the bonding length of the thermal bonding or the ultrasonic bonding is not less than 16cm (for example, 16cm, 17cm, 18cm, 19cm, or 20 cm).
More specifically, the spun-bonded water-repellent nonwoven fabric is a commercially available super-soft spun-bonded water-repellent nonwoven fabric.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the front waist portion 201 and the back waist portion 202 are connected by ultrasonic stitching.
It should be noted that the front waist portion 201 and the rear waist portion 202 are both formed by compounding two layers of spunbonded nonwoven fabrics and 18-30 spandex filaments positioned between the two layers of spunbonded nonwoven fabrics, the front waist portion 201 and the rear waist portion 202 are connected in a pressing mode to form the whole waist portion, and the length of the pressing portion is not less than 16cm, so that the height of the waist portion can be increased to ensure the softness and comfort of the waist portion.
According to some preferred embodiments, the liquid-permeable top layer 101 is a through-air nonwoven, a spunbond nonwoven, a pure cotton nonwoven, bamboo fibers or a silk nonwoven;
the liquid-permeable top sheet 101 has a fiber denier of 0.5 to 2 denier (e.g., 0.5 denier, 0.8 denier, 1 denier, 1.2 denier, 1.5 denier, 1.8 denier, or 2 denier).
According to some more preferred embodiments, the liquid-permeable top layer 101 is a silk nonwoven.
It should be noted that controlling the fiber denier within the above range ensures a moderate softness of the liquid-permeable surface layer.
According to some preferred embodiments, the flow guiding layer 102 is a hot air non-woven fabric, a spun-bonded non-woven fabric, a perforated PE film, a wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric, a foam cotton, or a wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the flow guiding layer 102 is a wet-laid super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
The hole pattern of the perforated PE film is at least one selected from a circle, an ellipse, a square, a wave, a heart or a star; the diameter of the hole is 0.5 to 2.5mm (for example, 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm or 2.5 mm).
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent layer 103 is compounded from a first absorbent layer 1031 and a second absorbent layer 1032; wherein the area of the first absorption layer 1031 is smaller than the area of the second absorption layer 1032;
the first absorbent layer 1031 is the multilayer structure;
the single-layer absorbing material is a wet-method manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dust-free paper super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dry absorbent paper, a composite core or a fluff pulp structure; preferably, the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is manufactured by a wet process.
Specifically, the absorption part comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a flow guide layer, a first absorption layer, a second absorption layer, a breathable bottom layer and a bottom layer of non-woven fabric which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the first absorption layer is positioned right above the second absorption layer.
According to some preferred embodiments, the first absorbent layer 1031 has a length of 8 to 10cm (e.g., may be 8cm, 8.2cm, 8.5cm, 8.8cm, 9cm, 9.2cm, 9.5cm, 9.8cm or 10cm), a width of 3 to 5cm (e.g., may be 3cm, 3.2cm, 3.5cm, 3.8cm, 4cm, 4.2cm, 4.5cm, 4.8cm or 5cm), and a height of 0.5 to 1cm (e.g., may be 0.5cm, 0.6cm, 0.7cm, 0.8cm, 0.9cm or 1 cm).
The first absorption layer is a multi-layer structure (folding convex core) obtained by laminating single-layer absorption materials for at least 2 times, the design can absorb liquid at the first time, and the multi-layer folding design enables the absorption layer to have stronger absorption capacity and can improve the dryness of the surface layer of the absorption article.
According to some preferred embodiments, the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is obtained by compounding super absorbent resin and two raw paper layers;
specifically, the super absorbent resin is uniformly distributed between two raw paper layers, and wet papermaking is carried out to obtain the wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
According to some preferred embodiments, the grammage of the wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 20-300 g/m2(for example, it may be 20g/m2、60g/m2、100g/m2、120g/m2、160g/m2、200g/m2、240g/m2、280g/m2Or 300g/m2);
According to some more preferred embodiments, the grammage of the wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 70-150 g/m2(for example, it may be 70g/m2、80g/m2、90g/m2、100g/m2、110g/m2、120g/m2、130g/m2、140g/m2Or 150g/m2)。
In the invention, the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper manufactured by the wet method is 20-300 g/m2The inventor finds that the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper manufactured by a wet method is lower than 20g/m2When the amount of the super absorbent resin is small, the liquid absorption effect of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper manufactured by a wet method is poor; when the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper manufactured by a wet method is higher than 300g/m2In order to ensure the quality and the water absorption effect of paper, the high water absorption resin is added in a large amount, so that the whole weight of the high water absorption resin water absorption paper manufactured by a wet method is large, and the portability of the sanitary absorption article is reduced. Therefore, the wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper is thinner and lighter while ensuring the super absorbency of the wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper, and the grammage of the wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper of the present invention is preferably in the above range.
