技术领域
本发明属于色纺纱领域,尤其是涉及一种具有耐强碱处理的涡流色纺纱面料的纺制方法。
背景技术
传统环锭纺色纺纱因其面料具有独特的“麻灰”立体效果,被广泛应用于“T桖”、“居家服”、“家纺”等领域。涡流纺作为一种新型的纺纱方式的出现改变了传统环锭纺“流程长”、“效率低”、“用工多”等缺点,仅仅用10多年的时间便得到广泛推广。将色纺纱与新型涡流纺纺纱方式相结合,不仅解决了涡流纺产品单一的不足,并且也提高了生产效率,节约了生产成本。
将涡流纺纱线进行强碱处理后能使面料更加挺括、光泽更好,而且吸湿性能得到提高,但是会使色纺面料的原有颜色完全发生改变,这是客户没有办法接受的。因此,开发一种经强碱处理的涡流色纺纱面料还能保持原始面料的色彩显得非常重要。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所面临的难题,本发明的目的在于:解决涡流色纺纱面料经强碱处理后色彩不变,并且使面料更加挺括、光泽更好的难题。
本发明的目的之二是提供一种具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法。
本发明的一种具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,包括将棉纤维先进行染色、水洗,然后对所得的染色后棉纤维耐碱预处理,再将耐强碱处理后的彩色棉纤维按一定比例和工艺进行纺制色纺纱、并线加工后织布,对所得的面料在一定的张力下,用碱溶液进行处理步骤。
在本发明的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法中,在所述的对棉纤维进行染色步骤中,染色工艺为:活性染料2-10重量%(以纤维总重量为基础),活性染料匀染剂0.1-1.0g/L,扩散剂0.3-1.0g/L,浓度98%的醋酸0.3-1.0g/L,还原清洗剂2-5ml/L,保险粉1-3g/L,分散剂0.1-1.0g/L,此处的升为水量,温度50℃-80℃,染色时间1-2h。
较好的是,在本发明的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法中,在所述的对棉纤维进行染色步骤中,染色工艺为:活性染料5-10重量%,活性染料匀染剂0.3-0.7g/L,扩散剂0.5-0.8g/L,浓度98%的醋酸0.5-0.8g/L,还原清洗剂3-4ml/L,保险粉2-3g/L,分散剂0.6-1.0g/L,温度60℃-75℃,染色时间1-1.5h。
在本发明的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法中,在水洗步骤中将未固着的染料通过水洗从纤维中去除,然后将水洗后的棉纤维进行烘干处理后打包,使纤维回潮率达到8%左右。
在本发明的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法中,在对所得的染色后棉纤维进行耐碱预处理步骤中,在处理浴中加入单宁酸和乙二胺,二者的比例为2-5:3-8,浓度为1-3%(处理浴总重量),处理浴的PH值为4-6,温度为20-50℃,时间20-50min。
可以选择的是,在本发明的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法中,在对所得的染色后棉纤维进行耐碱预处理步骤中,在处理浴中加入单宁酸和乙二胺,二者的比例为3-4:4-6,较好的是,单宁酸和乙二胺的比例为2:8,3:7,4:6,5:5,6:4,7:3中的一种,浓度为2%(处理浴总重量),处理浴的PH值为4-5,温度为40-45℃,时间35-40min。
在本发明的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,在对耐碱处理后的色棉纤维和白棉纤维进行配棉、混棉、梳棉、预并、精梳工序后制成精梳棉条定量为16-25g/5m,色棉纤维和白棉纤维的比例为1-2:5-10,耐碱色棉为2种-5种色棉组成;将精梳棉条进行生产涡流纺细纱支数为,30-60S,其涡流纺主要工艺参数为;喂入比为0.98-1.0,总牵伸倍数为150-300,纺纱速度为300-400m/min,;涡流纺细纱按双纱捻度为TPI:5-20进行并线后供织布用。
在本发明的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法中,对并线后的纱线进行织布,面料的组织结构为珠地布种,具体结构为:
1)采用浮线和线圈组成,所有针道的线圈数量相同;
2)所述的线圈由3-5个横道组成;
3)所述的横道由浮线和线圈1:1排列组成。
