Abstract
本发明涉及一种肿瘤患者和/或术后人群的肠内营养支持组合物及制法,所述的营养支持组合物的原料组分包括:大豆分离蛋白粉、麦芽糊精、粉末油脂、大米粉、膳食纤维、玉米粉、浓缩乳清蛋白粉、复合微量元素、益生元、全蛋粉、乳粉、亚麻籽粉、食用盐。本发明组合物营养配比科学,各大营养素供能比合理,可均衡人体的营养需求,有效改善肿瘤患者及其他手术后患者的营养状况,增强免疫功能,提高身体机能及生活质量,延长生存时间,同时具有易于服用、口感细腻、无不良气味的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于功能食品技术领域,具体涉及一种肿瘤患者和/或术后人群的肠内营养支持组合物及制法。
背景技术
营养不良是恶性肿瘤患者的常见并发病,约40-80%的肿瘤患者存在营养不良,引起抗肿瘤治疗手术、化疗、放疗的耐受性、有效性下降、毒副作用增加,机体体力状态下降,器官功能损害,生活质量低下,生存时间缩短。研究报道约20%的恶性肿瘤患者的直接死亡原因是因为营养不良。因此,通过营养支持改善肿瘤患者的营养状况具有至关重要的作用。
肠内营养是经胃肠道提供代谢需要的营养物质及其他各种营养素的营养支持方式,肠内营养的途径有口服和经导管输入两种,肠内营养作为肿瘤患者以及其它术后人群营养支持,对于保证治疗效果,改善预后具有非常重要的临床意义。一方面,此类特殊时期特殊人群往往需要高热量、高维生素以及高蛋白的饮食以满足因治疗而产生的身体消耗和组织修复所需要的营养,而这样的饮食结构需求难以通过天然或传统的饮食方式获取。另一方面,此类特殊时期特殊人群普遍存在口腔溃疡、食管黏膜水肿、吞咽困难、厌食及轻微腹痛腹泻等症状,因而也造成了服用困难的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种肠内营养支持组合物及制法。所述的肠内营养支持组合物专为肿瘤患者和/或术后人群的营养需求而开发,营养配比科学,各大营养素供能比合理,易于服用、口感细腻、无不良气味,可通过改善此类特殊时期人群的营养状态来改善其免疫状态、器官功能,减少抗肿瘤和/或术后治疗造成的毒副反应,从而发挥改善患者预后的作用。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种肿瘤患者和/或术后人群的肠内营养支持组合物,包括如下重量份的原料组分:大豆分离蛋白粉10-50份、麦芽糊精10-50份、粉末油脂10-50份、大米粉10-50份、膳食纤维1-10份、玉米粉1-15份、浓缩乳清蛋白粉0.001-0.01份、复合微量元素0.1-1份、益生元0.002-0.02份、全蛋粉0.001-0.01份、乳粉0.001-0.01份、亚麻籽粉0.001-0.01份、食用盐0.05-0.5份。
本发明提供的营养支持组合物,大豆分离蛋白粉、浓缩乳清蛋白粉、乳粉、全蛋粉共同为机体提供蛋白质来源,其中,大豆分离蛋白粉是以低温脱溶大豆粕为原料生产的一种全价蛋白类食品添加剂,蛋白质含量在90%以上,氨基酸种类有近20种,并含有人体必需氨基酸,具有低脂、高蛋白、增钙、降胆固醇多种营养价值,是植物蛋白中为数不多的可替代动物蛋白的品种之一。浓缩乳清蛋白粉是通过超滤技术浓缩乳清中蛋白质,然后干燥制得的可溶性粉末,主要成分包括β-乳球蛋白、α-乳白蛋白、免疫球蛋白以及乳铁蛋白,容易消化,还具有高生物价、高效化率、高蛋白质功效比和高利用率。乳粉是用冷冻或加热的方法,除去乳中几乎全部的水分,干燥后而成粉末。全蛋粉是新鲜鸡蛋的替代品,是全价蛋白质,富含DHA、卵磷脂、维生素B2以及其他微量元素。
本发明还添加了麦芽糊精、大米粉、玉米粉共同为机体提供碳水化合物来源,大米粉含75%左右碳水化合物,7%-8%蛋白质以及1.3%-1.8%脂肪,还含有丰富的B族维生素。玉米粉富含丰富的脂肪、磷元素、维生素B2、钙、铁、谷胱甘肽、赖氨酸等多种营养元素。
本发明还添加了粉末油脂和亚麻籽粉,粉末油脂是以精炼氢化植物油和多种食品辅料为原料,经调配、乳化、杀菌、喷雾干燥而成,可提高营养价值和发热量、提高速溶性和冲调性、改善口感,使产品更加美味可口。亚麻籽粉富含有硒、植物蛋白、不饱和脂肪酸以及膳食纤维等多种营养元素,对人的身体具有营养作用,此外还具有改善便秘的作用,可加重粪便重量,促进肠道蠕动。
