Background

The cleansing oil is essential for daily skin cleaning care, and the main component of the cleansing oil is grease, so that the cleansing oil has the effects of dissolving various color cosmetics and dirt and cleaning the skin. The oil ester used for the cleansing oil is generally mineral oil, synthetic ester or vegetable oil. The use of mineral oil is very common, but the structure of the oil is different from the skin fat of human body, the skin friendliness is poor, and the cleansing effect and the makeup removing effect on thick makeup such as high-chroma eye shadow, lipstick and the like are poor. Isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate and the like in the synthetic ester have excellent makeup removing effects, but are irritant and easily cause the occurrence of face blisters. The main chemical structure of the vegetable oil is triglyceride, which has the same structure with the skin fat of human body, and has stronger permeability, good affinity with the skin and high safety. However, the pure plant cleansing oil is greasy and not easy to extend, and is uncomfortable to use. Chinese patent publication No. CN104382823A discloses camellia cleansing oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the camellia cleansing oil comprises 70-90% of camellia oil, 5-20% of emulsifier, 1-5% of vitamin E and 0-5% of humectant. The proportion of the camellia oil in the formula is too large, and the cleansing oil is sticky and greasy in texture, not easy to spread and poor in skin feel. The used emulsifier has strong degreasing capability, and the skin is too tight and dry after washing.

Chinese patent publication No. CN103655432A discloses cleansing oil mainly composed of coconut oil, lecithin, saponin, olive oil, camellia seed oil, lithospermum oil, carrot oil, rhodiola rosea essential oil, brown algae activating enzyme, kelp glycol dew, and water, and prepared by a special process, and the cleansing oil is mainly used for removing facial color makeup and resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation of the whole face. The cleansing oil has various components, is easy to cause skin allergy, and has complex production process, strict condition requirement and high cost.

Chinese patent publication No. CN105832615A discloses a cleansing and makeup removing two-in-one cleansing oil, which comprises 30-80% of vegetable oil, 10-50% of synthetic oil, 2-4% of witch hazel extract, 3-5% of white tea extract, 1.5-3.5% of gulfweed extract, 1-4% of ivy extract, 0.1-0.6% of antioxidant and 0.1-0.6% of anti-allergy agent. The makeup remover does not use an emulsifier, does not need to be washed by water after makeup removal, but the makeup remover is easy to remain in pores after being dissolved, and is not suitable for people who block the pores after long-term use, particularly oily skin and acne.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is as follows: in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the makeup remover oil provided by the invention takes domestic pure natural tea seed oil as a main raw material, and is added with pure plant surfactant as an emulsifier, so that the makeup remover oil is safe and mild, can deeply clean makeup and dirt, is fresh and cool and not greasy, and has the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and repairing skin, and the preparation method thereof.

The technical scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses cleansing oil which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

20-50 parts of tea seed oil, 20-35 parts of sweet almond oil, 10-25 parts of grape seed oil, 8-25 parts of isohexadecane,

10-22 parts of pure plant emulsifier, 0-0.5 part of geranium essential oil and 0.01-0.04 part of antioxidant.

Preferably, the pure plant emulsifier is prepared from 8-15 parts of PEG-20 triisostearin, 1-4 parts of PEG-15 glyceryl isostearate and 1-4 parts of PEG-7 olive oil ester in parts by mass.

26 parts of tea seed oil, 25 parts of sweet almond oil, 22 parts of grape seed oil, 12 parts of isohexadecane,

1.81 parts of PEG-7 olive oil ester, 0.18 part of geranium essential oil and 0.02 part of rosemary extract.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the cleansing oil, which comprises the following steps:

(1) uniformly mixing tea seed oil, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil and isohexadecane in proportion to obtain a mixed solution A;

(2) preparing a pure plant emulsifier to obtain a mixed solution B;

(3) adding the mixed solution B into the mixed solution A, and stirring and mixing uniformly at the temperature of 55-70 ℃;

(4) cooling to 30 deg.C, adding essential oil and herba Rosmarini officinalis extract, and mixing.

