本发明公开了一种低温固化高固体分环氧涂料,所述涂料由组分A和组分B组成,所述的组分A由以下重量份数的原材料组成:硅烷改性环氧树脂:26‑35,分散剂:0.3‑0.5,分子筛:1‑3,膨润土:0.2‑0.4,白炭黑:0.2‑0.4,氧化铁红:13‑17,三聚磷酸铝:8‑12,磷酸锌:8‑12,云母粉:4‑6,沉淀硫酸钡:10‑15,交联剂:3‑5,50%E12环氧树脂液:3‑5,二甲苯:4‑6;所述的组分B由以下重量份数的原材料组成:活性稀释剂:2‑3,叔胺类促进剂:0.5‑1,腰果壳油改性胺固化剂:14‑16,催干剂:0.5,二甲苯:3‑5。该涂料可以在‑25℃固化干燥,且具有优异的硬度及耐盐雾性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种低温固化高固体分环氧涂料,同时,本发明还涉及该涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
环氧树脂涂料具有优异的防腐性能和抗化学品性能,漆膜机械性能良好,对各种底材有优良的附着力,与多种涂料的配套性能好,可与氟碳涂料、聚氨酯涂料、丙烯酸涂料等高性能涂料组成配套体系,构成长效型防腐涂层。但通常情况下环氧树脂涂料在较低的环境温度(一般指低于10℃)下成膜反应缓慢,涂膜不能充分固化,尤其在0℃以下反应速度非常缓慢,影响了它的适用范围与涂层的防腐性能。因此,制备能在低温条件下使用的环氧树脂涂料,来满足钢结构建筑、港口机械、桥梁、船舶等大型钢结构冬季施工的需求,是势在必行的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低温固化的高固体分环氧涂料,该涂料可以在-25℃固化干燥,且具有优异的硬度及耐盐雾性能。
一种低温固化高固体分环氧涂料,所述涂料由组分A和组分B组成,所述的组分A由以下重量份数的原材料组成:
硅烷改性环氧树脂:26-35,分散剂:0.3-0.5,分子筛:1-3,膨润土:0.2-0.4,白炭黑:0.2-0.4,氧化铁红:13-17,三聚磷酸铝:8-12,磷酸锌:8-12,云母粉:4-6,沉淀硫酸钡:10-15,交联剂:3-5,50%E12环氧树脂液:3-5,二甲苯:4-6;所述的组分B由以下重量份数的原材料组成:活性稀释剂:2-3,叔胺类促进剂:0.5-1,腰果壳油改性胺固化剂:14-16,催干剂:0.5,二甲苯:3-5。
进一步的,所述的硅烷改性环氧树脂由以下原材料组成:环氧树脂,硅烷改性剂,溶剂。
进一步的,所述的环氧树脂为E51环氧树脂和E20环氧树脂。
进一步的,所述的硅烷改性剂为3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷,3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述的硅烷改性环氧树脂采用以下重量份数的原材料制备得到:
E51环氧树脂:30,E20环氧树脂:30,二甲苯:9,丁醇:4,无水乙醇:5,3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷:5,3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷:20,二月桂酸二丁基锡:1。
进一步的,所述的硅烷改性环氧树脂采用以下方法制备得到:
将E51环氧树脂、E20环氧树脂、二甲苯、丁醇加入到反应罐中,搅拌均匀,加入3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,二月桂酸二丁基锡,升温至80℃,搅拌反应4h,降温到25℃以下,加入3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、无水乙醇搅拌均匀。
进一步的,所述的交联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述的催干剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、钛络合物。
进一步的,所述的活性稀释剂为KH550。
上述的低温固化高固体分环氧涂料的制备方法,按配方量将硅烷改性环氧树脂、分散剂、分子筛、膨润土、白炭黑加入搅拌罐中,1800r/min搅拌15min,加入氧化铁红、三聚磷酸铝、磷酸锌、沉淀硫酸钡、云母粉、交联剂,50%E12环氧树脂液、二甲苯搅拌均匀,将搅拌好的物料加入砂磨机中,研磨到20um以下后,即得到低温固化高固体分环氧涂料组分A;将活性稀释剂、叔胺类促进剂、催干剂、腰果壳油改性胺固化剂、二甲苯搅拌均匀即得到组分B。
本发明所述的低温固化高固体分环氧涂料具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明选用硅烷改性环氧树脂为主要成膜物质,固化剂选用腰果壳油改性胺固化剂与叔胺类促进剂,叔胺类促进剂具有强催化的作用,腰果壳油改性胺固化剂含有的酚羟基具有催化的作用,且固化剂中含有的长侧链具有增韧的作用,使涂层具有优异的机械性能,本发明在固化剂组分中还加入了催干剂,除环氧基团与环氧固化剂之间交联固化外,且硅烷改性环氧树脂中的硅氧烷在催干剂的作用下也可以交联固化,硅氧烷与50%E12环氧树脂液中的羟基之间也可以脱水交联固化,形成有机-无机杂化树脂,且硅氧烷之间的交联固化受温度的影响低,两者相互作用,双重固化,使涂料满足涂料可以在-25℃固化干燥,且具有优异的硬度及耐盐雾性能。
(2)本发明硅烷改性环氧树脂采用3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷对E51环氧树脂和E20环氧树脂进行改性,得到含有硅氧烷结构的环氧树脂,并加入3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷,一方面,3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的环氧基可以与环氧固化剂反应,另一方面,3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷中含有的硅氧烷可以与3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的硅氧烷反应,提高涂膜的交联密度、低温干燥性、耐溶剂性等,且3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷的加入可以吸收空气中的潮气发生水解,提高改性环氧树脂的储存稳定性,乙醇溶剂的加入也可以参与逆反应,提高树脂的储存稳定性。
