The cleansing water prepared in examples 1 to 3 was used to evaluate 10 female testers who were healthy, and the cleansing effect, the cleansing time, and the comfort after use were evaluated in 10 minutes, and the average was calculated by removing the highest and lowest values, with 10 being the best, 9 being the lowest, and 1 being the worst, and the results shown in the following table:

the phase C comprises the following components: the first skin conditioning agent is xylitol-based glucoside 0.425-0.625%, the second skin conditioning agent is dehydrated xylitol 0.29-0.59%, and the third skin conditioning agent is xylitol 0.1-0.3%;
the phase D comprises the following components: 1-3% of an anti-allergy agent, 1-3% of an anti-inflammation agent, 1-3% of a purslane extract, 1-3% of a sedative agent and 1-3% of a sedative agent, wherein the antiallergic agent is a cucumber fruit extract;
phase E comprises 8-12% fragrance;
the phase F comprises 0.05-0.15% of chelating agent;

step four, cooling the temperature to 45 ℃, and sequentially adding B, C, D phase components: 6-8% of first humectant, 0.1-0.3% of second humectant, 0.425-0.625% of first skin conditioner, 0.29-0.59% of second skin conditioner, 0.1-0.3% of third skin conditioner, 1-3% of anti-allergy agent, 1-3% of anti-inflammatory agent and 1-3% of sedative, and stirring until the components are completely and uniformly dissolved;
step five, cooling the temperature to 36 ℃, and sequentially adding E, F phase components; 8 to 12 percent of aromatic and 0.05 to 0.15 percent of chelating agent, stirring for 30 minutes until the mixture is uniform and transparent;
and step six, after testing the pH value, sequentially testing the heat resistance stability and the cold resistance stability, and bottling and packaging after the test is finished.
