Compared with the prior art, the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the first absorption layer is prepared by mixing a super absorbent resin layer with a two-layer wet-method manufactured super absorbent resin water absorption paper layer, fluff pulp is not added, and the dryness of the sanitary towel can be improved; the second absorption layer in the invention is composed of a fluff pulp layer and a high water absorption resin layer wrapped by elastic non-woven fabric, compared with the absorption layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and high water absorption resin in the prior art, the second absorption layer in the invention designs the fluff pulp and the high water absorption resin wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric into layers independently, so that the addition amount of the fluff pulp is reduced, the product is thin, wherein the fluff pulp layer is arranged to solve the problem that the absorption speed of the high water absorption resin is slow in the early stage, the second absorption layer in the invention can enable liquid to be absorbed quickly through the fluff pulp layer, then the high water absorption resin in the high water absorption resin layer wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric can absorb the liquid in the fluff pulp, meanwhile, the liquid can be absorbed by the high water absorption resin through the fluff pulp, the second absorption layer in the invention can effectively solve the problem that the fluff pulp cannot effectively lock the liquid after absorbing the liquid through the high water absorption resin layer wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric, large reverse seepage amount and poor dryness; the first absorption layer and the second absorption layer are arranged, so that the ultrathin sanitary towel in the bedding producing period has the advantages of good dryness and comfort, large liquid absorption amount, high absorption speed, thin product and the like, and the thickness of the absorption layer of the sanitary towel in the bedding producing period in the market can be reduced by 30-60%, so that the whole thickness of the sanitary towel in the bedding producing period is obviously reduced, and the ultrathin structure is realized.
(2) The first absorption layer is provided with a flow guide absorption area, the flow guide absorption area consists of a vortex absorption area positioned in the middle of the first absorption layer and flow guide pressure grooves distributed on two sides of the vortex absorption area, and the vortex absorption area and the flow guide pressure grooves are arranged in the first absorption layer in a penetrating manner; in the invention, the arrangement of the vortex absorption area and the diversion pressure groove can increase the liquid conduction performance of the ultrathin sanitary towel in the bedding producing period while accelerating the infiltration speed; the vortex absorption area and the flow guide pressure groove can effectively conduct blood, guide liquid in all directions, ensure dryness, enable the sanitary towel main body to deeply penetrate into the super absorbent resin layer included in the first absorption layer when being stressed by heavy pressure, and effectively lock the liquid; in some preferred embodiments, two flow guiding pressure grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the vortex absorption region, the flow guiding pressure groove positioned on the inner side can guide liquid unabsorbed by the vortex absorption region to two sides, and the flow guiding pressure groove positioned on the outer side can also play a role in resisting the liquid, so that the liquid is prevented from flowing out of the side leakage.
(3) In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the three-dimensional enclosure is disposed on two sides of the cotton soft layer adjacent to the side flaps, so as to effectively prevent leakage. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The invention provides an ultrathin puerperium sanitary towel, which comprises a sanitary towel main body, wherein two sides of the sanitary towel main body are provided with side wings, and the sanitary towel main body sequentially comprises a soft cotton surface layer 1, an absorption core body and a water repellent layer 5 from top to bottom, for example, as shown in figure 1; in the present invention, it is preferable that two sides of the soft cotton surface layer 1 are provided with three-dimensional fenders (not shown in the figure), and in the present invention, two sides of the soft cotton surface layer 1 are provided with three-dimensional fenders adjacent to the side wings; the absorption core body consists of an absorption layer and a wrapping layer 4 wrapping the absorption layer; the absorption layer comprises a first absorption layer 2 and a second absorption layer 3, and the first absorption layer 2 is closer to the soft cotton surface layer 1 than the second absorption layer 3; the first absorption layer 2 comprises a first wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer 21 (also referred to as a first SAPP composite paper layer), a super absorbent resin layer 22 and a second wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer 23 (also referred to as a second SAPP composite paper layer) in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the super absorbent resin layer is formed of super absorbent resin; the second absorbent layer 3 is composed of a fluff pulp layer 31 and a super absorbent resin layer 32 wrapped with an elastic nonwoven fabric, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the super absorbent resin layer 32 wrapped with an elastic nonwoven fabric is composed of an elastic nonwoven fabric layer 322 and a super absorbent resin 321 wrapped in the elastic nonwoven fabric layer 322; the elastic non-woven fabric layer 322 in the invention is made of elastic non-woven fabric, the elastic non-woven fabric is different from common non-woven fabric, the elastic non-woven fabric is elastic non-woven fabric, and the elastic non-woven fabric layer 322 can expand along with the expansion of the super absorbent resin after imbibing; preferably, the elastic nonwoven layer 322 is made of elastic spunbonded nonwoven; in the invention, just by wrapping the super absorbent resin with the elastic non-woven fabric, the problem of difficult forming when the second absorption layer is formed by independently layering a fluff pulp layer and a super absorbent resin layer is effectively solved, and the second absorption layer in the invention is formed by: firstly, glue is sprayed on an elastic non-woven fabric, super absorbent resin is