在本发明的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法中,面料进行碱处理的工艺参数为:NaOH浓度为200-300g/L,温度为10-80℃,时间30-70s,张力100-300CN,轧液率110%。对碱处理后的面料进行对色,需要在光源为D65灯光下进行比对,按灰卡标准进行评级,处理前后色差为4-4.5级。
本发明纺制成的色纺面料具有面料挺括、有一定的光泽,吸湿性能提高等优点,并且能保留色纺面料的颜色基本不变,得到市场的认可。

在本发明中,所有的量、份、百分比均为质量单位,所有的原料、设备均可以从市场购得,其中扩散剂NNO、活性染料匀染剂、还原清洗剂(ZJ-RH25酸性还原清洗剂)、分散剂(磺化油)均是活性染料染色时常规使用的。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
选取50KG原棉纤维经过梳棉处理后得到生条,将生条在棉条扯断机中拉断后打包得到棉网,对棉网先进行染色处理,采用乙烯砜型活性染料染色,将白棉染色成黑色纤维。具体的染色流程为:(1)染色配方:活性青光黑GL1公斤,活性红光黑2.5公斤,活性染料匀染剂0.5g/L,扩散剂NNO 0.7g/L,醋酸(浓度98%)0.5g/L;还原清洗剂(ZJ-RH25酸性还原清洗剂)3.5ml/L,保险粉2.3g/L,分散剂(磺化油)0.8g/L,温度70℃,染色时间1h;(2)水洗:将未固着的染料通过水洗从纤维中去除;(3)将水洗后的棉纤维进行烘干处理后打包,使纤维回潮率达到8%左右。对染好的黑色棉纤维进行耐碱预处理,其主要工艺参数为:单宁酸和乙二胺的比例为4:6,PH值为4.5,浓度2mol/L,温度为42℃,时间40min。选取对耐碱处理后的黑色棉纤维10KG和白棉纤维90KG进行配棉、混棉、梳棉、预并、精梳工序后制成精梳棉条定量为16g/5m;将精梳棉条进行生产涡流纺细纱支数为50S,其涡流纺主要工艺参数为;喂入比为1.0,总牵伸倍数为271,纺纱速度为350m/min;涡流纺细纱按双纱捻度为TPI:15进行并线后供织布用。对并线后的纱线进行织布,面料的组织结构为珠地布种,具体结构为(1)采用浮线和线圈组成,所有针道的线圈数量相同;(2)线圈由3-5个横道组成;(3)横道由浮线和线圈1:1排列组成。将织好的珠地面料进行碱处理,工艺参数为:NaOH浓度为200g/L,温度为55℃,时间60s,张力180CN,轧液率110%。最后需要对碱处理后的面料进行对色,需要在光源为D65灯光(按客户指定)下进行比对。按灰卡标准进行评级,处理前后色差为4-4.5级即可。

选取100KG原棉纤维经过梳棉处理后得到生条,将生条在棉条扯断机中拉断后打包得到棉网,对棉网先进行染色处理,采用乙烯砜型活性染料染色,将白棉染色成黑色纤维。具体的染色流程为:(1)染色配方:活性青光黑GL2.5公斤,活性红光黑5.6公斤,活性染料匀染剂0.6g/L,扩散剂NNO 0.8g/L,醋酸(浓度98%)0.6g/L;还原清洗剂(ZJ-RH25酸性还原清洗剂)3.8ml/L,保险粉2.5g/L,分散剂(磺化油)1.0g/L,温度68℃,染色时间1.3h;(2)水洗:将未固着的染料通过水洗从纤维中去除;(3)将水洗后的棉纤维进行烘干处理后打包,使纤维回潮率达到9%左右。对染好的黑色棉纤维进行耐碱预处理,其主要工艺参数为:单宁酸和乙二胺的比例为3:5,PH值为4.5,浓度2.1%mol/L,温度为40℃,时间40min。选取对耐碱处理后的黑色棉纤维15KG和白棉纤维120KG进行配棉、混棉、梳棉、预并、精梳工序后制成精梳棉条定量为18g/5m;将精梳棉条进行生产涡流纺细纱支数为60S,其涡流纺主要工艺参数为;喂入比为1.0,总牵伸倍数为271,纺纱速度为380m/min;涡流纺细纱按双纱捻度为TPI:15进行并线后供织布用。对并线后的纱线进行织布,面料的组织结构为珠地布种,具体结构为(1)采用浮线和线圈组成,所有针道的线圈数量相同;(2)线圈由3-5个横道组成;(3)横道由浮线和线圈1:1排列组成。将织好的珠地面料进行碱处理,工艺参数为:NaOH浓度为220g/L,温度为60℃,时间50s,张力170CN,轧液率110%。最后需要对碱处理后的面料进行对色,需要在光源为D65灯光(按客户指定)下进行比对。按灰卡标准进行评级,处理前后色差为4-4.5级即可。
实施例3
选取100KG原棉纤维经过梳棉处理后得到生条,将生条在棉条扯断机中拉断后打包得到棉网,对棉网先进行染色处理,采用乙烯砜型活性染料染色,将白棉染色成黑色纤维。具体的染色流程为:(1)染色配方:活性青光黑GL2.0公斤,活性红光黑6.0公斤,活性染料匀染剂0.6g/L,扩散剂NNO0.7g/L,醋酸(浓度98%)0.7g/L;还原清洗剂(ZJ-RH25酸性还原清洗剂)3.4ml/L,保险粉2.6g/L,分散剂(磺化油)0.8g/L,温度70℃,染色时间1.5h;(2)水洗:将未固着的染料通过水洗从纤维中去除;(3)将水洗后的棉纤维进行烘干处理后打包,使纤维回潮率达到9%左右。对染好的黑色棉纤维进行耐碱预处理,其主要工艺参数为:单宁酸和乙二胺的比例为5:5,PH值为4.5,浓度1.9mol/L,温度为43℃,时间38min。选取对耐碱处理后的黑色棉纤维20KG和白棉纤维150KG进行配棉、混棉、梳棉、预并、精梳工序后制成精梳棉条定量为22g/5m。
