本发明提供一种空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,尤其是指一种透明平板可正反面印刷,让压力值的刻度盘被标示于该透明平板在面向压力计的内侧面,使用时不容易被使用者因触摸、清洁或遭外面环境的染污而导致模糊不清、不易辨识,该具有压力值的透明平板与圆柱型主体的压力计一体成型或分离式结合,该透明平板另具有一校正单元可让用户做准确性的调整,致使人工操作或自动化设备操作时能精确读取压力计的气压值。

技术领域
本发明提供一种空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,尤其是指一种透明平板可正反面印刷,让压力值的刻度盘被标示于该透明平板在面向压力计的内侧面,使用时不容易被使用者因触摸、清洁或遭外面环境的染污而导致模糊不清、不易辨识,该具有压力值的透明平板与圆柱型主体的压力计一体成型或分离式结合,该透明平板另具有一校正单元可让用户做准确性的调整,致使人工操作或自动化设备操作时能精确读取压力计的气压值。
背景技术
缘于本发明人已核准的中国台湾省发明专利第I498481号、第I494552号,其为可产生类似活塞运动的方式来进行压力显示的压力计,而用来查看压力值的显示屏上的数字刻画设置于圆筒型主体外表面,其在实际操作判读压力值会因显示屏刻画在压力计主体的弧形外表面上,致使用户视角会产生视觉误差,而使在判读的过程不易辨别精确的数值。本发明人即是有感于习知压力计仍存有使用缺失,乃积极予以研发改良,于今发展出一种空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,尤其是指一种透明平板可正反面印刷,让压力值的刻度盘被标示于该透明平板在面向压力计的内侧面,使用时不容易被使用者因触摸、清洁或遭外面环境的染污而导致模糊不清、不易辨识,该透明平板另具有一校正单元可让用户做准确性的调整,致使人工操作或自动化设备操作时能精确读取压力计的气压值。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,该透明平板可正反面印刷,让压力值的刻度盘被标示于该透明平板在面向压力计的内侧面,使用时不容易被使用者因触摸、清洁或遭外面环境的染污而导致模糊不清、不易辨识。
本发明的次要目的在于提供一种空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,该透明平板具有一校正单元,其可让用户做准确性的调整,致使人工操作或自动化设备操作时能精确读取压力计的气压值。
为达上述目的,本发明一种空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,该连接有压力计的空气压缩机容纳于一盒体中,该压力计的刻度盘可显露于盒体所设的显示口,该压力计包含有一圆筒型主体,该主体为透明笔型,且该压力计以着色O型环来视清刻度盘的压力值,其特征在于:该具有压力值的刻度盘不印刷于压力计的圆筒型主体上,而是另设置有一透明平板,并让具有压力值的刻度盘被标示于该透明平板在面向压力计的圆筒型主体的内侧面。
其中,该透明平板可正反面印刷,该透明平板的外表面的正面印刷可印出操作警语或店家LOGO。
其中,该透明平板具有一校正单元,该校正单元可为十字记号或其他图形记号,其可让用户做准确性的调整。
其中,该校正单元同时印刷于透明平板的内侧面及外表面,使可利用校正单元在透明平板的内侧面及外表面的印刷的高度差及偏斜视角的错位,达成读取视线与刻度盘印刷面垂直的原理,即在读取压力计的气压值可利用透明平板的内侧面及外表面印刷的十字记号重叠,让人工操作或自动化设备操作时能精确读取压力计的气压值。
其中,该具有压力值的刻度盘的透明平板与圆柱型主体的压力计分离式结合,该圆筒型主体上设有至少一定位架,该定位架上具有至少一定位销,其可供透明平板所设的定位孔与圆筒型主体的定位架上的定位销相结合固定。
其中,该具有压力值的刻度盘的透明平板内侧面与圆柱型主体一体成型结合。
其中,该刻度盘上的刻度线条设置为可加粗或拉宽,使压力计内设置的着色O型环受力移动后,更加让使用者容易精确地判读压力计的气压值。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的正反面印刷的透明平板,让压力值的刻度盘被标示于该透明平板在面向压力计的内侧面,能够有效保护其刻度不被破坏,透明平板具有一校正单元,使人工操作或自动化设备操作时能精确读取压力计的气压值。

