Description

Papermaking sludge nutrient soil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of papermaking sludge waste treatment, in particular to papermaking sludge nutrient soil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
During production, a large amount of organic wastewater containing fibers is generated by paper-making and pulping enterprises, and paper-making sludge generated after the organic wastewater is treated by a wastewater treatment process becomes a new pollution source. The papermaking sludge has complex components, high organic matter content, high water content, large volume and the like, can generate stink after being placed, and can cause the problems of air pollution, soil pollution and the like if not properly treated. Therefore, how to treat the sludge is a difficult problem for paper making enterprises.
At present, the most common treatment mode is that the water content of the paper mill sludge is reduced to a certain standard through dewatering equipment or naturally dried, and then the paper mill sludge is sent to a garbage disposal site for landfill, so that land resources are wasted, soil and underground water pollution can be caused when anti-seepage measures are not in place, the cost of sludge landfill is higher and higher along with the increasing shortage of land resources, and the method belongs to the aspects of time and labor consumption and no benefit. The components of the paper-making sludge are measured, and the paper-making sludge belongs to biosolid waste, and contains a large amount of cellulose organic matters, plant nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the like, and trace heavy metals and pathogenic bacteria. Based on the characteristic of the papermaking sludge, the papermaking sludge is required to be recycled so as to realize harmless treatment of the papermaking sludge, reduce pollution generation and emission in the papermaking production process to the maximum extent, eliminate pollution and improve the resource utilization rate.
