Abstract

一种酮酰胺类化合物及其制备方法、药物组合物和用途。具体地,一种式(A)所示的酮酰胺类化合物、其外消旋体、对映异构体、非对映异构体或它们的混合物,或其药物活性的代谢物,或其药学上可接受的盐、溶剂化物或前药。酮酰胺类化合物可有效抑制冠状病毒或埃博拉病毒,进而实现对与冠状病毒相关的疾病或者与埃博拉病毒相关的疾病的预防或治疗。
