Abstract

一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,属于有机硅发泡材料技术领域,具体包括如下步骤:1)乙烯基硅油45‑55份、α‑ω‑二羟基聚硅氧烷40‑70份、硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂20‑40份、铂金催化剂0.2‑1份和填料混合均匀;2)加入含氢硅油20‑45份,端环氧基硅油20‑40份,搅拌使其混合均匀;3)将上述混合物涂抹到施工位置。本发明的有益效果为:本发明创造性的加入了硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂,其低粘度的特性使其可添加更多的阻燃剂以及触变助剂,加入端环氧基硅油,有效提高材料的搓黏性、电性能和与材料的粘结性,使本申请所制备的有机硅泡沫材料具有更好的阻燃性能以及触变性能,同时有效的降低了制造成本。

Description

一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于有机硅发泡材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法。
背景技术:
防火封堵材料常应用于核电、轨道交通、建筑物防火封堵、电缆穿墙阻燃密封等领域。例如,轨道交通车辆内发生意外火灾时,电缆沟、管道等贯穿时形成的孔洞和缝隙是引发大面积火灾蔓延的主要途径,会造成巨大的火灾损失。目前广泛应用在车辆孔洞间的密封腻子封堵材料往往与材料表面的粘结性差,长时间使用就会出现脱落现象,且密封腻子封堵材料会腐蚀车辆电缆及电缆套管,此外,密封腻子还不具有抗振动与减噪性能。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创新性的采用α-ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷、直链型乙烯基硅油、支链型乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油、端环氧基硅油和硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂为原料,加入填料和铂金催化剂,制备出了一种高性能有机硅泡沫材料,本申请所提及的份数均为质量份,其制备方法如下:
1)乙烯基硅油45-55份、α-ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷40-70份、硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂20-40份、铂金催化剂0.2-1和填料混合均匀;
2)加入含氢硅油20-45份,端环氧基硅油20-40份搅拌使其混合均匀;
3)将上述混合物涂抹到施工位置。
优选的,所述步骤1)中乙烯基硅油包括支链型乙烯基硅油和直链型乙烯基硅油,二者按1:1混合。
优选的,所述步骤1)中还需要加入着色剂0-0.3份和阻聚剂0-0.9份。
优选的,所述阻聚剂为3-苯基-1-丁炔-3-醇、3-甲基-1-丁炔-3-醇、3-丙基-1-丁炔-3醇、1-二甲氢硅氧基-1-乙炔基-环己烷或1-乙炔基环己醇中的任一种或其组合。
优选的,步骤1)中所述填料为阻燃剂或触变助剂中的任一种或其组合。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝,所述触变助剂为白炭黑。
优选的,氢氧化铝的添加量为80-120份。
优选的,α-ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷与硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂质量比1:1混合。
优选的,所述白炭黑的添加量占总质量的0.5%-5%。
优选的,所述铂金催化剂为氯铂酸乙烯基硅氧烷络合物、氯铂酸异丙醇络合物、氯铂酸邻苯二甲酸二乙酯络合物、氯铂酸-顺丁烯二酸二丁酯络合物或氯铂酸四氢呋喃络合物中的一种或其组合。本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的有机硅泡沫密封材料具有无卤素、无毒等特性,与材料表面的粘结性好,加入端环氧基硅油可以有效提高泡沫材料的搓黏性,提高材料的电性能,增加与施工面的结合力,提高强度,因为其具有较高的活性,可以减少催化剂的使用;并且具有优良的气密性、水密性和优良的抗辐照、耐老化、可去污等性能。本发明创造性的加入了硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂,其低粘度的特性使其可添加更多的阻燃剂以及触变助剂,一般的有机硅发泡材料的粘度较高,无法容纳本发明如此高比例的助剂,使本申请所制备的有机硅泡沫材料具有更好的阻燃性能以及触变性能,同时有效的降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式:
实施方式一:
在室温下,将30份(以下份数均为质量份数)乙烯基硅油其中支链型乙烯基硅油和直链型乙烯基硅油各百分之五十,20份硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂,70份α-ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷,80份氢氧化铝混合均匀,加入3份白炭黑,0.5份着色剂、0.9份3-苯基-1-丁炔-3-醇、搅拌均;
加入45份含氢硅油,20份端环氧基硅油,0.2份铂金催化剂搅拌均匀;将混合物涂抹到待施工表面,反应完全后材料成型。
本申请的原料主要涉及以下两类反应:
其一是直链型乙烯基硅油含氢硅油反应,即:

其二为支链型乙烯基硅油与含氢硅油反应,即:

由上述反应式可以看出,使用时可将铂金催化剂与含氢硅油分别置于不同的预制剂内,使用时将二者混合,方便使用。白炭黑的加入可以很好的改善未反应前的混合物的触变性,通过调整阻聚剂的添加量调整聚合反应时间,白炭黑与阻聚剂的加入使本申请的有机硅泡沫材料的施工更加便捷,有利于提高施工的质量。
实施方式二
在室温下,将25份乙烯基硅油其中支链型乙烯基硅油和直链型乙烯基硅油各百分之五十,25份硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂,60份α-ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷,90份氢氧化铝混合均匀,加入4份白炭黑,0.4着色剂、0.7份3-苯基-1-丁炔-3-醇、搅拌均;
加入40份含氢硅油,40份端环氧基硅油和0.4份铂金催化剂搅拌均匀;将混合物涂抹到待施工表面,反应完全后材料成型。
实施方式三:
在室温下,将20份乙烯基硅油其中支链型乙烯基硅油和直链型乙烯基硅油各百分之五十,35份硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂,50份α-ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷,110份氢氧化铝混合均匀,加入5份白炭黑,0.2份着色剂、0.5份3-苯基-1-丁炔-3-醇、搅拌均;
加入30份含氢硅油,25份端环氧基硅油和0.8份铂金催化剂搅拌均匀;将混合物涂抹到待施工表面,反应完全后材料成型。
实施方式四:
在室温下,将10份乙烯基硅油其中支链型乙烯基硅油和直链型乙烯基硅油各百分之五十,40份硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂,40份α-ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷,120份氢氧化铝混合均匀,加入6份白炭黑,搅拌均;
加入45份含氢硅油,20份端环氧基硅油和1份铂金催化剂搅拌均匀;将混合物涂抹到待施工表面,反应完全后材料成型。
下表是实施例一至四所制得有机硅泡沫材料的一些重要参数:

对实施方式1-4制得的有机硅泡沫材料,发泡时间可调可控,发泡倍率都接近2.8倍,阻燃性符合《UL-94-V-0》标准,远优于市场上同类产品,其耐高低温性、耐老化性也远高于市场上现有产品,使用寿命六十余年,固化后使用温度范围为:-50℃-270℃,同时其电绝缘性和化学稳定性也十分优越。此外该材料还具有无毒、防潮、抗紫外、抗化学腐蚀、以及不易变形等优点。
将实施例一所述的有机硅泡沫材料制备成直径为50mm的试样,依照GB/T 1041-92的方法对试样进行压压缩测试,测试数据如下表及附图1所示:

综合数据可知,本发明所制备的泡沫材料具有良好的压缩性能,

Claims (10)

1.一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)乙烯基硅油45-55份、α-ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷40-70份、硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂20-40份、铂金催化剂0.2-1份和填料混合均匀;
2)加入含氢硅油20-45份,端环氧基硅油20-40份,搅拌使其混合均匀;
3)将上述混合物涂抹到施工位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中乙烯基硅油包括支链型乙烯基硅油和直链型乙烯基硅油,二者按1:1混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中还需要加入着色剂0-0.3份和阻聚剂0-0.9份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻聚剂为3-苯基-1-丁炔-3-醇、3-甲基-1-丁炔-3-醇、3-丙基-1-丁炔-3醇、1-二甲氢硅氧基-1-乙炔基-环己烷或1-乙炔基环己醇中的任一种或其组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中所述填料为阻燃剂或触变助剂或其组合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝,所述触变助剂为白炭黑。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于,氢氧化铝的添加量为80-120份
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于,α-ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷与硅氧烷改性聚醚树脂质量比1:1混合。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述白炭黑的添加量占总质量的0.5%-5%。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的一种高阻燃性能的有机硅泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述铂金催化剂为氯铂酸乙烯基硅氧烷络合物、氯铂酸异丙醇络合物、氯铂酸邻苯二甲酸二乙酯络合物、氯铂酸-顺丁烯二酸二丁酯络合物或氯铂酸四氢呋喃络合物中的一种或其组合。
