In the invention, the anti-leakage layers 7 are arranged on the surface layer 1 and positioned at two sides of the longitudinal direction of the surface layer 1, and at least one anti-leakage layer 7 is arranged on the surface layer 1; the absorption core layer sequentially comprises a first absorption layer 3, a second absorption layer 4 and a third absorption layer 5, and the first absorption layer 3 is closer to the water-resisting layer 2 than the second absorption layer 4; the first absorption layer 3 consists of a plurality of layers of wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper 31 and a super absorbent resin layer 32 sandwiched between every two layers of wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper 31, in the invention, the first absorption layer 3 is a sealed space formed by taking the wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper as an upper layer and a lower layer and sandwiching the super absorbent resin layer in the middle, the structure has small thickness and light weight, and a wearer feels comfortable; in the invention, the wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper is formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers by the existing wet-process papermaking process; that is, in the present invention, each layer of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is composed of two raw paper layers made of fluff pulp and/or wood pulp and a super absorbent resin sandwiched between the two raw paper layers, and in the present invention, the wet-process paper making process, for example, may be the wet-process paper making process disclosed in chinese patent application CN 201710966882.0.
In the invention, the second absorption layer 4 is made of latex material, the source of the latex material is not particularly limited, and the latex material can be directly purchased from the market; in the present invention, it is preferable that the second absorbing layer (latex absorbing layer) has a grammage of 50 to 200 g/square meter, the latex material is an open-cell material, and the open-cell rate is 85% or more; the third absorption layer 5 is composed of a liquid absorption material layer and a non-woven fabric layer wrapping the liquid absorption material layer; the liquid absorbing material layer is formed by alternately arranging a plurality of fluff pulp structures and a plurality of high-water-absorption resin structures at intervals, preferably, the fluff pulp structures are fluff pulp strip-shaped structures 8 formed by fluff pulp, and the high-water-absorption resin structures are high-water-absorption resin strip-shaped structures 9 formed by wrapping high-water-absorption resin by non-woven fabrics; specifically, for example, the liquid-absorbent material layer is formed by alternately arranging a plurality of fluff pulp strip-like structures 8 and a plurality of superabsorbent resin strip-like structures 9 at intervals in the transverse direction of the liquid-absorbent material layer, and for example, as shown in fig. 3, one superabsorbent resin strip-like structure 9 is arranged between every two adjacent fluff pulp strip-like structures 8.
According to the leakproof type galactorrhea pad provided by the invention, the leakproof layer is arranged on the upper part of the surface layer, preferably, the leakproof layer is two parts symmetrically designed by using the central axis of the galactorrhea pad body, the leakproof layer adopts a symmetrical design structure, so that the leakproof effect of the galactorrhea pad can be improved, and after the galactorrhea pad body absorbs latex to the maximum, the excessive latex can be held by the leakproof layer, and the latex is prevented from polluting clothes.
According to the invention, through the improvement of the absorption core layer of the galactorrhea pad and the addition of the super absorbent resin, the liquid absorption performance and the liquid absorption diffusion performance of the galactorrhea pad are greatly improved; the first absorption layer adopts a structure that the super absorbent resin absorbent paper made by a multilayer wet method is matched with the super absorbent resin, so that reverse osmosis can be effectively reduced, the absorption speed is improved, and the breast pad can be prevented from lumping after absorbing the emulsion; the absorption core layer also comprises a second absorption layer and a third absorption layer, the labor division is clear, the second absorption layer is made of latex, the infiltration effect is better, the third absorption body is mainly used for absorbing liquid, the third absorption layer is a structure that fluff pulp and high water absorption resin are alternately distributed at intervals, the discomfort caused by extrusion when the product is used can be effectively avoided, the product is not prone to deformation, the memory function is realized, the wearing comfort is realized, the problems that the product is hard during wearing, the product is deformed and the like are solved, the low absorption speed of the high water absorption resin can be effectively buffered, and the phenomena that the fluff pulp sticks up and breaks down after the traditional fluff pulp structure absorbs liquid can be effectively solved; meanwhile, the liquid is fully absorbed by the third absorption layer; in the invention, after the anti-leakage type anti-galactorrhea pad absorbs liquid, every two adjacent high water absorption resin strip-shaped structures are higher than the surface of the fluff pulp strip-shaped structure to form the diversion trench, the formation of the diversion trench is favorable for the liquid to rapidly seep downwards, so that the liquid can flow in the absorption core layer more rapidly and be fully absorbed by the absorption layer, the absorption speed of the anti-leakage type anti-galactorrhea pad can be obviously improved, the anti-leakage type anti-galactorrhea pad has the characteristics of instantly absorbing the liquid, rapidly dispersing the liquid and reducing reverse osmosis, in addition, the absorption core layer has the characteristic of excellent absorption performance, so that the liquid can be fully absorbed by leaking, and the liquid is not easy to leak out due to the anti-galactorrhea pad; in particular, the term "infiltration" as used herein refers to the infiltration from a structural layer on the side relatively close to the skin of a human body to a structural layer on the side relatively far from the skin of the human body when worn; the anti-leakage type anti-galactorrhea pad has the advantages of ventilation, high absorption speed, strong water absorption, no conglobation, and effective reduction of the liquid leakage amount of the anti-galactorrhea pad, so that the anti-galactorrhea pad is more comfortable when being worn, can keep dry and comfortable better, and can prolong the service time and the comfort.
