Description

Deoiling and moisturizing facial foam and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, in particular to an oil-removing and moisturizing facial foam and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin of the human body covers the whole body and protects various tissues and organs in the body from physical, mechanical, chemical and pathogenic microorganisms. Skin has two barrier effects: on one hand, the loss of in-vivo moisture, electrolyte and other substances is prevented; on the other hand, prevents invasion of external harmful substances. The skin keeps the environment in the human body stable, and the skin also participates in the metabolic process of the human body. Oily skin often has long greasy particles, which are mainly related to disorder of fat metabolism of individuals, and the greasy particles are well-defined and round; and the skin appearance is not affected, and skin diseases such as acne are easily caused.
The face cleaner is a face cleaning product for cleaning skin, has good cleaning power of soap and has a certain nursing function.
The existing facial cleanser has single action, generally has three types of cleaning, exfoliating and treating, can remove a large amount of grease garbage after cleaning or sanding, or remove dead skin exfoliating, or resist inflammation and bacteria, but has single function to make room for new round of facial pollution, and excessively emphasizes the cleaning function, so that the skin is in tight and tense due to water deficiency, sensitive peeling, stinging and the like caused by the serious functionality, and the facial skin is damaged. Therefore, after cleaning, the cream needs to be further supplemented with water and nourished, so that the cream is used for degreasing, and meanwhile, moisturizing work is needed, so that the dry feel of the skin caused by excessive skin cleaning and skin moisture is avoided, and no good moistening protection and moisturizing effect is achieved on the skin.
The cleansing foam, also called cleansing foam and cleansing mousse, is a common cleansing product, and aims to remove dirt on skin, make the skin fresh and cool, and help to keep normal physiological state of the skin. Compared with common facial cleanser, the facial cleanser has the advantages of simple formula, no thickening, low surface activity concentration, mildness, freshness and no residue, and is suitable for various skin types and various seasons.
Chinese patent application CN103054770a discloses a seaweed moisturizing cleansing foam agent, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-30% of amino acid surfactant, 5-10% of cucumber extract, 1-6% of seaweed gel, 1-5% of glycerol, 1-5% of 1, 2-butanediol, 1-2% of antibacterial agent and 50-60% of distilled water; the seaweed moisturizing cleansing foam agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being mild and free of stimulation, being capable of effectively cleaning the face, moisturizing the skin, increasing the skin elasticity, improving the secretion state of the skin, slowing down the skin aging and promoting the shrinkage and tightening of pores. However, the moisturizing effect of the facial foam agent of the patent application needs to be further improved, and the effects of anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and other aspects are not obvious.
Chinese patent application CN101011325a discloses a mineral salt cleansing foam, which adopts mineral salt as main material, and its components specifically are: 30-70% of mineral salt, 10-30% of ethoxylated alkyl sodium sulfate, 1-10% of stearic acid, 0.2-10% of humectant, essence and deionized water, wherein the sum of the percentages of the components is 100%. The mineral salt facial foam has transparent water-like texture, can effectively remove dead skin, and can clean and block pores; the product can not only effectively remove facial grease dirt, smoothen pores, inhibit tyrosinase activity, decompose melanin and accelerate cell metabolism after long-term use, but also improve the phenomena of facial roughness, tarnish and yellow qi, and make skin white, clear, smooth and ruddy. However, the moisturizing effect of this patent application is to be further improved.
Chinese patent application CN105476950A discloses a natural moisturizing foam-free facial cleanser, and the product is prepared by preferably mixing anionic surfactant sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI-75), sodium lauroyl sarcosine, amphoteric surfactant disodium cocoyl amphodiacetate and cocoyl hydroxysulfobetaine as surface active ingredients in the product, and simultaneously adding plant moisturizing emollient, thickener, pearling agent, EDTA-2Na, natural antibacterial active agent, plant natural perfume essential oil and deionized water. The invention has rich and mild foam, no mineral oil, no synthetic spice, no synthetic pigment, no benzoate preservative and no medicinal component, and has no components sensitive to and damaging skin, so that the skin is mild and has no irritation, the skin is effectively cleaned, and the skin is naturally moisturized. However, the moisturizing effect of the facial foam agent of the patent application needs to be further improved, and other effects of the facial foam agent such as more raw material types, higher cost, aging resistance and the like are not obvious.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a deoiling moisturizing facial foam and a preparation method thereof, which can solve the above technical problems.
