面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
目前防辐射面料最好的是采用银纤维进行编织的,但是采用银纤维后,清洗次数大大降低,且手感较差,因此,亟待一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。

基料,所述基料采用40~50%银纤维、20~30%涤纶纤维、20~40%棉纤维混织而成;
浸泡溶液,所述浸泡溶液由以下原料按质量份计制得:乙氧基化烷基胺20~30份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚8~12份、表面活性剂5~15份、醋酸锌5~12份、乙二醇10~15份、甘油12~18份、丙二醇8~14份、丙烯酰胺2~5份、硅酸钠5~10份、水50~80份。

(2)基料采用银纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混织而成,手感较传统银纤维编织的面料有较大的提升。

步骤一:按照比例将乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚、表面活性剂、醋酸锌、乙二醇、甘油、丙二醇,丙烯酰胺,硅酸钠及水进行混合,制得浸泡溶液;
步骤二:将涤纶纤维及棉纤维混织先进行缠绕符合,再将其与银纤维进行混织,得到基料;
步骤三:将基料浸入浸泡溶液内,基料在浸泡溶液中进行轧吸处理,持续1小时;
步骤四:将轧吸处理后的基料进行烘干处理,得到面料。
将实施例五制得的面料进行防辐射实验,实施例五制得的面料的防辐射性能较实施例三制得的面料防辐射性能稍差。
根据实施例一~五所示,在基料采用40%银纤维、20%涤纶纤维、20%棉纤维混织而成的条件下,实施例三的防辐射性能最好,且实施例一~五制得面料具有一定的耐水性,可清洗次数也较传统的银纤维面料更多,手感也较传统的银纤维面料更好。
实施例六:
一种防辐射效果好的面料,包括基料及浸泡溶液;
基料采用45%银纤维、25%涤纶纤维、30%棉纤维混织而成;
浸泡溶液由以下原料按质量份计制得:乙氧基化烷基胺25份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚10份、表面活性剂10份、醋酸锌8份、乙二醇12份、甘油15份、丙二醇11份、丙烯酰胺3份、硅酸钠7份、水70份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照比例将乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚、表面活性剂、醋酸锌、乙二醇、甘油、丙二醇,丙烯酰胺,硅酸钠及水进行混合,制得浸泡溶液;
步骤二:将涤纶纤维及棉纤维混织先进行缠绕符合,再将其与银纤维进行混织,得到基料;
步骤三:将基料浸入浸泡溶液内,基料在浸泡溶液中进行轧吸处理,持续1小时;
步骤四:将轧吸处理后的基料进行烘干处理,得到面料。
将实施例六制得的面料的手感与实施例三进行对比,实施例六制得的面料的手感较实施例三制得的手感更好。
实施例七:
一种防辐射效果好的面料,包括基料及浸泡溶液;
基料采用50%银纤维、30%涤纶纤维、20%棉纤维混织而成;
浸泡溶液由以下原料按质量份计制得:乙氧基化烷基胺25份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚10份、表面活性剂10份、醋酸锌8份、乙二醇12份、甘油15份、丙二醇11份、丙烯酰胺3份、硅酸钠7份、水70份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照比例将乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚、表面活性剂、醋酸锌、乙二醇、甘油、丙二醇,丙烯酰胺,硅酸钠及水进行混合,制得浸泡溶液;
步骤二:将涤纶纤维及棉纤维混织先进行缠绕符合,再将其与银纤维进行混织,得到基料;
步骤三:将基料浸入浸泡溶液内,基料在浸泡溶液中进行轧吸处理,持续1小时;
步骤四:将轧吸处理后的基料进行烘干处理,得到面料。
将实施例七制得的面料的手感与实施例六进行对比,实施例七制得的面料的手感较实施例六制得的手感稍差。
根据实施例三、实施例六和实施例七所示,实施例六制得的面料手感最好。
综上所述,实施例六制得的面料,不论是从防辐射性能、可清洗次数或者是手感都达到最佳性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种防辐射效果好的面料,其特征在于:包括基料及浸泡溶液;
基料,所述基料采用40~50%银纤维、20~30%涤纶纤维、20~40%棉纤维混织而成;
浸泡溶液,所述浸泡溶液由以下原料按质量份计制得:乙氧基化烷基胺20~30份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚8~12份、表面活性剂5~15份、醋酸锌5~12份、乙二醇10~15份、甘油12~18份、丙二醇8~14份、丙烯酰胺2~5份、硅酸钠5~10份、水50~80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射效果好的面料,其特征在于:所述基料采用45%银纤维、25%涤纶纤维、30%棉纤维混织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射效果好的面料,其特征在于:所述浸泡溶液由以下原料按质量份计制得:乙氧基化烷基胺25份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚10份、表面活性剂10份、醋酸锌8份、乙二醇12份、甘油15份、丙二醇11份、丙烯酰胺3份、硅酸钠7份、水70份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射效果好的面料,其特征在于:所述银纤维为经纱,所述经纱的密度为38~40根/cm,所述涤纶纤维与棉纤维绞合的复合纤维为纬纱,所述纬纱的密度为22~24根/cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射效果好的面料,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照比例将乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚、表面活性剂、醋酸锌、乙二醇、甘油、丙二醇,丙烯酰胺,硅酸钠及水进行混合,制得浸泡溶液;
步骤二:将涤纶纤维及棉纤维混织先进行缠绕符合,再将其与银纤维进行混织,得到基料;
步骤三:将基料浸入浸泡溶液内,基料在浸泡溶液中进行轧吸处理,持续1~2小时;
步骤四:将轧吸处理后的基料进行烘干处理,得到面料。
