本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及的是一种具有抗静电功能的织物柔软剂。
背景技术
织物柔软剂是印染加工后重要的整理工序,纺织品由于在加工过程中会变得粗糙,因此需要织物柔软剂使织物具有柔软、滑爽和舒适的手感,它能改变纤维的静、动摩擦系数,当改变静摩擦系数时,手感触摸有平滑感,易于在纤维或织物上移动,当改变动摩擦系数时,纤维与纤维之间的微细结构易于相互移动,也就是纤维或者织物易于变形,现有的柔软剂使用不方便,且持续时间较短,无法满足生产工业的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种具有抗静电功能的织物柔软剂,能长时间地维持。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有抗静电功能的织物柔软剂,以重量组分计包括以下组分:丙二醇10-20份,精油10-15份,三甲胺3-9份,丙烯酰胺2-5份,硅酸钠5-10份,聚氧乙烯醚2-8份,八甲基四硅氧烷4-10份,水50-80份。
优选的,以重量组分计包括以下组分:丙二醇14-16份,精油12-14份,三甲胺4-6份,丙烯酰胺3-4份,硅酸钠6-8份,聚氧乙烯醚4-6份,八甲基四硅氧烷6-8份,水60-70份。
优选的,所述精油为玫瑰精油或茉莉精油。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的柔软剂使用效果良好、不损伤织物表面、原料易得,与纤维的结合力强,耐高温,耐水洗,可以获得优良的柔软效果和滑爽的手感,并可以使合成纤维具有一定的抗静电效果,还能改善织物的耐磨性及撕破强力。

一种具有抗静电功能的织物柔软剂,包括以下组分:丙二醇15份,茉莉精油13份,三甲胺5份,丙烯酰胺3份,硅酸钠7份,聚氧乙烯醚5份,八甲基四硅氧烷7份,水65份。
实施例3
一种具有抗静电功能的织物柔软剂,包括以下组分:丙二醇20份,玫瑰精油15份,三甲胺9份,丙烯酰胺5份,硅酸钠10份,聚氧乙烯醚8份,八甲基四硅氧烷10份,水80份。