According to some preferred embodiments, the leakage-proof layer 7 is designed in two parts symmetrically with the central axis of the body of the anti-galactorrhea pad, the outer edge of the leakage-proof layer 7 is bonded with the outer edge of the face layer 1, the leakage-proof layer 7 extends from the edge of the face layer 1 to the inner part of the face layer 1 on the surface of the face layer 1, and the leakage-proof layer 7 does not completely cover the surface of the face layer 1; in the present invention, the leakage-proof layer is connected to the face layer only by bonding the outer edge of the leakage-proof layer to the outer edge of the face layer.
According to some preferred embodiments, the fluff pulp structure is a fluff pulp strip structure 8 formed from fluff pulp; in the invention, the fluff pulp is uniformly distributed in a strip shape along the transverse direction of the liquid absorbing material layer to form a fluff pulp strip-shaped structure 8; and/or the high water-absorbent resin structure is a high water-absorbent resin strip-shaped structure 9 formed by wrapping high water-absorbent resin by non-woven fabrics; in the invention, the super absorbent resin is uniformly distributed in a strip shape along the transverse direction of the liquid absorbing material layer, and the non-woven fabric is coated outside the super absorbent resin distributed in a strip shape to form a super absorbent resin strip-shaped structure 9; the performance of the super absorbent resin is not particularly required, and the super absorbent resin preferably has the liquid retention capacity of not less than 25g/g (such as 26g/g, 26.5g/g, 27g/g, 27.5g/g, 28g/g, 28.5g/g, 29g/g, 29.5g/g, 30g/g, 30.5g/g, 31g/g, 31.5g/g, 32g/g, 32.5g/g, 33g/g, 33.5g/g and the like), and the particle size distribution range of the super absorbent resin is 50-80 meshes; in some preferred embodiments of the present invention, in the third absorbent layer, the fluff pulp and the superabsorbent resin are alternately arranged in a strip shape along the transverse direction of the absorbent material layer, and a non-woven fabric is wrapped outside each strip-shaped superabsorbent resin, so that the superabsorbent resin can be effectively prevented from infiltrating into the fluff pulp, the strip-shaped structure of the fluff pulp and the strip-shaped structure of the superabsorbent resin can be formed, and after the superabsorbent resin strip-shaped structure wrapped by the non-woven fabric absorbs water, the swelling is higher, and because an obvious flow guide groove structure is more favorably formed, the liquid infiltration and conduction are more favorably realized, and the dryness is good.