Preferably, the method for preparing the pure plant emulsifier in the step (2) comprises the following steps: PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, PEG-15 glyceryl isostearate and PEG-7 olive oil ester are mixed uniformly according to a proportion to obtain a mixed solution B.

The properties and effects of the relevant raw materials used in the invention are as follows:

tea seed oil is a product directly squeezed from the fruit of green tea tree, and its main components are oleic acid (63.57%) and linoleic acid (26.46%). Wherein the content of linoleic acid is 2-3 times of oil tea seed oil and 3-6 times of olive oil, and the linoleic acid is called 'myo-inositol' of skin and is an excellent skin humectant. The content of vitamin E in the tea seed oil is 2-3 times of that of the tea seed oil and 5-10 times of that of olive oil. The tea seed oil is the only natural top-grade healthy oil rich in tea polyphenol, and the content of the tea polyphenol reaches 0.3-1%. The tea polyphenols can remove facial greasiness, tighten pores, delay skin aging, kill bacteria contacting skin, and reduce skin injury caused by ultraviolet radiation. The sweet almond oil mainly comprises oleic acid (69.62%) and linoleic acid (23.34%), is soft and smooth in texture, is the most greasy base oil, has good skin-friendly property, moistens and moisturizes, and is specially used for treating skin itching, red swelling, dryness and pimples. The main components of grape seed oil are linoleic acid (71.71%) and oleic acid (16.19%), and grape seed oil is the vegetable oil with the highest content of linoleic acid. The proanthocyanidin in grape seed is a powerful antioxidant, and can effectively scavenge free radicals, resist oxidation and prevent allergy. The grape seed oil has good spreadability, can quickly permeate, and effectively dissolves dirt in hair follicles. The compounding of the three vegetable oils ensures that the proportion of the oleic acid and the linoleic acid is more reasonable, dissolves dirt, nourishes the skin and has good skin feel.

The heterogeneous hexadecane is light and comfortable in skin feel, smooth, excellent in spreadability, free of irritation and sensitization, safe and free of side effects. The grease compounded with the vegetable oil is lighter and tasty.

PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, PEG-15 glyceryl isostearate and PEG-7 olive oil ester are pure plant emulsifiers, are safe and non-irritant, and can also moisten skin. The HLB value of PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate is 8, the HLB value of PEG-7 olive oil ester is 11, the HLB value of PEG-15 glyceryl isostearate is 12, the mixture of the three has excellent HLB value, and the emulsifying effect is better than that of a single emulsifier.

The geranium essential oil is fragrant and pleasant, can clean the skin, balance sebum secretion, promote the regeneration of skin cells and repair scars, and is particularly suitable for oily skin and pockmarked skin.

Carnosic acid in the rosemary extract is an excellent antioxidant and preservative, and has good synergistic effect with tea polyphenol.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) according to the invention, the tea seed oil, the sweet almond oil, the grape seed oil and the isohexadecane are used as oil components, and the components have characteristics and mutual synergistic effect, so that the prepared makeup remover oil is fresh and cool and not greasy, and can be used for moistening, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, repairing skin and shrinking pores while easily removing makeup and dissolving dirt.

(2) The invention uses the combination of three pure plant emulsifiers to provide excellent emulsification effect, can be quickly emulsified when meeting water, is easy to wash, and can be dispersed in water to form oil-in-water emulsion with strong fluidity. The cleansing cream is fresh and comfortable after makeup removal and has no greasy feeling.

(3) The geranium essential oil used in the present invention imparts a good odor to the cleansing oil.

(4) The rosemary extract used in the invention is an antioxidant and a preservative, is purely natural and safe, and has no side effect. The shelf life of the cleansing oil can reach three years, and the dosage of the rosemary extract is very small.