将精梳棉条进行生产涡流纺细纱支数为50S,其涡流纺主要工艺参数为;喂入比为0.98,总牵伸倍数为264,纺纱速度为350m/min;涡流纺细纱按双纱捻度为TPI:10进行并线后供织布用。
对并线后的纱线进行织布,面料的组织结构为珠地布种,具体结构为(1)采用浮线和线圈组成,所有针道的线圈数量相同;(2)线圈由3-5个横道组成;(3)横道由浮线和线圈1:1排列组成。将织好的珠地面料进行碱处理,工艺参数为:NaOH浓度为260g/L,温度为50℃,时间40s,张力200CN,轧液率110%。最后需要对碱处理后的面料进行对色,需要在光源为D65灯光(按客户指定)下进行比对。按灰卡标准进行评级,处理前后色差为4-4.5级即可。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,其特征在于包括将棉纤维先进行染色、水洗,然后对所得的染色后棉纤维耐碱预处理,再将耐强碱处理后的彩色棉纤维按一定比例和工艺进行纺制色纺纱、并线加工后织布,对所得的面料在一定的张力下,用碱溶液进行处理步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,其特征在于在所述的对棉纤维进行染色步骤中,染色工艺为:活性染料2-10重量%,活性染料匀染剂0.1-1.0g/L,扩散剂0.3-1.0g/L,浓度98%的醋酸0.3-1.0g/L,还原清洗剂2-5ml/L,保险粉1-3g/L,分散剂0.1-1.0g/L,温度50℃-80℃,染色时间1-2h。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,其特征在于在所述的对棉纤维进行染色步骤中,染色工艺为:活性染料5-10重量%,活性染料匀染剂0.3-0.7g/L,扩散剂0.5-0.8g/L,浓度98%的醋酸0.5-0.8g/L,还原清洗剂3-4ml/L,保险粉2-3g/L,分散剂0.6-1.0g/L,温度60℃-75℃,染色时间1-1.5h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,其特征在于在水洗步骤中将未固着的染料通过水洗从纤维中去除,然后将水洗后的棉纤维进行烘干处理后打包,使纤维回潮率达到8%左右。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,其特征在于在对所得的染色后棉纤维进行耐碱预处理步骤中,在处理浴中加入单宁酸和乙二胺,二者的比例为2-5:3-8,浓度为1-3%,处理浴的PH值为4-6,温度为20-50℃,时间20-50min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,其特征在于在对所得的染色后棉纤维进行耐碱预处理步骤中,在处理浴中加入单宁酸和乙二胺,二者的比例为3-4:4-6,浓度为2%,处理浴的PH值为4-5,温度为40-45℃,时间35-40min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,其特征在于对耐碱处理后的色棉纤维和白棉纤维进行配棉、混棉、梳棉、预并、精梳工序后制成精梳棉条定量为16-25g/5m,色棉纤维和白棉纤维的比例为1-2:5-10,耐碱色棉为2种-5种色棉组成;将精梳棉条进行生产涡流纺细纱支数为,30-60S,其涡流纺主要工艺参数为;喂入比为0.98-1.0,总牵伸倍数为150-300,纺纱速度为300-400m/min,;涡流纺细纱按双纱捻度为TPI:5-20进行并线后供织布用。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,其特征在于对并线后的纱线进行织布,面料的组织结构为珠地布种,具体结构为:
1)采用浮线和线圈组成,所有针道的线圈数量相同;
2)所述的线圈由3-5个横道组成;
3)所述的横道由浮线和线圈1:1排列组成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,其特征在于面料进行碱处理的工艺参数为:NaOH浓度为200-300g/L,温度为10-80℃,时间30-70s,张力100-300CN,轧液率110%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的具有耐强碱处理的涡流纺色纺纱面料的生产方法,其特征在于对碱处理后的面料进行对色,需要在光源为D65灯光下进行比对,按灰卡标准进行评级,处理前后色差为4-4.5级。
