Description

Oil tea seed oil skin care composition containing hydrolyzed vegetable protein and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a camellia seed oil skin care composition containing plant protein and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The skin is the largest organ in human body organs, and has the functions of protecting, excreting, regulating body temperature, sensing external stimulus and the like. Skin is often irritated by various factors such as oxidation, dryness, ultraviolet rays, etc., and is easily damaged, and when care is not taken, the skin state deteriorates sooner or later, and dryness, lack of water, spots, fine lines, etc. are the most common problems. For example, modern life is busy and is full of dynamic long-term tiredness and running, and the skin is required to keep vigorous energy at any time and any place, sweat and oily thick skin are covered on the skin surface layer, the burden of the surface skin is increased, pores are completely blocked, in order to discharge more grease, the pores are gradually enlarged and obvious, the skin is gradually rough, and the skin is smoother and uneven.
In order to protect the skin from damage and to glow, care must be taken to the skin on a daily basis. To really achieve skin care, the skin needs to be softened, so that the stratum corneum can absorb more water, the permeation and absorption capacities can strengthen the contact of nutrients and epidermal cells at zero distance, and deep absorption is realized, thereby activating the skin, and ensuring that the skin is bright, clean, healthy and full of vigor.
The existing skin care product is added with a plurality of artificially synthesized additives or auxiliaries, and the product has certain specific properties (convenient preservation, unique smell and fashionable appearance), but often neglects the skin care effect of the product, and even part of the product can generate certain negative effects on the skin after long-time use; for these reasons, some natural plant ingredients are beginning to be used instead of these chemically synthesized substances. However, it has been found that, unlike natural plants, the more the types and contents of the natural plant are, the more the natural ingredients are, the more the skin becomes white after use, and the natural ingredients are not added blindly as the synthetic substances.
The camellia seed oil is used as a common plant extract, the fatty acid composition and glyceride configuration contained in the camellia seed oil are beneficial to human health, and the camellia seed oil contains various soluble vitamins, so that if the active substances are applied to skin care products, the prepared product can be more attached to human skin, the characteristics of moisturizing and repairing the skin can be endowed to the product, and the texture of the product is improved. CN107550805a discloses a silk protein hydrolysate, wherein water-soluble tea seed oil is matched with natural extracts such as black tea fungus fermentation liquor, silk protein hydrolysate and the like in the mask liquid product, so that the anti-aging and antioxidant effects of the tea seed oil are fully reserved and exerted; CN105902436a discloses an acne-removing and repairing mask using camellia seed meal extract, and in the technical scheme, a nutrition mask with strong sterilization and anti-inflammation activity is prepared by matching camellia seed oil with camellia seed meal extract.
However, the existing products often ignore the defects of the camellia seed oil. The oil tea seed oil has inherent unpleasant smell, but the existing product is often only used as a common functional agent or an oily matrix, and the content collocation or special treatment of the oil tea seed oil is not considered; the oil tea seed oil prepared by the traditional method is unstable in property and easy to oxidize due to more impurities, so that some sour odor can be further generated after the oil tea seed oil is stored or prepared into a product. Therefore, even if the oil tea seed oil is used for preparing a pure natural skin care product with high skin care effect, the product is difficult to get favour of consumers due to the unpleasant smell; if the odor of the skin care product is removed by subsequent processing of the skin care product or adding a deodorizing auxiliary agent, the production cost of the product is increased, and the economic benefit is lowered.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the camellia seed oil skin care composition containing the plant protein, which is rich in natural plant components and has no special heavy smell of the traditional camellia seed oil product, and has excellent skin moisturizing, repairing and whitening effects, and the whitening phenomenon can not occur after the composition is used.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a camellia seed oil skin care composition containing hydrolyzed vegetable protein comprises the following components: plant extract, humectant and water; the plant extract comprises 0.3-0.7% of hydrolyzed pea protein and 0.3-0.7% of refined oil tea (CAMELLIA OLEIFERA) seed oil by weight of the oil tea seed oil skin care composition.
In the components of the camellia seed oil skin care composition containing the vegetable proteins, the refined camellia seed oil with proper content is used for replacing the camellia seed oil prepared conventionally as an effective component, so that the odor is greatly reduced, and the skin compatibility is good; the camellia seed oil is rich in sterols, tocopherols, squalene and other antioxidant nutrients, so that symptoms such as wrinkles, chapping and the like of human skin can be effectively repaired; the whitening phenomenon of natural plant products in the application process can be effectively relieved by adding the hydrolyzed pea protein with specific content into the components of the product and matching with other components, so that the obtained skin care composition has light, non-sticky and lubricating texture.
Preferably, the refined oil tea seed oil is obtained through low-temperature refining, wherein the low-temperature refining comprises degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization and dewaxing steps, and the temperature of the deodorization step is not higher than 150 ℃.
More preferably, the acid value of the refined camellia seed oil is less than 0.5mg.KOH/g, the peroxide value is less than 1.5mmol/kg, and the mass percentage of moisture and volatile matters in the refined camellia seed oil is less than 0.15%.
The inventor discovers through multiple tests that the traditional preparation method of the camellia oleosa seed oil is often refined by a high-temperature method, and the product obtained by the method has the advantages of more impurities and strong smell, can cause loss and even inactivation of nutrient components such as sterols, and is extremely unfavorable for the use of the camellia oleosa seed oil in subsequent skin care products. According to the refined camellia seed oil disclosed by the invention, the refined camellia seed oil is refined by a low-temperature multi-step method, and simultaneously, the physicochemical indexes of the prepared camellia seed oil and the content of odor and instability sources (free fatty acid and the like) are strictly limited, so that the heavy odor can be eliminated, and the oxidation resistance and skin moisturizing capability of the prepared camellia seed oil skin care composition can be further improved.
More preferably, the refined tea-oil camellia seed oil can be organic tea-oil camellia seed oil produced by Guangdong Baohua agricultural technologies and technologies.