According to some preferred embodiments, the superabsorbent resin has a particle size of 30 to 100 mesh (e.g., 30 mesh, 40 mesh, 50 mesh, 60 mesh, 70 mesh, 80 mesh, 90 mesh, or 100 mesh), a water retention capacity of not less than 25g/g (e.g., 25g/g, 35g/g, 45g/g, 55g/g, 65g/g, 75g/g, or 85g/g), and a liquid passing capacity of not less than 0.1mL/min (e.g., 0.1mL/min, 5mL/min, 10mL/min, 15mL/min, 25mL/min, 35mL/min, 45mL/min, 55mL/min, or 60 mL/min).
The super absorbent resin is used by mixing particles with different particle diameters within the range of 30-100 meshes.
According to some preferred embodiments, the second absorbent layer 1032 is made by combining fluff pulp, super absorbent resin, and spunbonded nonwoven fabric;
the mass ratio of the fluff pulp to the superabsorbent resin in the second absorbent layer 1032 is (3-10): 1.5-6) (e.g., may be 1:2, 3:5, 3:4, 3:2, 2:1, 10:1.5, 10:2, 10:2.5, 10:3, 5:2, or 5: 3).
Specifically, after being smashed, the fluff pulp is mixed with the super absorbent resin in a mass ratio of (3-10) to (1.5-6) in a wheel hub, the mixture is shaped through a shaping cover to obtain a fluff pulp and super absorbent resin mixed structure, and then the fluff pulp and super absorbent resin mixed structure is wrapped inside by using spun-bonded non-woven fabrics.
In the present invention, the inventors found that when the mass ratio of fluff pulp to super absorbent resin is less than 3:6, the liquid absorption speed is slow and it is easy to cake; when the mass ratio of the fluff pulp to the super absorbent resin is more than 10:1.5, the absorption layer cannot effectively lock liquid after absorbing the liquid, the reverse osmosis amount is large, the dryness is poor, and meanwhile, the ratio of the fluff pulp is too high, the product is thick and not light, and the wearing is uncomfortable. Therefore, the mass ratio of fluff pulp to super absorbent resin in the absorbent layer of the present invention is preferably in the above range, which makes the absorbent article lighter while ensuring the absorption effect of the absorbent article.
The absorbing layer comprises a first absorbing layer (a folding convex core), the area of the first absorbing layer (the folding convex core) is smaller than that of a second absorbing layer, the first absorbing layer is positioned in the middle of the absorbing layer and is positioned below the flow guide layer, namely the whole absorbing layer is a convex core layer formed by compounding the first absorbing layer and the second absorbing layer, and the double-absorbing-layer structural design has excellent absorbing performance, can be more attached to a human body and is comfortable to wear.
According to some preferred embodiments, the breathable bottom layer 104 is formed by laminating two layers of water-repellent SMS nonwoven fabrics, and the hydrostatic pressure resistance of each layer of water-repellent SMS nonwoven fabric is greater than or equal to 120mbar (for example, 120mbar, 130mbar, 140mbar, 150mbar or 160 mbar);
the breathable bottom layer is formed by laminating two layers of water-repellent SMS non-woven fabrics (non-woven fabrics with high hydrostatic pressure resistance), so that breathability is guaranteed, but liquid impermeability is not guaranteed, and breathability can be greatly improved.
The bottom layer non-woven fabric 105 is a spun-bonded non-woven fabric;
according to some preferred embodiments, the three-dimensional enclosure 204 is made of a composite of non-woven fabric and rubber band.
The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing an absorbent article, the method comprising the steps of:
the liquid-permeable surface layer 101, the flow guide layer 102, the absorption layer 103, the breathable bottom layer 104 and the bottom layer nonwoven fabric 105 are sequentially compounded from top to bottom to obtain an absorption part 203, then a first end of the absorption part 203 is connected with the front waist part 201, a second end of the absorption part 203 is connected with the rear waist part 202, and three-dimensional fenders 204 are compounded on two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer 101 respectively to obtain the absorbent article.
The size of the absorbent article and the length and thickness of each layer are not particularly limited, and the conventional size, length and thickness can be adopted.
