Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a lip crack prevention composition. The anti-cracking composition comprises essence and preservative, and also comprises the following components: A. esters and waxes in an amount of 35.5% to 73.5% by weight of the total composition; B. composite natural grease accounting for 4.0-20.0% of the total weight of the composition; C. an anti-cracking component accounting for 13.5-40.0% of the total weight of the composition; D. emulsifier accounting for 3.0 to 6.0 percent of the total weight of the composition. Background
The lips dry and crack due to too fast water loss and low water content of the lips, which often occurs in winter. The dryness of the lips or face of the consumer can be improved by using a lip balm. natural beeswax accounting for 3.0 to 8.0 percent of the total weight of the composition,
squalane in an amount of 1.0-2.0% by weight of the total composition,
0.5-1.5% by weight of the total composition of cholesterol/behenyl alcohol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate;
B. the compound natural grease accounting for 4.0-20.0% of the total weight of the composition is compounded by evening primrose oil, olive oil, tea tree oil and jojoba seed oil, and the compounding proportion is 2: 2: 1: 1;
C. an anti-cracking component accounting for 13.5-40.0% of the total weight of the composition, which comprises the following components;
ceramide-3 liposome (with particle size of 30-100 nm) 5.0-20.0% of the total weight of the composition,

The characteristics and the cautions of the selection of the important components of the invention are described and explained in detail.
a. Evening primrose oil. Evening primrose (Oenothera erythrosepala Borb), also known as evening primrose, screwtree root, is a perennial herb of the genus Oenothera of the family Onagraceae. The evening primrose seed has oil content of about 21%, and contains various fatty acids, mainly including linoleic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, cis-6, 9, 12-dioctadecyl-trienoic acid, and cis-9, 12, 15-octacosyl-trienoic acid. The unsaturated fatty acid accounts for more than 90% of the total fatty acid, wherein the most important component is gamma-linolenic acid, the content is about 10%, and the unsaturated fatty acid has good biological activity, such as promotion of skin fineness. Evening primrose oil is an excellent humectant, and can promote skin regeneration and delay skin aging.
b. A ceramide. Ceramide is mainly located in epidermis in skin, is a main lipid in the epidermis, and has the functions of moisturizing, signal transduction, immunoregulation and the like. Changes in its content may lead to impaired skin barrier function and even the development of certain skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, etc. Ceramide-3 is a novel skin moisturizing additive discovered in recent years, and can promote the renewal of the stratum corneum of the skin, form an effective percutaneous water loss barrier and repair sensitive and dry skin. The ceramide liposome effectively promotes the skin permeation of active ingredient ceramide, so that the active ingredient is retained in the skin at high concentration, the skin care effect is effectively exerted, and the anti-cracking is more effective.
c. Allantoin. Allantoin serves a variety of functions as a drug, depending on its chemical properties. Allantoin has been shown to moisturize the skin, acting on the cement matrix connecting the cells of the stratum corneum, promoting its hydration ability;
at the same time, it also acts directly on keratin molecules, increasing their ability to bind water, and thus absorbing more water. Normal stratum corneum absorbs water primarily by the cement matrix between corneocytes, the degree of wetting of the stratum corneum is determined by the ability of the cement matrix to absorb moisture, and the keratin itself has relatively little effect on overall moisture. However, after the action of allantoin, the keratin can increase the water absorption of the stratum corneum. In particular in pathological conditions such as psoriasis and other skin lesions, the water-absorbing capacity of the non-keratin components is reduced, while the capacity of the keratin to bind water is markedly increased by the allantoin. The application of allantoin-containing preparations allows the keratin to disperse and absorb water, and the skin to become smooth and soft. In addition, the composition also has the effects of promoting epithelial growth, inhibiting bacteria, preventing corrosion, accelerating cell generation, enhancing anti-inflammation of white blood cells and the like.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating and melting wax, ester, oil components, antiseptic and emulsifier to obtain oil phase, heating and mixing allantoin water solution and ceramide liposome as water phase, mixing oil phase and water phase, and homogenizing at high speed to obtain water-in-oil composition. Consumer testing showed that example III significantly improved skin feel, not being sticky, compared to a pure oil-based lip rinse product. In addition, by increasing the content of deionized water and emulsifier and simultaneously reducing the content of wax components, a multipurpose anti-cracking combination can be obtained, such as the anti-cracking of the lips, the feet and other skin parts.

squalane in an amount of 1.0-2.0% by weight of the total composition,
0.5-1.5% by weight of the total composition of cholesterol/behenyl alcohol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate;
B. the compound natural grease accounts for 4.0-20.0% of the total weight of the composition, and is compounded by evening primrose oil, olive oil, tea tree oil and jojoba seed oil, wherein the compounding ratio is 2: 2: 1: 1;
C. an anti-cracking component accounting for 13.5-40.0% of the total weight of the composition, wherein the anti-cracking component comprises the following components;

sorbitol stearate accounting for 2.0 to 4.0 percent of the total weight of the composition,
borax accounting for 1.0 to 2.0 percent of the total weight of the composition.