(3)本发明交联剂选用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷结构中含有的双键吸电子作用,使得硅氧烷更加活泼,水解交联速度快,提高涂膜的干性及交联密度。
(4)本发明活性稀释剂选用KH550,一方面KH550可以与环氧树脂中的环氧基团反应,另一方面KH550中含有的硅氧烷可以与硅烷改性环氧树脂中的硅氧烷,以及交联剂中的硅氧烷反应,形成交联互传网络结构,提高涂层的耐溶剂性能,且使涂料具有优异的低温干燥性。且本发明制备的有机无机杂化涂膜除具有无机涂料的高硬度、耐高温性能以外,还具有环氧涂料优异的附着力及防腐性能,且可以满足-25℃固化干燥,具有潮湿固化的特点。
具体实施方式
基于本发明的设计思想,下面,结合具体的实施例对本发明的低温固化的高固体分环氧涂料做进一步的详细描述:
实施例1-3
按照以下配方制备硅烷改性环氧树脂:
E51环氧树脂:30,E20环氧树脂:30,二甲苯:9,丁醇:4,无水乙醇:5,3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷:5,3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷:20,二月桂酸二丁基锡:1。
硅烷改性环氧树脂采用以下方法制备得到:
将E51环氧树脂、E20环氧树脂、二甲苯、丁醇加入到反应罐中,搅拌均匀,加入3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,二月桂酸二丁基锡,升温至80℃,搅拌反应4h,降温到25℃以下,加入3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、无水乙醇搅拌均匀。
应用上述的硅烷改性环氧树脂制备低温固化高固体分环氧涂料。
实施例1-3组分A原材料重量份数如下表所示:

所述的交联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,所述的活性稀释剂为KH550。
所述的腰果壳油改性胺固化剂为上海经天新材料科技有限公司的JT-6025环氧固化剂,所述叔胺类促进剂为DMP-30。
上述的低温固化高固体分环氧涂料的制备方法,按配方量将硅烷改性环氧树脂、分散剂、分子筛、膨润土、白炭黑加入搅拌罐中,1800r/min搅拌15min,加入氧化铁红、三聚磷酸铝、磷酸锌、沉淀硫酸钡、云母粉、交联剂,50%E12环氧树脂液、二甲苯搅拌均匀,将搅拌好的物料加入砂磨机中,研磨到20um以下后,即得到低温固化高固体分环氧涂料组分A;将活性稀释剂、叔胺类促进剂、催干剂、腰果壳油改性胺固化剂、二甲苯搅拌均匀即得到组分B。
对实施例1-3制备得到的低温固化的高固体分环氧涂料进行性能测试,检测结果如下表所示:

1.一种低温固化高固体分环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料由组分A和组分B组成,所述的组分A由以下重量份数的原材料组成:
硅烷改性环氧树脂:26-35,分散剂:0.3-0.5,分子筛:1-3,膨润土:0.2-0.4,白炭黑:0.2-0.4,氧化铁红:13-17,三聚磷酸铝:8-12,磷酸锌:8-12,云母粉:4-6,沉淀硫酸钡:10-15,交联剂:3-5,50%E12环氧树脂液:3-5,二甲苯:4-6;所述的组分B由以下重量份数的原材料组成:活性稀释剂:2-3,叔胺类促进剂:0.5-1,腰果壳油改性胺固化剂:14-16,催干剂:0.5,二甲苯:3-5;所述的硅烷改性环氧树脂采用以下重量份数的原材料制备得到:E51环氧树脂:30,E20环氧树脂:30,二甲苯:9,丁醇:4,无水乙醇:5,3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷:5,3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷:20,二月桂酸二丁基锡:1;所述的交联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷;所述的催干剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、钛络合物中的任意一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温固化高固体分环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述的硅烷改性环氧树脂采用以下方法制备得到:
将E51环氧树脂、E20环氧树脂、二甲苯、丁醇加入到反应罐中,搅拌均匀,加入3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,二月桂酸二丁基锡,升温至80℃,搅拌反应4h,降温到25℃以下,加入3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、无水乙醇搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低温固化高固体分环氧涂料,其特征在于:所述的活性稀释剂为KH550。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的低温固化高固体分环氧涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:按配方量将硅烷改性环氧树脂、分散剂、分子筛、膨润土、白炭黑加入搅拌罐中,1800r/min搅拌15min,加入氧化铁红、三聚磷酸铝、磷酸锌、沉淀硫酸钡、云母粉、交联剂,50%E12环氧树脂液、二甲苯搅拌均匀,将搅拌好的物料加入砂磨机中,研磨到20μm以下后,即得到低温固化高固体分环氧涂料组分A;将活性稀释剂、叔胺类促进剂、催干剂、腰果壳油改性胺固化剂、二甲苯搅拌均匀即得到组分B。
