Antioxidant composition, preparation method and application
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to an antioxidant composition, a preparation method and application.
Background
Aging is a direct manifestation of functional aging of the human body and is a natural process. The human cells are in continuous contact with the outside, including respiration, light, pollution, etc., so that free radicals are continuously generated in the human body. Free radicals can damage human cells, causing numerous diseases, most of which are associated with the production of excess free radicals, cancer, aging or other diseases. The formation of lipofuscin, the mutation of mitochondrial DNA, the induction of apoptosis and the synthesis of protein are deeply influenced from the generation to the quenching of free radicals, and the relationship between the free radicals and the aging is close. Therefore, the antioxidation is a hot topic in the beauty industry in recent years, and the antioxidation is short for antioxidation free radicals, namely the removal of excessive free radicals. The activity of antioxidant enzymes in the human body decreases with the increasing age, so that it is required to help reduce the generation of free radicals by supplementing antioxidant substances, and the use of antioxidant cosmetics is one of effective means for preventing aging.

the first step is as follows: cleaning the sorted wisteria florbunda, placing the cleaned wisteria florda in a sterilized stainless steel tray, spreading the cleaned wisteria florda, and freeze-drying the cleaned wisteria florda for 16 hours;
the second step is that: grinding the freeze-dried wisteria flowers obtained in the step one by using a grinder, and sieving by using a 100-mesh sieve;
the third step: adding wisteria, ethanol and water in a weight ratio of 1:2:1 into a stainless steel heating reflux pot, starting heating, setting the temperature to 98 ℃, carrying out reflux cooking for 2 hours, then cooling, naturally cooling to 50 ℃, filtering, pouring out a first decoction, remaining residues in the pot, repeating the decocting step of the first decoction for 2 hours, pouring out a second decoction, and combining the first and second decoctions to obtain an extracting solution;
the fourth step: filtering the extracting solution by using 200-mesh clean gauze, after filtering, transferring the filtrate into a rotary evaporator for vacuumizing, setting the temperature at 62 ℃, distilling at low temperature, adding butanediol equivalent to the filtrate when the filtrate is distilled to be 20 percent of the rest, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