sprayed, then the elastic non-woven fabric is wrapped to form a super absorbent resin layer 32 wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric, and then a thin layer of fluff pulp is laid on the upper layer of the super absorbent resin layer wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric to form the fluff pulp layer 31; the first absorption layer is provided with a flow guide absorption area (not shown in fig. 1), for example, as shown in fig. 2, the flow guide absorption area is composed of a vortex absorption area 6 located in the middle of the first absorption layer and flow guide pressure grooves 7 distributed on two sides (left and right sides as shown in fig. 2) of the vortex absorption area 6, and the vortex absorption area 6 and the flow guide pressure grooves 7 are penetratingly arranged in the first absorption layer 2, that is, the vortex absorption area 6 and the flow guide pressure grooves 7 are penetratingly arranged from the upper surface of the first absorption layer 2 to the lower surface of the first absorption layer 2; in the present invention, for example, as shown in fig. 2, a closed region formed by two spiral lines (also referred to as swirl lines) corresponds to the swirl absorption region 6, and the present invention does not particularly require the size of the swirl absorption region, and the contour width of the swirl absorption region in the width direction of the first absorption layer may be, for example, 1/4 to 1/2 times the width of the first absorption layer, and the contour length of the swirl absorption region in the length direction of the first absorption region may be, for example, 0.8 to 1.5 times the contour width thereof; in the present invention, the width of the vortex absorption region, which refers to the distance between the two spiral lines shown in fig. 2, may be, for example, preferably 8 to 20mm, and more preferably 8 to 15 mm; in the invention, the diversion pressure tank is preferably S-shaped; the length and the width of the diversion pressure groove are not particularly required, preferably, the width of the diversion pressure groove is 0.5-5 mm, more preferably 1-2 mm, the width of the diversion pressure groove is smaller, the diversion pressure groove is only represented by one line in figure 2, and the width of the diversion pressure groove is not shown; in the present invention, it is preferable that the length of the guide pressure groove is longer than the length of the profile of the vortex absorption zone; the shape and number of the flow guide pressure grooves are not particularly required, in some preferred embodiments, two flow guide pressure grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the vortex absorption area, for example, two S-shaped flow guide pressure grooves are preferably respectively arranged, the flow guide pressure groove positioned on the inner side can guide liquid which is not absorbed by the vortex absorption area to two sides, and the flow guide pressure groove positioned on the outer side can also play a role in blocking the liquid, so that the liquid is prevented from flowing out and leaking laterally.
The first absorption layer is different from the absorption layer which is made of a high-water-absorption resin layer or a high-water-absorption resin paper layer in the prior art, the first absorption layer adopts a sandwich structure design, the absorption performance of a product can be ensured, the absorption capacity of the product is increased, the problem of poor dryness and smoothness caused by insufficient absorption capacity of the first absorption layer is solved, meanwhile, the high-water-absorption resin paper layer manufactured by a wet method can promote liquid to seep and conduct, the gel blockage after the product absorbs liquid is prevented, and the dryness and smoothness of the product are improved. The second absorption layer in the invention is composed of a fluff pulp layer and a high water absorption resin layer wrapped by elastic non-woven fabric, compared with the absorption layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and high water absorption resin in the prior art, the second absorption layer in the invention designs the fluff pulp and the high water absorption resin wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric into layers independently, so that the addition amount of the fluff pulp is reduced, the product is thin, wherein the fluff pulp layer is arranged to solve the problem that the absorption speed of the high water absorption resin is slow in the early stage, the second absorption layer in the invention can enable liquid to be absorbed quickly through the fluff pulp layer, then the high water absorption resin in the high water absorption resin layer wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric can absorb the liquid in the fluff pulp, meanwhile, the liquid can be absorbed by the high water absorption resin through the fluff pulp, the second absorption layer in the invention can effectively solve the problem that the fluff pulp cannot effectively lock the liquid after absorbing the liquid through the high water absorption resin layer wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric, large reverse seepage amount and poor dryness; the first absorption layer and the second absorption layer are arranged, so that the ultrathin sanitary towel in the bedding producing period has the advantages of good dryness and comfort, large liquid absorption amount, high absorption speed, thin product and the like, and the thickness of the absorption layer of the sanitary towel in the bedding producing period on the market can be reduced by 30-60%, so that the whole thickness of the sanitary towel in the bedding producing period is obviously reduced, and the ultrathin structure is realized; according to the invention, the arrangement of the vortex absorption area and the flow guide pressure groove can accelerate the infiltration speed and increase the liquid conduction performance of the ultrathin sanitary towel in the bedding producing period; the vortex absorption area and the flow guide pressure groove can effectively conduct blood, guide liquid in all directions, ensure dryness, enable the sanitary towel main body to deeply penetrate into the super absorbent resin layer included in the first absorption layer when being stressed by heavy pressure, and effectively lock the liquid; the invention discovers that the arrangement of the diversion absorption area has faster liquid guiding effect and better anti-reverse osmosis effect compared with the diversion absorption area formed by a plurality of diversion grooves or a plurality of diversion holes in the prior art.