According to some preferred embodiments, the width a of each of the fluff pulp strip-like structures is independently from 0.2 to 0.4cm (e.g. 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.35 or 0.4 cm); and/or the width b of each of the superabsorbent resin strip-like structures is independently from 0.8 to 1.5cm (e.g. 0.8, 1, 1.2 or 1.5 cm); in the invention, the widths of the plurality of fluff pulp strip-shaped structures can be the same or different, the widths of the plurality of high water absorbent resin strip-shaped structures can be the same or different, preferably, the width of each fluff pulp strip-shaped structure is independently 0.2-0.4cm, and the width of each high water absorbent resin strip-shaped structure is independently 0.8-1.5cm, the inventor finds that the matching effect of the fluff pulp strip-shaped structures and the high water absorbent resin strip-shaped structures is better, the absorption speed of the leakproof type galactorrhea pad can be further improved, and reverse osmosis and external leakage can be reduced; the fluff pulp strip-shaped structure is beneficial to quickly absorbing liquid and preventing the liquid from leaking and the leakage; meanwhile, the invention discovers that if the width of the fluff pulp strip-shaped structure is too wide, a large amount of fluff pulp can absorb liquid, but the fluff pulp can not store the liquid, but the reverse osmosis amount is larger, and the width of the high water absorption resin strip-shaped structure arranged along the transverse direction of the leakproof type anti-galactorrhea pad is larger than that of the fluff pulp strip-shaped structure, so that the high water absorption resin strip-shaped structure is fully expanded after absorbing the liquid, and an obvious guide groove in the transverse direction is formed, thereby being beneficial to promoting the liquid to infiltrate and simultaneously being beneficial to preventing the liquid from leaking (leaking) downwards; the length of the fluff pulp strip-shaped structures and the high water absorbent resin strip-shaped structures is not particularly limited and can be matched with the size of the liquid absorbing material layer according to the requirement, and similarly, the total number of the fluff pulp strip-shaped structures and the total number of the high water absorbent resin strip-shaped structures are not particularly limited and can be matched with the size of the liquid absorbing material layer according to the requirement.
According to some preferred embodiments, a first leakage-proof layer 71, a second leakage-proof layer 72 and a third leakage-proof layer 73 are sequentially arranged on the surface layer 1, the first leakage-proof layer 71, the second leakage-proof layer 72 and the third leakage-proof layer 73 are stacked from top to bottom, and the widths of the first leakage-proof layer 71, the second leakage-proof layer 72 and the third leakage-proof layer 73 are gradually increased from top to bottom, for example, as shown in fig. 2, the term "upper" refers to a side relatively close to the skin of a human body when worn, and the term "lower" refers to a side relatively far away from the skin of the human body when worn; in the invention, in order to further increase the leakage-proof effect of the breast pad, three leakage-proof layers are preferably designed, the problem of milk overflow of the female during the postpartum work period can be effectively solved by adopting the design of the multiple leakage-proof layers, and the embarrassment of milk overflow is avoided, and in the invention, the first leakage-proof layer, the second leakage-proof layer and the third leakage-proof layer can be collectively called as the leakage-proof layers; the design of the multilayer leak-proof layer can further prevent liquid from leaking outside or leaking downwards in the using process, can better keep dry and comfortable, and can prolong the using time and the comfort.
According to some preferred embodiments, the first leakage prevention layer 71 has a width c of 2 to 3cm (e.g., 2.0cm, 2.1cm, 2.2cm, 2.3cm, 2.4cm, 2.5cm, 2.6cm, 2.7cm, 2.8cm, 2.9cm, 3.0cm), the second leakage prevention layer 72 has a width d of 3 to 3.5cm (e.g., 3cm, 3.1cm, 3.2cm, 3.3cm, 3.4cm, 3.5cm), and the third leakage prevention layer 73 has a width e of 3.5 to 4cm (e.g., 3.5cm, 3.6cm, 3.7cm, 3.8cm, 3.9cm, 4.0 cm).
According to some preferred embodiments, the leakage-proof layer 7 and/or the face layer 1 are made of a through-air nonwoven, a spunbond nonwoven or a pure cotton nonwoven; further, the non-woven fabric in the leakage-proof layer 7 is a non-woven fabric with a water-repellent function, and the non-woven fabric is selected from a hot-air non-woven fabric, a spun-bonded non-woven fabric, a spunlace non-woven fabric and the like made of one or more of PP fibers (polypropylene fibers) and ES fibers; in some specific embodiments, the nonwoven fabric in the leakage-proof layer 7 is a hot-air nonwoven fabric made of ES fibers. In the present invention, "ES" in the ES fiber is an abbreviation of english "Ethylene-Propylene Side BySide", and the ES fiber is one of polyolefin fibers.
