本发明属于羊毛技术领域,尤其涉及一种可水洗防缩羊毛被。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,现代高新技术己经渗入到各传统行业,就毛纺行业来说,产品从过去单纯的保暖性能,向时尚化、轻薄化、功能化等方向发展,普通的羊毛由于毛纤维表面的鳞片结构,在洗涤过程中,容易导致毛纤维相互纠结、毡化与收缩,从而使得织物的外形发生很大的变化。因此,如何研发出一种防缩效果好,尺寸更稳定,更加蓬松富有弹性,耐机洗的羊毛,柔软舒适的羊毛成为本领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种可水洗防缩羊毛被,该可水洗防缩羊毛被中填充羊毛防缩效果进一步改善,经向缩率和纬向缩率均在1~2%之间,弹性伸长率在1~2%之间,尺寸更稳定,更加蓬松富有弹性,耐机洗;且使得羊毛柔软舒适,手感爽滑。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可水洗防缩羊毛被,包括被套、位于被套内的内芯,此内芯进一步包括内衬层和位于内衬层内的填充羊毛,所述填充羊毛通过以下步骤获得:
步骤一、经碳化过后的羊毛通过精梳机进行精梳处理获得精梳羊毛;
步骤二、将步骤一的精梳羊毛置于混合液中,并向混合液通入氯气,氯气使用量控制在精梳羊毛重量的2%~2.3%,pH控制在1.5~2.5,温度应控制在小于10℃,所述混合液由以下重量份的组分组成:水100份、羟丙甲基纤维素4~8份、半纤维素酶2~4份和三己酸甘油酯1~2份;
步骤三、将经过步骤二的羊毛通过重亚硫酸钠进行还原去除,重亚硫酸钠的使用量应控制在精梳羊毛重量的1%~1.5%;
步骤四、使用纯碱来中和步骤三的羊毛性;
步骤五、漂洗;
步骤六、漂洗后的羊毛进行树脂施加,树脂投加量应控制在精梳羊毛重量的15~17%,pH应控制小于8,水温控制在40~45℃;
步骤七、树脂施加后的羊毛进入洗槽进行漂洗,洗去多余的树脂后静置;
步骤八、再加入由三甘醇单甲醚、烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠按照10:(3~5)重量份组成的混合剂,此混合剂使用量为精梳羊毛重量的0.4~0.8%,水温控制在40~45℃;
步骤九、将处理后的羊毛放入烘箱进行烘干获得成品的防缩羊毛。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述步骤三中pH控制在4.5~5,温度控制在40~45℃。
2. 上述方案中,所述步骤四中pH控制在8.5~9.5,温度控制在40~45℃。
3. 上述方案中,所述步骤五漂洗的温度控制在25~30℃,2道洗槽,漂洗2次。
4. 上述方案中,所述步骤八中的烘箱温度在50~60℃。
5. 上述方案中,所述步骤一的羊毛为澳洲塘种羊毛。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、本发明可水洗防缩羊毛被,其可水洗防缩羊毛被中填充羊毛在羊毛表面的鳞片去除中加入羟丙甲基纤维素4~8份、半纤维素酶2~4份和三己酸甘油酯1~2份,共同作用防缩效果进一步改善,经向缩率和纬向缩率均在1~2%之间,弹性伸长率在1~2%之间,尺寸更稳定,更加蓬松富有弹性,耐机洗。
2、本发明可水洗防缩羊毛被,其可水洗防缩羊毛被中填充羊毛在漂洗和烘干之间再加入由三甘醇单甲醚、烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠按照10:(3~5)重量份组成的混合剂,使得羊毛柔软舒适,手感爽滑。