除此以外,本发明还特别添加了膳食纤维、复合微量元素以及益生元,有利于促进胃肠蠕动、改善肠道微生态,同时参与免疫调节,促进脂质、蛋白质与矿物质代谢。
据此,本发明各组分共同构成了营养丰富、均衡,符合特殊时期和特殊人群需求的营养品,可有效防止细胞代谢紊乱,支持器官、组织的结构与功能,同时易于消化、易于服用,特别适合肿瘤患者和/或术后人群以及其它胃肠道疾病患者术后进食,通过科学营养摄入增强自身的免疫力,从而获得更好的治疗效果。
根据本发明具体实施方式的营养支持组合物,碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪的供能比为50-60%:12-20%:20-35%。
根据本发明具体实施方式的营养支持组合物,膳食纤维包括聚葡萄糖、抗性糊精以及果蔬粉中的任意一种或几种;果蔬粉包括苹果粉、香蕉粉、桔子粉、橙子粉、梨粉、凤梨粉、番茄粉、胡萝卜粉、猕猴桃粉、南瓜粉、草莓粉、西柚粉、葡萄粉、西兰花粉、枇杷粉、芒果粉、西瓜粉、树莓粉、樱桃粉、百香果粉、桃粉、蓝莓粉、菠菜粉、黄瓜粉、哈密瓜粉、香菇粉、红甜菜粉、柠檬粉中的任意一种或几种。优选的,膳食纤维包括如下重量份的原料组分:聚葡萄糖1-10份、抗性糊精0.001-0.01份、苹果粉0.001-0.01份、香蕉粉0.001-0.01份、桔子粉0.001-0.01份、橙子粉0.001-0.01份、梨粉0.001-0.01份、凤梨粉0.001-0.01份、番茄粉0.001-0.01份、胡萝卜粉0.001-0.01份、猕猴桃粉0.001-0.01份、南瓜粉0.001-0.01份、草莓粉0.001-0.01份、西柚粉0.001-0.01份、葡萄粉0.001-0.01份、西兰花粉0.001-0.01份、枇杷粉0.001-0.01份、芒果粉0.001-0.01份、西瓜粉0.001-0.01份、树莓粉0.001-0.01份、樱桃粉0.001-0.01份、百香果粉0.001-0.01份、桃粉0.001-0.01份、蓝莓粉0.001-0.01份、菠菜粉0.001-0.01份、黄瓜粉0.001-0.01份、哈密瓜粉0.001-0.01份、香菇粉0.001-0.01份、红甜菜粉0.001-0.01份、柠檬粉0.001-0.01份。
根据本发明具体实施方式的营养支持组合物,果蔬粉均按如下方法制备得到:取新鲜水果或蔬菜,提取汁液;向所述汁液中加水进行稀释,得到稀释液,对所述稀释液先进行均质处理,然后加入1.5-3%的复合酶制剂,45-55℃酶解1-1.5h,完毕后离心所得酶解液,经低温真空浓缩、冷冻干燥,即得。优选的,按汁液与水之间体积比为1:2-6的比例进行所述稀释;所述均质为2000-3000r/min均质3-5min;所述复合酶制剂为纤维素酶、果胶酶和淀粉酶按质量比1.5-2.0:1.5:0.5组成。
根据本发明具体实施方式的营养支持组合物,复合微量元素包括维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、碳酸镁、碳酸钙、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、葡萄糖酸锌以及牛磺酸。
根据本发明具体实施方式的营养支持组合物,益生元由低聚果糖和低聚异麦芽糖按质量比0.001-0.01:0.001-0.01组成。
根据本发明具体实施方式的营养支持组合物,大豆分离蛋白粉中的蛋白质含量≥90%,所述浓缩乳清蛋白粉中蛋白质含量≥40%,所述乳粉中脂肪含量≥20%。
本发明还提供所述的营养支持组合物的制备方法,具体步骤为:按重量份称取各原料,充分混合均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明所述的营养支持组合物,各组分共同为人体提供包括蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、维生素以及矿物质在内的必须营养素,其中,蛋白质源于植物和动物优质蛋白,膳食纤维源于水溶性膳食纤维和水不溶性膳食纤维科学配比,本发明组合物营养配比科学,各大营养素供能比合理,可均衡人体的营养需求,有效改善肿瘤患者及其他手术后患者的营养状况,增强免疫功能,提高身体机能及生活质量,延长生存时间。