According to some preferred embodiments, the face layer 1 is made of a through-air non-woven fabric, preferably, the fiber diameter of the through-air non-woven fabric in the face layer 1 is 1 to 3 denier, preferably 1.5 to 2 denier, the fiber diameter is not required to be a fixed value, and a combination of non-woven fabrics of different fiber diameters may be used, for example, 1 denier, 1.5 denier, a combination of 1.5 and 2 denier, a combination of 2 denier, 2.5 denier, a combination of 2 denier and 2.5 denier, and a combination of 3 denier; in some embodiments of the invention, the fiber diameter of the through-air nonwoven of the facing layer is in the preferred range, preferably 1 to 3 denier, more preferably 1.5 to 2 denier.

By adopting the structural design of the first absorption layer, the proportion of the high water-absorbent resin in the first absorption layer is adjusted, so that the utilization rate of the high water-absorbent resin is increased, and the liquid absorption performance, the liquid absorption diffusion performance and the dryness of the galactorrhea pad are greatly improved.
According to some preferred embodiments, the first absorbent layer 3 is composed of two layers of wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper 31 and a super absorbent resin layer 32 sandwiched between the two layers of wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper 31, and the grammage of the wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper on the upper layer is preferably smaller than that of the wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper on the lower layer, and this design is mainly to increase the absorption capacity of the lower layer of the first absorbent layer, which is beneficial for ensuring that the spill-proof breast pad is kept dry.

According to some preferred embodiments, the water-resisting layer 2 is made of terylene wood pulp spunlace cloth or PP wood pulp spunlace cloth; the water-proof layer is arranged, the water-proof layer can also play a role in blocking liquid when the absorption core layer is under pressure, reverse osmosis is obviously reduced, the latex absorption layer (second absorption layer) is prevented from remaining liquid and seeping back to the surface of the product, the dryness and the smoothness of the surface of the product are ensured, and the dryness and the smoothness of the surface of the product are good.

According to some preferred embodiments, the water barrier layer 2 is made of PP wood pulp spunlace cloth, and the mass ratio of PP (polypropylene fibers) contained in the PP wood pulp spunlace cloth to wood pulp (wood pulp fibers) contained in the PP wood pulp spunlace cloth is (30-50): (70-50) (e.g., 30:70, 35:65, 40:60, 45:55, or 50: 50); or the waterproof layer 2 is made of terylene wood pulp spunlace cloth, and the mass ratio of terylene (polyester fiber) contained in the terylene wood pulp spunlace cloth to wood pulp (wood pulp fiber) contained in the terylene wood pulp spunlace cloth is (40-50): (60-50) (e.g., 40:60, 45:55, or 50: 50); in the invention, the reverse osmosis of the leakproof galactorrhea pad can be effectively reduced only by the water-resisting layer 2 formed by matching wood pulp fibers with the polypropylene fibers and/or the polyester fibers, and the dryness performance of the leakproof galactorrhea pad is effectively improved; in the invention, the preferred mass ratio of the PP fibers contained in the PP wood pulp spunlace fabric to the wood pulp fibers contained in the PP wood pulp spunlace fabric is (30-50): (70-50), wherein the mass ratio of terylene (polyester fiber) contained in the terylene wood pulp spunlace fabric to wood pulp fiber contained in the terylene wood pulp spunlace fabric is (40-50): (60-50), so more be favorable to obtaining the leak protection type anti-galactorrhea pad that the reverse osmosis is lower, in this preferred scope, the higher wood pulp content is, it is better to reduce the effect of reverse osmosis, and if the wood pulp content is too high, the gram weight of material is high, on the one hand can increase a lot of costs, on the other hand reduces the effect of reverse osmosis and is also not outstanding on the contrary.

By adopting the cutting seam design, the formed diversion cutting seam has excellent effect, can obviously improve the liquid infiltration speed, improve the diffusion speed of emulsion on the breast pad, increase the utilization rate of the super absorbent resin and improve the softness of the absorbent core.
In order to improve the air permeability of the breast pad, the bottom film layer in the breast pad adopts an air-permeable bottom film, and in the invention, the bottom film layer is preferably a PE air-permeable bottom film layer; in some embodiments, the bottom of the backsheet layer is provided with a plurality of adhesive strips, for example, to facilitate attachment to the user's clothing.