In particular, in the present invention, the cotton soft surface layer, the absorbent core and the water repellent layer may be laminated by spraying adhesive, i.e. bonded together in sequence by hot melt adhesive, and the other layers may be bonded together in sequence by hot melt adhesive, for example, and the peeled-off state between the layers shown in fig. 1 is merely for clarity of illustrating the structure of each layer; the first wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer and the second wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer are wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layers (namely wet-process-made super absorbent resin composite paper layers) formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers by the existing wet-process papermaking process. In the present invention, the wet paper-making process can be, for example, the wet paper-making process disclosed in chinese patent application CN 201710966882.0.
According to some preferred embodiments, the elastic nonwoven is an elastic spunbond nonwoven; and/or in the second absorption layer, the mass ratio of the fluff pulp contained in the fluff pulp layer 31 to the high water absorption resin contained in the high water absorption resin layer 32 wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric is not more than 1; preferably, in the second absorbent layer, the mass ratio of fluff pulp contained in the fluff pulp layer to superabsorbent resin contained in the superabsorbent resin layer wrapped with the elastic nonwoven fabric is (3 to 4): (4-6), for example, in the second absorbent layer, the fluff pulp layer contains 3-4 g of fluff pulp, and the superabsorbent resin layer wrapped with the elastic nonwoven fabric contains not less than 4g of superabsorbent resin, preferably 4-6 g; as is well known in the art, in an absorbent layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, the mass ratio of the usage amount of the fluff pulp to the super absorbent resin is generally (7-10): (3-5), the using amount of the fluff pulp is obviously larger than that of the super absorbent resin, the using amount of the fluff pulp is larger, and the product thickness is larger; compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the addition amount of the fluff pulp is obviously reduced, the product is thinned, but the dryness of the product is better, the liquid absorption capacity is larger, and the absorption speed is faster.
According to some preferred embodiments, the soft cotton surface layer 1 is made of non-woven fabrics, the non-woven fabrics are made of fibers through opening, carding and web forming or web fixing, the fiber diameter of the non-woven fabrics adopted by the soft cotton surface layer 1 is 0.8-1.5 denier, the spun-bonded non-woven fabric surface layer or the hot air non-woven fabric surface layer with the fiber diameter larger than or equal to 2 denier is generally selected for products in the market, the non-woven fabrics have poor hand feeling and rough products, the non-woven fabric surface layer is selected from 0.8-1.5 denier fibers, the hand feeling is soft, the comfort is high, the surface of the ultrathin pad production period sanitary towel provided by the invention can have the advantages of hydrophilicity and air permeability, the product is quick to permeate downwards and comfortable to wear, and the comfort degree of a user can be improved.
According to some preferred embodiments, the web-securing process employs any one of hydroentangling, needle punching, thermal bonding, or chemical bonding.
According to some preferred embodiments, the two sides of the soft cotton surface layer 1 are provided with three-dimensional fencing, and in the invention, the two sides of the soft cotton surface layer are provided with three-dimensional fencing adjacent to the side wings.
According to some preferred embodiments, the three-dimensional enclosure is made of water-repellent non-woven fabric, and the water-repellent non-woven fabric is made by filament lapping and hot rolling reinforcement.

According to some preferred embodiments, the sanitary napkin main body further comprises a flow guide layer disposed between the cotton soft face layer 1 and the absorbent core; the flow guide layer can effectively play a role in liquid conduction, and is favorable for improving the dryness of the soft cotton surface layer 1 of the ultrathin sanitary towel in the bedding producing period; the flow guide layer is made of hot-air non-woven fabric, and the fiber diameter of the hot-air non-woven fabric is 1-3 denier; in the invention, the non-woven fabric of the diversion layer is used for promoting liquid infiltration, and the invention finds that the hot air non-woven fabric with the fiber diameter of 1-3 denier is selected, the fiber is thicker, and the diversion effect is better.