2、本发明所述的营养支持组合物,具有适宜的渗透压、PH值、粘度,且零乳糖、口感佳,不会引起腹胀、腹泻及其他肠道反应,易于吞咽、口感细腻、无不良气味。适合肿瘤患者及其他手术后患者普遍存在口腔溃疡、食管黏膜水肿、吞咽困难、厌食及轻微腹痛腹泻等各种复杂情况下的服用。

其中包括苹果粉、香蕉粉、桔子粉、橙子粉、梨粉、凤梨粉、番茄粉、胡萝卜粉、猕猴桃粉、南瓜粉、草莓粉、西柚粉、葡萄粉、西兰花粉、枇杷粉、芒果粉、西瓜粉、树莓粉、樱桃粉、百香果粉、桃粉、蓝莓粉、菠菜粉、黄瓜粉、哈密瓜粉、香菇粉、红甜菜粉、柠檬粉在内的果蔬粉均按如下方法制备得到:取新鲜水果或蔬菜,提取汁液;向所述汁液中加水(汁液:水=1:2)进行稀释,得到稀释液,对所述稀释液先进行均质处理(2000r/min均质5min),然后加入1.5%的复合酶制剂(纤维素酶:果胶酶:淀粉酶=1.5:1.5:0.5),45℃酶解1.5h,完毕后离心所得酶解液,经低温真空浓缩、冷冻干燥,即得。
本实施例所述的营养支持组合物的制备方法为:按重量份称取各原料,充分混合均匀,即得。经检测,渗透压为258mOsmol/Kg,PH值为7.06,粘度为144mPa.S。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例3的区别仅在于果蔬粉的制备方法不同,本实施例果蔬粉采用如下方法制备得到:取新鲜水果或蔬菜,提取汁液;向所述汁液中加水(汁液:水=1:2)进行稀释,得到稀释液,对所述稀释液先进行均质处理(2000r/min均质5min),然后加入1.5%的果胶酶,45℃酶解1.5h,完毕后离心所得酶解液,经低温真空浓缩、冷冻干燥,即得。
对比例
本对比例与实施例3的区别仅在于,去掉复合微量元素、低聚果糖以及低聚异麦芽糖。
本发明营养支持组合物(实施例3)的营养成分分析,结果见表1:

本发明对小鼠生长和免疫功能的影响
选取50只体重在18-22g的雄性SPF级BALB/C小鼠,将所有小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、试验组一、试验组二以及试验组三共5组,每组10只。其中阴性对照组灌胃生理盐水,阳性对照组灌胃百普素(Pepi-2000),试验组一、试验组二以及试验组三分别灌胃本发明实施例3、实施例4以及对比例营养支持组合物,各组均以0.05g/g·bw剂量连续灌胃10天。测定10天后各组体重增加情况,参照卫生部《保健食品检验与评价规范》2003年版的方法,进行小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验以及小鼠碳粒廓清实验以考察对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果见下表:

结果表明,本发明各实施例制备的营养支持组合物可以明显增加小鼠的体重,提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力以及单核-巨噬细胞功能(p<0.05),且实施例3最优。说明本发明营养配比科学,各大营养素供能比合理,能够满足人体营养需求,同时具有增强免疫力的效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种肿瘤患者和/或术后人群的肠内营养支持组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料组分:
大豆分离蛋白粉10-50份、麦芽糊精10-50份、粉末油脂10-50份、大米粉10-50份、膳食纤维1-10份、玉米粉1-15份、浓缩乳清蛋白粉0.001-0.01份、复合微量元素0.1-1份、益生元0.002-0.02份、全蛋粉0.001-0.01份、乳粉0.001-0.01份、亚麻籽粉0.001-0.01份、食用盐0.05-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养支持组合物,其特征在于,所述的营养支持组合物中,碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪的供能比为50-60%:12-20%:20-35%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的营养支持组合物,其特征在于,所述的膳食纤维包括聚葡萄糖、抗性糊精以及果蔬粉中的任意一种或几种;所述的果蔬粉包括苹果粉、香蕉粉、桔子粉、橙子粉、梨粉、凤梨粉、番茄粉、胡萝卜粉、猕猴桃粉、南瓜粉、草莓粉、西柚粉、葡萄粉、西兰花粉、枇杷粉、芒果粉、西瓜粉、树莓粉、樱桃粉、百香果粉、桃粉、蓝莓粉、菠菜粉、黄瓜粉、哈密瓜粉、香菇粉、红甜菜粉、柠檬粉中的任意一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的营养支持组合物,其特征在于,所述的膳食纤维包括如下重量份的原料组分:聚葡萄糖1-10份、抗性糊精0.001-0.01份、苹果粉0.001-0.01份、香蕉粉0.001-0.01份、桔子粉0.001-0.01份、橙子粉0.001-0.01份、梨粉0.001-0.01份、凤梨粉0.001-0.01份、番茄粉0.001-0.01份、胡萝卜粉0.001-0.01份、猕猴桃粉0.001-0.01份、南瓜粉0.001-0.01份、草莓粉0.001-0.01份、西柚粉0.001-0.01份、葡萄粉0.001-0.01份、西兰花粉0.001-0.01份、枇杷粉0.001-0.01份、芒果粉0.001-0.01份、西瓜粉0.001-0.01份、树莓粉0.001-0.01份、樱桃粉0.001-0.01份、百香果粉0.001-0.01份、桃粉0.001-0.01份、蓝莓粉0.001-0.01份、菠菜粉0.001-0.01份、黄瓜粉0.001-0.01份、哈密瓜粉0.001-0.01份、香菇粉0.001-0.01份、红甜菜粉0.001-0.01份、柠檬粉0.001-0.01份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的营养支持组合物,其特征在于,所述的果蔬粉均按如下方法制备得到:取新鲜水果或蔬菜,提取汁液;向所述汁液中加水进行稀释,得到稀释液,对所述稀释液先进行均质处理,然后加入1.5-3%的复合酶制剂,45-55℃酶解1-1.5h,完毕后离心所得酶解液,经低温真空浓缩、冷冻干燥,即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的营养支持组合物,其特征在于,按汁液与水之间体积比为1:2-6的比例进行所述稀释;所述均质为2000-3000r/min均质3-5min;所述复合酶制剂为纤维素酶、果胶酶和淀粉酶按质量比1.5-2.0:1.5:0.5组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的营养支持组合物,其特征在于,所述的复合微量元素包括维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、碳酸镁、碳酸钙、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、葡萄糖酸锌以及牛磺酸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的营养支持组合物,其特征在于,所述的益生元由低聚果糖和低聚异麦芽糖按质量比0.001-0.01:0.001-0.01组成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的营养支持组合物,其特征在于,所述大豆分离蛋白粉中的蛋白质含量≥90%,所述浓缩乳清蛋白粉中蛋白质含量≥40%,所述乳粉中脂肪含量≥20%。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述的营养支持组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:按重量份称取各原料,充分混合均匀,即得。