具体实施方式
请参考图1至图3所示,本发明中的空气压缩机13可容纳于一盒体1,于盒体1上设有一按押式的开关11及一中空状的显示口12,且在该空气压缩机13上连接有一压力计2,该压力计2的刻度盘310可显露于前述盒体1的显示口12。
本发明的压力计2缘至于本发明人已核准的中国台湾省发明专利第I498481号、第I494552号,其为产生类似活塞运动的方式来进行压力显示的压力计2,该压力计2包含有一圆筒型主体21,该主体21为透明笔型,且该压力计2仍以着色O型环20来视清刻度盘310的压力值,如图3及图6所示。
本发明的技术特征是为压力值的刻度盘310不印刷于压力计2的圆筒型主体21上,而是另设置有一透明平板3,并让压力值的刻度盘310被标示于该透明平板3在面向压力计2的圆筒型主体21的内侧面31,使得使用时不容易被使用者因触摸、清洁或遭外面环境的染污而导致模糊不清、不易辨识,该具有压力值的刻度盘310的透明平板3与圆柱型主体21的压力计2分离式结合,该圆筒型主体21上设有至少一定位架22,该定位架22上具有至少一定位销221,其可供透明平板3所设的定位孔30与圆筒型主体21的定位架22上的定位销221相结合固定,如图4及图5所示。
该刻度盘310上的刻度线条311设置为可加粗或拉宽,如图6所示,使压力计2内设置的着色O型环20受力移动后,更加让使用者容易精确地判读压力计2的气压值。
请参考图5所示,本发明的透明平板3另具有一校正单元33、34,该校正单元33、34可为十字记号或其他图形记号,其可让用户做准确性的调整,该校正单元33、34同时印刷于透明平板3的内侧面31及外表面32,使可利用校正单元33、34在透明平板3的内侧面31及外表面32的印刷的高度差及偏斜视角的错位,达成读取视线与刻度盘310印刷面垂直的原理,即在读取压力计2的气压值可利用透明平板3的内侧面31及外表面32印刷的十字记号重叠,让人工操作或自动化设备操作时能精确读取压力计2的气压值。
该透明平板3可正反面印刷,该透明平板3的外表面32的正面印刷可印出操作警语或店家LOGO等。
请参考图8至图10所示,该具有压力值的刻度盘310的透明平板3内侧面31与圆柱型主体21一体成型结合成一压力计2。
综上所述,本发明提供一种空气压缩机13的压力计2的显示构造改良,尤其是指一种透明平板3可正反面印刷,让压力值的刻度盘310被标示于该透明平板3在面向压力计2的内侧面31,使用时不容易被使用者因触摸、清洁或遭外面环境的染污而导致模糊不清、不易辨识,该具有压力值的透明平板3与圆柱型主体21的压力计2一体成型或分离式结合,该透明平板3另具有一校正单元33、34可让使用者做准确性的调整,致使人工操作或自动化设备操作时能精确读取压力计2的气压值,本发明不仅构造发明不同于现有习知品,而且更能准确地视清所量测的压力值,颇具实用性,本发明显然具有新颖性及进步性,乃提出专利申请。

Claims (7)

1.一种空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,该连接有压力计的空气压缩机容纳于一盒体中,该压力计的刻度盘可显露于盒体所设的显示口,该压力计包含有一圆筒型主体,该主体为透明笔型,且该压力计以着色O型环来视清刻度盘的压力值,其特征在于:该具有压力值的刻度盘不印刷于压力计的圆筒型主体上,而是另设置有一透明平板,并让具有压力值的刻度盘被标示于该透明平板在面向压力计的圆筒型主体的内侧面。
2.如权利要求1所述的空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,其特征在于,该透明平板可正反面印刷,该透明平板的外表面的正面印刷可印出操作警语或店家LOGO。
3.如权利要求2所述的空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,其特征在于,该透明平板具有一校正单元,该校正单元可为十字记号或其他图形记号,其可让用户做准确性的调整。
4.如权利要求3所述的空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,其特征在于,该校正单元同时印刷于透明平板的内侧面及外表面,使可利用校正单元在透明平板的内侧面及外表面的印刷的高度差及偏斜视角的错位,达成读取视线与刻度盘印刷面垂直的原理,即在读取压力计的气压值可利用透明平板的内侧面及外表面印刷的十字记号重叠,让人工操作或自动化设备操作时能精确读取压力计的气压值。
5.如权利要求4所述的空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,其特征在于,该具有压力值的刻度盘的透明平板与圆柱型主体的压力计分离式结合,该圆筒型主体上设有至少一定位架,该定位架上具有至少一定位销,其可供透明平板所设的定位孔与圆筒型主体的定位架上的定位销相结合固定。
6.如权利要求4所述的空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,其特征在于,该具有压力值的刻度盘的透明平板内侧面与圆柱型主体一体成型结合。
7.如权利要求1所述的空气压缩机的压力计的显示构造改良,其特征在于,该刻度盘上的刻度线条设置为可加粗或拉宽,使压力计内设置的着色O型环受力移动后,更加让使用者容易精确地判读压力计的气压值。