According to the technical scheme, the components are used in a matched manner as a whole, and the final formula achieves the effects of safety, mildness, deep cleaning of color cosmetics and dirt, refreshing, no greasiness, antibiosis, antiphlogosis and skin repair by optimizing the content of the components. The cleansing oil disclosed by the invention is very excellent in smell, color and luster, centrifugal stability, cold-resistant stability and heat-resistant stability. And the preparation method is simple, the equipment requirement is low, and the industrial production is easy to realize.

The cleansing oil comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

25 parts of tea seed oil, 25 parts of sweet almond oil, 19 parts of grape seed oil, 12.9 parts of isohexadecane,

13.24 parts of PEG-20 triisostearin, 2.53 parts of PEG-15 glyceryl isostearate,

2.21 parts of PEG-7 olive oil ester, 0.1 part of geranium essential oil and 0.02 part of rosemary extract.

Example 4

The cleansing oil comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

32 parts of tea seed oil, 18 parts of sweet almond oil, 17.9 parts of grape seed oil, 20 parts of isohexadecane,

8.83 parts of PEG-20 triisostearin, 1.69 parts of PEG-15 glyceryl isostearate,

1.47 parts of PEG-7 olive oil ester, 0.1 part of geranium essential oil and 0.01 part of rosemary extract.

Example 5

The cleansing oil comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

20 parts of tea seed oil, 35 parts of sweet almond oil, 10 parts of grape seed oil, 25 parts of isohexadecane,

8 parts of PEG-20 triisostearin, 4 parts of PEG-15 glyceryl isostearate,

1 part of PEG-7 olive oil ester, 0.5 part of geranium essential oil and 0.01 part of rosemary extract.

Example 6

The cleansing oil comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

50 parts of tea seed oil, 20 parts of sweet almond oil, 25 parts of grape seed oil, 8 parts of isohexadecane,

15 parts of PEG-20 triisostearin, 1 part of PEG-15 glyceryl isostearate,

4 parts of PEG-7 olive oil ester, 0.1 part of geranium essential oil and 0.04 part of rosemary extract.

Examples 1-4 cleansing oils were prepared as follows:

(1) uniformly mixing the tea seed oil, the sweet almond oil, the grape seed oil and the isohexadecane in proportion to obtain a mixed solution A.

(2) PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, PEG-15 glyceryl isostearate and PEG-7 olive oil ester are mixed uniformly according to a proportion to obtain a mixed solution B.

(3) Adding the mixed solution B into the mixed solution A, and stirring and mixing uniformly at the temperature of 55-70 ℃.

The cleansing oil of the invention has the following using effect tests:

1. general data

The testing personnel are involved: make up at least 4 times a week for 40 total 18-45 year old volunteers.

Control group: 30 volunteers who used the control makeup remover oil (obtained by replacing both tea seed oil and sweet almond oil with the same amount of grape seed oil according to the recipe and method of example 3).

2. Service life and method of use

The service cycle is as follows: four weeks is a cycle.

The using method comprises the following steps: and (3) taking cleansing oil with the size of a unitary coin by drying the hand, performing looping massage on the dry face for no more than 1 minute, adding water for emulsifying, looping massage for 0.5-1 minute, and washing with warm water to obtain the cleansing oil.

3. Criteria for effect determination

The effect is divided into 3 grades

Level 1: after the skin care product is used, no face blister is generated on the skin, and no greasy phenomenon exists;

and 2, stage: after the skin care product is used, no face blister is generated on the skin, but the skin care product is greasy;

and 3, level: after the skin is used, the skin is blistered and greasy.

From the above results, the number of the cases with level 1 effect (no pimple and greasiness of skin after application) after application is only 46.7% for the control cleansing oil, while the number of the cases with level 1 effect after application of the cleansing oil of the present invention can reach 82.5%, which is much higher than that of the control cleansing oil.
