and non-wrinkle areas was measured with the instrument Cutomer MPA 580. The Cutomer is a testing instrument designed based on suction and stretching principles, the principle is that negative pressure pulls skin to cause deformation, the capability of the skin to recover deformation is measured, an elastic recovery parameter RE/R0 is used for representing the elastic characteristic of the skin, each testing point is repeatedly measured for 3 times and then averaged, the increase rate is calculated by taking the measured skin elasticity value before use as a reference after statistics, and the testing result is shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3.
Evaluation of wrinkles by visual inspection: the scoring staff scores wrinkles at 4 positions of canthus wrinkles, glabellar wrinkles, forehead wrinkles and perioral wrinkles of the subject. The scoring standard is divided into 1-10 grades, the higher the score is, the more serious the wrinkles are, the score is statistically calculated to be an average value according to the scoring result, the effect is reflected in the descending trend of scoring in the use process, the lower the score is, the better the effect is, and the obtained results are shown in tables 1-4.

Self-assessment: the subjects evaluated their skin allergy in terms of the whole facial area, wrinkles, elasticity, firmness and water improvement and the examples according to the self-evaluation table, and counted in terms of the ratio of the number of persons evaluated, and the results are shown in tables 5 to 9.

From the application test results, after the subjects use the anti-aging and skin-rejuvenating compositions of examples 1-4 and comparative example 1 for 2-12 weeks, the moisture content of the facial skin is improved, the skin elasticity is obviously increased, and the wrinkles on the face are obviously reduced, wherein the addition amount of the skin conditioner in the anti-aging and skin-rejuvenating composition of example 1 is the least, so the effect is relatively the worst; the addition amount of the skin conditioning agent and the humectant in the embodiment 2 is high, and although the addition ratio of the honey to the royal jelly is low, the ratio of other components of the skin conditioning agent is increased, so that the overall effect of the composition in the embodiment 2 is good; compared with examples 1,2 and 4 and comparative example 1, the anti-aging and skin-tendering composition of example 3 has more obvious effect, reasonable proportion addition amount and best effect when used by a subject; as can be seen from the comparison of the effects of comparative example 1 and examples 2 and 3, the combination of oat peptide, honey and royal jelly has a synergistic effect when used as a skin conditioner.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The anti-aging skin-tendering composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
a component a comprising: 0.1-1 part of thickening agent and 5-10 parts of water;
a component B comprising: 0.5-5 parts of solubilizer, 1-12 parts of organic solvent and 0.1-2 parts of antioxidant;
a component C comprising: 15-40 parts of a humectant and 15-70 parts of water;
a component D comprising: 1-16 parts of a skin conditioner;
the skin conditioner comprises honey, royal jelly and oat peptide.
2. The anti-aging skin-tendering composition according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is at least one selected from polyacrylate crosspolymer-6, carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer.
3. The anti-aging skin rejuvenation composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein the solubilizing agent is at least one selected from PPG-26-butyether-26, polysorbate-20, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
4. The anti-aging skin-tendering composition according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is selected from at least one of tocopherol acetate, butylated hydroxytoluene, sodium metabisulfite, pentaerythritol tetrakis (bis-tert-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate) ester.
5. The anti-aging skin rejuvenation composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein the humectant is selected from at least one of glycerin, butylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, polyglycerin-3, methyl gluceth-20, polyethylene glycol-8, glyceryl polyether-26; preferably, the humectant is selected from the group consisting of glycerin, 1, 2-hexanediol, polyglycerol-3, methyl gluceth-20; further preferably, the humectant is selected from (1-3) by mass: (1-2): (1-3): (1-3) glycerin, 1, 2-hexanediol, polyglycerol-3, and methyl glucitol polyether-20.
6. The anti-aging skin rejuvenation composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein the skin conditioning agent further comprises at least one of hexapeptide-1, carnosine, asiaticoside, agave stem extract, citric acid, oat beta-glucan, bioglycan-1, inositol; preferably, the skin conditioner is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of (1-3): (1-5): (1-5): (1-3): (0.1-0.5): (0.1-0.5) a mixture of avenin, honey, royal jelly, hexapeptide-1, asiaticoside and citric acid.
7. The anti-aging skin-tendering composition according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent is at least one selected from ethanol, propylene glycol and dipropylene glycol.
8. The anti-aging skin-tendering composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the component B further comprises 0.01-0.5 parts of aromatic.
9. The anti-aging skin rejuvenation composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the D component further comprises 0.2 to 0.8 parts of a preservative and/or 0.00001 to 0.2 parts of a colorant; preferably, the preservative is selected from at least one of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerin, methylparaben, sodium benzoate, chlorphenesin, bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, and the colorant is selected from at least one of caramel color, CI 14700, CI 15985, and CI 19140.
10. A method of preparing an anti-aging skin rejuvenation composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 which comprises the steps of:
s1, mixing the components in the component A, and standing for 30-40 min to obtain a mixed solution A;
s2, mixing the components in the component B, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed solution B;
s3, mixing each component in the component C with the mixed solution A, heating to 85-95 ℃, uniformly stirring, and then homogenizing;
s4, cooling the material processed in the step S3 to 35-45 ℃, adding the components of the component D and the mixed solution B, stirring uniformly and fully dissolving, and then filtering.