The invention has no special requirement on the thickness of each structural layer of the leakproof type galactorrhea pad, and the conventional thickness is adopted; unless otherwise stated, the present invention has no particular limitation on the material usage amount of each layer structure in each example and each comparative example, and any conventional usage amount or mass ratio may be adopted, and in the examples or comparative examples of the present invention, for example, when an absorbent core layer or an absorbent layer is formed by fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, the mass ratio of the fluff pulp to the super absorbent resin may be adopted by a conventional mass ratio, and in some specific embodiments, for example, the ratio may be (1-3): (2-5), for example, it may be 2: 3.
The present invention provides in a second aspect a method for preparing the leakage prevention type spill prevention pad of the present invention described in the first aspect, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) connecting the leakage-proof layer to the surface layer; preferably, the leakage-proof layer comprises a first leakage-proof layer, a second leakage-proof layer and a third leakage-proof layer, and after the first leakage-proof layer, the second leakage-proof layer and the third leakage-proof layer are bonded through hot melt adhesive, the bonded leakage-proof layers are connected to the surface layer.
(2) Adding super absorbent resin between every two layers of the wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper in the multilayer wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper to form a super absorbent resin layer, thereby preparing a first absorption layer; preferably, the first absorbent layer is slit by a cutter; in some specific embodiments, the superabsorbent resin layer is formed by adding superabsorbent resin between two layers of wet-laid superabsorbent resin absorbent paper, for example, wherein the wet-laid superabsorbent resin absorbent paper has a grammage of 50-150g/m2The particle size of the super absorbent resin is 50-80 meshes, the water retention capacity of the super absorbent resin is not lower than 25g/g, the addition amount of the super absorbent resin between every two layers of wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper is less than 2g, all the layers included in the first absorption layer are bonded to obtain the first absorption layer, and then the manufactured first absorption layer is subjected to slitting through a cutter; preferably, the number of the cutting seams is 2-20, the length of each cutting seam is 1-2cm, the distance between adjacent cutting seams is 1-2cm, and the width of each cutting seam is less than 0.2 cm.
(3) Preparing a second absorption layer and a third absorption layer, and then sequentially bonding the first absorption layer, the second absorption layer and the third absorption layer together to form the absorption core layer.
(4) And (3) arranging a water-resisting layer between the surface layer in the step (1) and the absorption core layer in the step (3).
(5) Arranging a bottom film layer below the absorption core layer obtained in the step (4) to obtain the leakproof type galactorrhea pad; specifically, arranging a breathable bottom film layer below the absorption core layer obtained in the step (4), and then carrying out through-roll pressing and cutting by embossing and cutting equipment to finally obtain the leakproof type galactorrhea pad.
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. These examples are merely illustrative of preferred embodiments of the present invention and the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited to these examples.

the first absorption layer consists of a plurality of layers of wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper and super absorbent resin layers sandwiched between every two layers of wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper;
the second absorption layer is made of latex material;
the third absorption layer is composed of a liquid absorption material layer and a non-woven fabric layer wrapping the liquid absorption material layer;
the liquid absorbing material layer is formed by alternately arranging a plurality of fluff pulp structures and a plurality of super absorbent resin structures at intervals.
2. The leak resistant spill proof breast pad of claim 1, wherein:
the anti-leakage layer is composed of two parts which are symmetrically designed with the central axis of the anti-leakage breast pad body, the outer edge of the anti-leakage layer is bonded with the outer edge of the surface layer, the anti-leakage layer extends from the edge of the surface layer to the inner part of the surface layer on the surface of the surface layer, and the anti-leakage layer does not completely cover the surface of the surface layer;
the fluff pulp structure is a fluff pulp strip-shaped structure formed by fluff pulp; and/or

preferably, the width of the first leakage-proof layer is 2-3cm, the width of the second leakage-proof layer is 3-3.5cm, and the width of the third leakage-proof layer is 3.5-4 cm.

(2) adding super absorbent resin between every two layers of the wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper in the multilayer wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper to form a super absorbent resin layer, thereby preparing a first absorption layer; preferably, the first absorbent layer is slit by a cutter;
(3) preparing a second absorption layer and a third absorption layer, and then sequentially bonding the first absorption layer, the second absorption layer and the third absorption layer together to form the absorption core layer;
