Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐磨柔软复合无尘布的制作工艺,包括坯布织造、精炼、脱水、定型、裁切、清洗六个步骤,挑选纱细度一致的涤锦复合丝和碳纤维作为纱线并进行编织,将编织后的坯布进行精炼以去污,之后对对精炼后的坯布进行离心脱水,接着进行定型,并裁切制成无尘布,最终清洗干燥后真空包装。本发明所涉及的一种耐磨柔软复合无尘布的制作工艺,该耐磨柔软复合无尘布采用涤锦复合丝和碳纤维作为纱线并交叉编织而成,具有良好的耐磨性和柔软性,此外在精炼过程中使得坯布纤维保持良好的开纤效果,有效避免了纤维大量失重、强度降低的问题,使得无尘布的紧密度、纤维比表面积、除尘效果都达到一个较好的使用效果,避免使用过程中产生毛丝。

一种耐磨柔软复合无尘布的制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其是涉及一种耐磨柔软复合无尘布的制作工艺。
背景技术
无尘布又名无尘擦拭布,由100%聚酯纤维双编织而成,表面柔软,易于擦拭敏感表面,摩擦不脱纤维,具有良好的吸水性及清洁效率,由于无尘布具有以上优点,其被广泛的应用于LCD、晶元、PCB、数码相机镜头、相机胶片及光碟等高科技产品的擦拭而不产生尘埃粒子,同时也可以吸附液体及尘埃粒子而达到清洁作用。
常见的无尘布一般是采用涤锦复合纱生产而成,随着行业内的标准的提高,对无尘布的要求也愈来愈严格,而采用涤锦复合纱制成的无尘布在一般的除尘清洁工序中使用尚可,然而常用的无尘布的耐磨性较差,且边缘容易起毛,无法满足LCD、LSI等产品生产过程中所需的严格无尘环境要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨柔软复合无尘布的制作工艺,具有良好的耐磨性和柔软性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下内容:
一种耐磨柔软复合无尘布的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯布织造:挑选纱细度一致的涤锦复合丝和碳纤维作为纱线,采用自动型针织大圆机来对纱线进行编织,以便将涤锦复合丝制成坯布;
(2)精炼:将坯布置于染缸中,染缸中的纯水与坯布的重量比为10∶1,往染缸中加入去油剂、精炼剂、氢氧化钠、界面活性剂,然后以每分钟2-3.5℃的升温速度将染缸内的温度提升至115-130℃,并保温30-45分钟,接着等染缸内的温度降至60-70℃后,用溢流水清洗1-3遍;
(3)脱水:对精炼后的坯布进行离心脱水;
(4)定型:采用定型机进行定型,定型时温度控制在170-180℃;
(5)裁切:将定型好的坯布放置于平台上并使用超声波切边机按照要求的尺寸进行切割,制得无纺布;
(6)清洗:将无纺布用去离子水进行清洗,清洗时间为5-10分钟,清洗3-5次,再放入烘干机中进行干燥,干燥温度为60-65℃,干燥时间为30-35分钟。
优选的是,所述步骤(1)中挑选的涤锦复合丝的规格为75D/36F,且其中涤、锦的比例为7∶3或者8∶2。
优选的是,所述步骤(2)中,在精炼剂与氢氧化钠添加的过程中需要不停地搅拌,并使氢氧化钠在15分钟内全部添加完成。
优选的是,当步骤(2)中用溢流水清洗完成坯布后,还需要进行酸洗及漂洗,最后再经清水洗至中性,最后将坯布出缸。
优选的是,所述步骤(2)中加入的试剂配比为染缸中每升纯水中中加入去油剂3-4克、精炼剂2-3克、氢氧化钠6-7克、界面活性剂1-2克。
优选的是,所述步骤(5)中采用超声波切边机进行切割的方式,横向采用超声波压边平模裁切,纵向采用超声波单刀裁切。
本发明所涉及的一种耐磨柔软复合无尘布的制作工艺,该耐磨柔软复合无尘布采用涤锦复合丝和碳纤维作为纱线并交叉编织而成,具有良好的耐磨性和柔软性,此外在精炼过程中使得坯布纤维保持良好的开纤效果,有效避免了纤维大量失重、强度降低的问题,使得无尘布的紧密度、纤维比表面积、除尘效果都达到一个较好的使用效果,避免使用过程中产生毛丝。
具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例一
一种耐磨柔软复合无尘布的制作工艺,按照如下步骤进行制作:
(1)坯布织造
挑选纱细度一致的涤锦复合丝和碳纤维作为纱线,采用自动型针织大圆机来对纱线进行编织,以便将涤锦复合丝制成坯布,其中挑选的涤锦复合丝的规格为75D/36F,且涤、锦的比例为7∶3。
