Description

Bacteriostatic odor-removing absorbing article and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of physiological hygiene products, and particularly relates to a bacteriostatic and odor-removing absorbing product and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins and pantiliners for absorbing menstrual blood, leucorrhea, and the like are known. Absorbent articles, particularly sanitary napkins, are pressed against and fit the body of the wearer by undergarments. Simple absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins have a liquid-permeable top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent body, and some sanitary napkins are further provided with a liquid-guiding nonwoven fabric, an absorbent body wrapping layer, and the like.
Most sanitary napkins on the market are usually only pursuing comfort and secretion absorption, and neglect other requirements of the sanitary napkins, such as bacteriostasis, odor removal, air permeability and the like. Some sanitary towels in the market have bacteriostatic effect, but the bacteriostatic effect is not good.
In addition, most sanitary towels on the market are not smooth in air permeability when in use, the air permeability of the sanitary towels is poor, various bacteria are bred to survive, and gynecological diseases are caused. In addition, the unpleasant smell generated during the menstrual period is also annoying to many women.
The conventional common sanitary towel has the problems that the absorption and diffusion are slow, so that the menstrual blood is easy to gather, the formed part of the sanitary towel has no menstrual blood, and a large amount of menstrual blood is gathered at the other part of the sanitary towel, so that the sanitary towel is moist and hot, and the use comfort is reduced. Meanwhile, the existing sanitary product has poor liquid absorption performance and less absorbed menstrual blood, and particularly, the side leakage and the rear leakage are easily caused at night, so that the menstrual blood leaks out to pollute clothes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a bacteriostatic and odor-removing absorbing article and a manufacturing method thereof, aiming at solving one or more technical problems in the prior art. The bacteriostatic odor-removing absorbing article has good liquid absorption performance, and also has the performances of bacteriostasis, regulating menstruation, removing odor and the like.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides in a first aspect a bacteriostatic odor-removing absorbent article comprising, from top to bottom, a nonwoven surface layer, an absorbent layer and a bottom film layer in this order; the absorption layer comprises an upper absorption layer and a lower absorption layer, the upper absorption layer is composed of at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer, and the lower absorption layer is a bacteriostatic odor-removing absorption layer; the bacteriostatic odor-removing absorbing layer comprises a bacteriostatic odor-removing absorbing material, the bacteriostatic odor-removing absorbing material is formed by mixing a bacteriostatic odor-removing material and super absorbent resin, and the bacteriostatic odor-removing material consists of phellodendron amurense, wormwood, golden larch bark, fructus cnidii, honeysuckle and motherwort.
Preferably, the antibacterial and odor-removing material comprises, by weight, 0.3-10 parts of phellodendron amurense, 0.3-10 parts of wormwood, 0.3-10 parts of golden larch bark, 0.3-10 parts of fructus cnidii, 0.3-10 parts of honeysuckle and 0.3-10 parts of motherwort.
Preferably, the mass percentage of the super absorbent resin contained in the antibacterial and odor-removing absorbing material is 50-90%, and preferably 70-80%.
Preferably, the super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is a super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers made of wood pulp through a wet papermaking process, and the super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer comprises two raw paper layers and a super absorbent resin layer sandwiched between the two raw paper layers; and/or the bacteriostasis and odor-removing absorption layer is a hot air non-woven fabric wrapped bacteriostasis and odor-removing absorption material structure, dry-process manufactured absorbent paper, high polymer resin composite absorbent paper, a five-layer composite core structure or a fluff pulp mixed bacteriostasis and odor-removing absorption material structure.
Preferably, the non-woven fabric surface layer is made of hot air non-woven fabric or spun-bonded non-woven fabric or pure cotton non-woven fabric; and/or the bottom film layer has air permeability and is made of polyethylene material or water-repellent non-woven fabric.
Preferably, the absorption layer is provided with a plurality of diversion dispersion cutting seams penetrating through the absorption layer, and the width of the diversion dispersion cutting seams is 0.2-3 mm; the diversion dispersion cutting seams are arranged along the length direction of the absorption layer, the front ends of the diversion dispersion cutting seams are located at the middle front part of the absorption layer, and the rear ends of the diversion dispersion cutting seams are located at the rear part of the absorption layer.
Preferably, the diversion dispersion slits are arc-shaped, the diversion dispersion slits are axially symmetrically arranged along a center line of the length direction of the absorption layer, and the distance from the front ends of the diversion dispersion slits to the rear ends of the diversion dispersion slits to the center line is reduced and then increased.
Preferably, the upper absorption layer is a convex small core structure comprising three high water absorption resin water absorption paper layers; and/or the bacteriostatic odor-removing absorbing article also comprises side leakage-preventing layers positioned on two sides of the width direction of the upper absorbing layer; the side leakage prevention layer consists of a plurality of layers of high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper layers, and the width of the side leakage prevention layer is gradually increased from top to bottom; the lower surfaces of the lateral leakage preventing layer and the upper absorbing layer are bonded with the upper surface of the lower absorbing layer.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing the bacteriostatic and odor-removing absorbent article according to the first aspect of the present invention, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) uniformly mixing 0.3-10 parts by weight of phellodendron amurense, 0.3-10 parts by weight of wormwood, 0.3-10 parts by weight of golden larch bark, 0.3-10 parts by weight of common cnidium fruit, 0.3-10 parts by weight of honeysuckle and 0.3-10 parts by weight of motherwort, crushing and grinding into powder to obtain the antibacterial and odor-removing material;
(2) uniformly mixing 50-90 parts by weight of super absorbent resin with the antibacterial and odor-removing material obtained in the step (1) to obtain an antibacterial and odor-removing absorbing material;
(3) uniformly mixing the bacteriostatic odor-removing absorbing material with the fluff pulp to form a mixed layer of the bacteriostatic odor-removing absorbing material and the fluff pulp, arranging the mixed layer between two layers of wet strength paper, and compounding to form dry-process water absorption paper, thus obtaining the bacteriostatic odor-removing absorbing layer; wherein the content of the fluff pulp is 30-40% of the total mass of the dry-method manufactured absorbent paper;
(4) compounding an upper absorption layer above the antibacterial odor-removing absorption layer to obtain an absorption layer;
