棉织物又称棉布,是以棉纱为原料织造的织物。棉织物以优良的服用性能成为最常用的面料之一,广泛用于服装面料、装饰织物和产业用织物。棉是最受欢迎的衣服和家纺织物。多功能、柔软、透气、吸湿、全年穿着的舒适性、性能优良和耐穿仅仅是棉布备受欢迎的众多品质中的几点。
棉织物吸水性强,耐磨耐洗,柔软舒适,冬季穿着保暖性好,夏季穿着透气凉爽,棉织物以其优良的服用性能而成为最常用的童装材料之一,是最为普及的童装面料。但其弹性较差,缩水率较大,容易起皱。棉织物色彩一般比较鲜艳,多用于儿童夏装,休闲装,内衣,运动装等。
静电是一种客观的自然现象,产生的方式多种,如接触、摩擦等。人们在日常生活里,有时由于穿着、气候、摩擦等原因,常常导致身体积累静电,而突然碰处金属时,就会遭受电击的疼痛感,某阶段常发生时甚至可以造成某种心理压力。如果暂时回避接触铁器,身上的电荷可能会积累更多,早晚会受更大的电击。

本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电棉织物的制备方法,有效解决棉织物因静电而带来的危害,为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供一种抗静电棉织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)纱线制作将有机导电纤维与棉纤维混合后用普通的棉纺生产线生产出纱线,以备用;
2)喷涂抗静电剂将步骤1)所得的纱线进行喷涂抗静电剂处理;
3)整理将步骤2)所处理后的纱线经编机进行织造、整理后即可。
优选的,所述导电纤维可以是金属纤维或炭黑系纤维或导电型金属化合物纤维一种或几种。
优选的,所述织物中导电纤维比例为2-6%。
进一步地,所述步骤2)中的抗静电剂是由如下重量份数的成分组成:环氧树脂35-55份、乙二醇15-25份、钛酸四丁酯12-22份、乙氧基化烷基胺30-40份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚10-15份、钛酸正丁酯10-20份、醋酸锌5-15份、甘油15-25份、滑石粉8-12份、十二烷基磷酸钾8-12份、月桂醚10-15份,十八烷基咪唑啉10-15份。

2)喷涂抗静电剂将步骤1)所得的纱线进行喷涂抗静电剂处理,所述抗静电剂由如下重量份数的成分组成:环氧树脂35份、乙二醇15份、钛酸四丁酯12份、乙氧基化烷基胺30份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚10份、钛酸正丁酯10份、醋酸锌5份、甘油15份、滑石粉8份、十二烷基磷酸钾8份、月桂醚10份,十八烷基咪唑啉10份;
3)整理将步骤2)所处理后的纱线经编机进行织造、整理后即可得本发明产品。
经试验测试,利用本发明所得棉织物抗静电效果达到93%。
实施例2
一种抗静电棉织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)纱线制作将金属纤维或炭黑系纤维或导电型金属化合物纤维一种或几种按照质量比重2-6%与棉纤维混合后用普通的棉纺生产线生产出纱线,以备用;
2)喷涂抗静电剂将步骤1)所得的纱线进行喷涂抗静电剂处理,所述抗静电剂由如下重量份数的成分组成:环氧树脂55份、乙二醇25份、钛酸四丁酯22份、乙氧基化烷基胺40份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚15份、钛酸正丁酯20份、醋酸锌15份、甘油25份、滑石粉12份、十二烷基磷酸钾12份、月桂醚15份,十八烷基咪唑啉15份;
3)整理将步骤2)所处理后的纱线经编机进行织造、整理后即可得本发明产品。
经试验测试,利用本发明所得棉织物抗静电效果达到96%。
实施例3
一种抗静电棉织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种抗静电棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)纱线制作将有机导电纤维与棉纤维混合后用普通的棉纺生产线生产出纱线,以备用;
2)喷涂抗静电剂将步骤1)所得的纱线进行喷涂抗静电剂处理;
3)整理将步骤2)所处理后的纱线经编机进行织造、整理后即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述导电纤维可以是金属纤维或炭黑系纤维或导电型金属化合物纤维的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述织物中导电纤维比例为2-6%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中的抗静电剂是由如下重量份数的成分组成:环氧树脂35-55份、乙二醇15-25份、钛酸四丁酯12-22份、乙氧基化烷基胺30-40份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚10-15份、钛酸正丁酯10-20份、醋酸锌5-15份、甘油15-25份、滑石粉8-12份、十二烷基磷酸钾8-12份、月桂醚10-15份,十八烷基咪唑啉10-15份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗静电棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂由如下重量份数的成分组成:环氧树脂45份、乙二醇20份、钛酸四丁酯15份、乙氧基化烷基胺35份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚12份、钛酸正丁酯15份、醋酸锌12份、甘油20份、滑石粉10份、十二烷基磷酸钾10份、月桂醚12份,十八烷基咪唑啉12份。
