Abstract
本发明公开了一种低温固化环氧涂料,所述涂料由组分A和组分B组成,所述组分A由以下重量份数的原材料组成:硅烷改性环氧树脂:25‑35,分散剂:0.2‑0.5,分子筛:2‑4,膨润土:0.2‑0.4,聚酰胺蜡:0.5‑0.8,氧化铁红:12‑15,三聚磷酸铝:8‑10,磷酸锌:12‑16,沉淀硫酸钡:11‑13,云母粉:5‑7,交联剂:4‑6,聚酯多元醇5‑7;所述组分B为HDI三聚体:20‑25,催干剂0.5,活性稀释剂:3‑6。该涂料可在‑25℃低温固化干燥,具有优异的耐盐雾性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种低温固化环氧涂料,同时,本发明还涉及该涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
环氧树脂涂料具有优异的防腐性能和抗化学品性能,漆膜机械性能良好,对各种底材有优良的附着力,作为长效防腐蚀保护涂料,已经被广泛应用于船舶、海洋工程等领域。目前,国内环氧防腐涂料中常温固化的涂料采用聚酰胺类固化剂的较多。当温度低于10℃时,聚酰胺固化剂与低分子量的环氧树脂的反应变得非常缓慢,虽然通过采用二甲氨甲基苯酚作为固化促进剂,有可能获得低温(7~10℃)下的固化速率,但是,仍不能达到冬季施工的要求。因此,制备能在低温条件下使用的环氧树脂涂料,来满足钢结构建筑、港口机械、桥梁、船舶等大型钢结构冬季施工的需求,是势在必行的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低温固化环氧涂料,该涂料可在-25℃低温固化干燥,具有优异的耐盐雾性能。
一种低温固化环氧涂料,所述涂料由组分A和组分B组成,所述组分A由以下重量份数的原材料组成:
硅烷改性环氧树脂:25-35,分散剂:0.2-0.5,分子筛:2-4,膨润土:0.2-0.4,聚酰胺蜡:0.5-0.8,氧化铁红:12-15,三聚磷酸铝:8-10,磷酸锌:12-16,沉淀硫酸钡:11-13,云母粉:5-7,交联剂:4-6,聚酯多元醇5-7;所述组分B为HDI三聚体:20-25,催干剂0.5,活性稀释剂:3-6。
进一步的,所述的低温固化环氧树脂由以下原材料组成:环氧树脂,硅烷改性剂,溶剂。
进一步的,所述的环氧树脂为E20环氧树脂和E44环氧树脂的混合物。
进一步的,所述的硅烷改性剂为N-(正丁基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述的硅烷改性环氧树脂采用以下重量份数的原材料制备得到:
E20环氧树脂:35,E44环氧树脂:22,二甲苯:11,丁醇:5,无水乙醇:5,N-(正丁基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷:40。
进一步的,所述的低温固化环氧树脂按照以下方法制备得到:
将E20环氧树脂、E44环氧树脂、二甲苯、丁醇加入到反应罐中,搅拌均匀,加入N-(正丁基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,升温到50℃反应6h,降温到25℃以下加入无水乙醇,即得到硅烷改性环氧树脂。
进一步的,所述的交联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述的催干剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、钛络合物中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述的活性稀释剂为3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
上述的低温固化环氧涂料的制备方法,按配方量将硅烷改性环氧树脂、分散剂、分子筛、膨润土、聚酰胺蜡加入搅拌罐中,1800r/min搅拌15min,加入氧化铁红、三聚磷酸铝、磷酸锌、沉淀硫酸钡、云母粉、交联剂、聚酯多元醇搅拌均匀,将搅拌好的物料加入砂磨机中,研磨到20um以下后,即得到低温固化环氧涂料组分A;将HDI三聚体、催干剂、活性稀释剂搅拌均匀即得到组分B。
本发明所述的低温固化环氧涂料具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明选用硅烷改性环氧树脂为主要成膜物质,固化剂选用HDI三聚体,本发明在固化剂组分中还加入了催干剂,除硅烷改性环氧树脂中的羟基与固化剂HDI三聚体之间交联固化外,且硅烷改性环氧树脂中的硅氧烷在催干剂的作用下也可以交联固化,硅烷改性环氧树脂中的硅氧烷与聚酯多元醇中的羟基之间也可以脱水交联固化,形成有机-无机杂化树脂,且硅氧烷之间的交联固化受温度的影响低,两者相互作用,双重固化,使涂料可以在-25℃固化干燥,且具有优异的硬度及耐盐雾性能。
(2)本发明硅烷改性环氧树脂采用N-(正丁基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷对E20环氧树脂和E44环氧树脂进行改性,得到含有硅氧烷结构的环氧树脂,N-(正丁基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷含有仲氨基可以与E20环氧树脂和E44环氧树脂中的环氧基反应,且仲氨基硅烷与环氧树脂反应形成链状分子结构,有利于树脂的储存稳定性,乙醇溶剂的加入也可以参与逆反应,提高树脂的储存稳定性。
(3)本发明交联剂选用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷结构中含有的双键吸电子作用,使得硅氧烷更加活泼,水解交联速度快,提高涂膜的干性及交联密度,且乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷的加入可以吸收空气中的潮气发生水解,提高改性环氧树脂的储存稳定性。
(4)本发明活性稀释剂选用3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,一方面3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷可以与环氧树脂中的羟基基团反应,另一方面3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中含有的硅氧烷可以与硅烷改性环氧树脂中的硅氧烷,以及交联剂中的硅氧烷反应,形成交联互传网络结构,提高涂层的耐溶剂性能,且使涂料具有优异的低温干燥性。且本发明制备的有机无机杂化涂膜除具有无机涂料的高硬度、耐高温性能以外,还具有环氧涂料优异的附着力及防腐性能,且可以满足-25℃固化干燥,具有潮湿固化的特点。