为了保证坯布的洁净程度,防止在编织机上面造成各种交叉污染,所以选择的都是自动型针织大圆机来对坯布进行编织,另外,为了保证坯布的平整以及不会有各种横挡问题出现,在编织的过程中还需对室内环境进行控制,这样最终制成的各个坯布间的重量差都是非常小的。
(2)精炼
将坯布置于染缸中,染缸中的纯水与坯布的重量比为10∶1,往染缸中加入去油剂、精炼剂、氢氧化钠、界面活性剂,加入的试剂配比为染缸中每升纯水中中加入去油剂3克、精炼剂2克、氢氧化钠6克、界面活性剂1克,并且在精炼剂与氢氧化钠添加的过程中需要不停地搅拌,并使氢氧化钠在15分钟内全部添加完成,然后以每分钟2℃的升温速度将染缸内的温度提升至115℃,并保温30分钟,接着等染缸内的温度降至60℃后,用溢流水清洗2遍,之后进行酸洗及漂洗,最后再经清水洗至中性,最后将坯布出缸。
精炼步骤主要使坯布中残留的各种织布以及纺丝油全部抽离出来,同时也加强了坯布中纤维的开纤力度,使精炼后的坯布表面更为细腻、绒感强、手感佳,大大提升了无尘布的除尘除污能力。
(3)脱水
对精炼后的坯布进行离心脱水。
使用脱水机对坯布进行离心脱水,脱水机的转速控制为650转每分钟,时间为30分钟。
(4)定型
采用定型机进行定型,定型时温度控制在170℃。
采用专用型定型机,可以对之前的各种染色以及沾染到的硅油进行离子上的排除,彻底的将交叉污染预防到位,定型的目的主要是使坯布变得更加稳定,让它的伸缩率达到最理想的范围当中,以及让坯布的重量、厚度、吸水性以及手感达到最佳的效果。
(5)裁切
将定型好的坯布放置于平台上并使用超声波切边机按照要求的尺寸进行切割,制得无纺布,其中切割时横向采用超声波压边平模裁切,纵向采用超声波单刀裁切。
(6)清洗
将无纺布用去离子水进行清洗,清洗时间为5分钟,清洗3-5次,再放入烘干机中进行干燥,干燥温度为60℃,干燥时间为30分钟,最后再进行真空包装。
实施例二
一种耐磨柔软复合无尘布的制作工艺,按照如下步骤进行制作:
(1)坯布织造
挑选纱细度一致的涤锦复合丝和碳纤维作为纱线,采用自动型针织大圆机来对纱线进行编织,以便将涤锦复合丝制成坯布,其中挑选的涤锦复合丝的规格为75D/36F,且涤、锦的比例为8∶2。
(2)精炼
将坯布置于染缸中,染缸中的纯水与坯布的重量比为10∶1,往染缸中加入去油剂、精炼剂、氢氧化钠、界面活性剂,加入的试剂配比为染缸中每升纯水中中加入去油剂3.5克、精炼剂2.5克、氢氧化钠6.5克、界面活性剂1.5克,并且在精炼剂与氢氧化钠添加的过程中需要不停地搅拌,并使氢氧化钠在15分钟内全部添加完成,然后以每分钟2.2℃的升温速度将染缸内的温度提升至120℃,并保温40分钟,接着等染缸内的温度降至65℃后,用溢流水清洗3遍,之后进行酸洗及漂洗,最后再经清水洗至中性,最后将坯布出缸。
(3)脱水
对精炼后的坯布进行离心脱水。
使用脱水机对坯布进行离心脱水,脱水机的转速控制为700转每分钟,时间为30分钟。
(4)定型
采用定型机进行定型,定型时温度控制在175℃。
(5)裁切
将定型好的坯布放置于平台上并使用超声波切边机按照要求的尺寸进行切割,制得无纺布,其中切割时横向采用超声波压边平模裁切,纵向采用超声波单刀裁切。
(6)清洗
将无纺布用去离子水进行清洗,清洗时间为8分钟,清洗3-5次,再放入烘干机中进行干燥,干燥温度为65℃,干燥时间为35分钟,最后再进行真空包装。

1.一种耐磨柔软复合无尘布的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯布织造:挑选纱细度一致的涤锦复合丝和碳纤维作为纱线,采用自动型针织大圆机来对纱线进行编织,以便将涤锦复合丝制成坯布;
(2)精炼:将坯布置于染缸中,染缸中的纯水与坯布的重量比为10∶1,往染缸中加入去油剂、精炼剂、氢氧化钠、界面活性剂,然后以每分钟2-3.5℃的升温速度将染缸内的温度提升至115-130℃,并保温30-45分钟,接着等染缸内的温度降至60-70℃后,用溢流水清洗1-3遍;
(3)脱水:对精炼后的坯布进行离心脱水;
(4)定型:采用定型机进行定型,定型时温度控制在170-180℃;
(5)裁切:将定型好的坯布放置于平台上并使用超声波切边机按照要求的尺寸进行切割,制得无纺布;
(6)清洗:将无纺布用去离子水进行清洗,清洗时间为5-10分钟,清洗3-5次,再放入烘干机中进行干燥,干燥温度为60-65℃,干燥时间为30-35分钟,最后再进行真空包装。