具体实施方式
基于本发明的设计思想,下面,结合具体的实施例对本发明的低温固化环氧涂料做进一步的详细描述:
实施例1-3
按照以下配方制备硅烷改性环氧树脂:
E20环氧树脂:35,E44环氧树脂:22,二甲苯:11,丁醇:5,无水乙醇:5,N-(正丁基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷:40。
硅烷改性环氧树脂采用以下方法制备得到:
将E20环氧树脂、E44环氧树脂、二甲苯、丁醇加入到反应罐中,搅拌均匀,加入N-(正丁基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,升温到50℃反应6h,降温到25℃以下加入无水乙醇,即得到硅烷改性环氧树脂。
应用上述的硅烷改性环氧树脂制备低温固化环氧涂料。
实施例1-3组分A原材料重量份数如下表所示:
实施例1-3组分B原材料重量份数如下表所示:
所述的交联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。所述的活性稀释剂为3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
上述的低温固化环氧涂料的制备方法,按配方量将硅烷改性环氧树脂、分散剂、分子筛、膨润土、聚酰胺蜡加入搅拌罐中,1800r/min搅拌15min,加入氧化铁红、三聚磷酸铝、磷酸锌、沉淀硫酸钡、云母粉、交联剂、聚酯多元醇搅拌均匀,将搅拌好的物料加入砂磨机中,研磨到20um以下后,即得到低温固化环氧涂料组分A;将HDI三聚体、催干剂、活性稀释剂搅拌均匀即得到组分B。
对实施例1-3制备得到的低温固化环氧涂料进行性能测试,检测结果如下表所示:
Claims (10)
1.一种低温固化环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料由组分A和组分B组成,所述组分A由以下重量份数的原材料组成:
硅烷改性环氧树脂:25-35,分散剂:0.2-0.5,分子筛:2-4,膨润土:0.2-0.4,聚酰胺蜡:0.5-0.8,氧化铁红:12-15,三聚磷酸铝:8-10,磷酸锌:12-16,沉淀硫酸钡:11-13,云母粉:5-7,交联剂:4-6,聚酯多元醇5-7;所述组分B为HDI三聚体:20-25,催干剂0.5,活性稀释剂:3-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温固化环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述的低温固化环氧树脂由以下原材料组成:环氧树脂,硅烷改性剂,溶剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的低温固化环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述的环氧树脂为E20环氧树脂和E44环氧树脂的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的低温固化环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述的硅烷改性剂为N-(正丁基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
5.根据权利要求4所述的低温固化环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述的硅烷改性环氧树脂采用以下重量份数的原材料制备得到:
E20环氧树脂:35,E44环氧树脂:22,二甲苯:11,丁醇:5,无水乙醇:5,N-(正丁基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷:40。
6.根据权利要求5所述的低温固化环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述的低温固化环氧树脂按照以下方法制备得到:
将E20环氧树脂、E44环氧树脂、二甲苯、丁醇加入到反应罐中,搅拌均匀,加入N-(正丁基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,升温到50℃反应6h,降温到25℃以下加入无水乙醇,即得到硅烷改性环氧树脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低温固化环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述的交联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
8.根据权利要求1所述的低温固化环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述的催干剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、钛络合物中的任意一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的低温固化环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述的活性稀释剂为3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
10.如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的低温固化环氧涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:按配方量将硅烷改性环氧树脂、分散剂、分子筛、膨润土、聚酰胺蜡加入搅拌罐中,1800r/min搅拌15min,加入氧化铁红、三聚磷酸铝、磷酸锌、沉淀硫酸钡、云母粉、交联剂、聚酯多元醇搅拌均匀,将搅拌好的物料加入砂磨机中,研磨到20um以下后,即得到低温固化环氧涂料组分A;将HDI三聚体、催干剂、活性稀释剂搅拌均匀即得到组分B。
