According to some preferred embodiments, a plurality of strip-shaped structures 5 are arranged on one surface of the cotton pad layer 32 close to the surface layer 2, and the strip-shaped structures 5 are convex towards the surface close to the surface layer; the diameter of the absorber layer 3 is smaller than that of the air-permeable leakage-proof layer 4; in the present invention, for example, the absorber layer 3 includes layers having equal diameters and slightly smaller than the diameter of the gas-permeable and leak-proof layer 4; and/or the diameter of the surface layer 2 is equal to the diameter of the air-permeable leakage barrier layer 4.
According to some preferred embodiments, the side of the air-permeable barrier layer 4 remote from the absorbent layer 3 (the side intended to be attached to a garment) is provided with a back adhesive (e.g. a non-drying adhesive); in the invention, at least one piece of gum is arranged on one surface of the air-permeable leakage-proof layer 4, which is far away from the absorber layer 3; the novel bacteriostatic anti-galactorrhea pad further comprises a release paper layer, and the breathable anti-galactorrhea layer 4 is adhered to the release paper layer through the back adhesive.
According to some preferred embodiments, the air-permeable leakage-proof layer 4 is made of water-repellent non-woven fabric and/or a composite bottom film, the composite bottom film is formed by combining non-woven fabric and a PE film (polyethylene film), in the invention, the composite bottom film is formed by combining the non-woven fabric and the PE film in a manner of gluing, the non-woven fabric and the PE film are laminated and bonded into a whole, the PE film has air permeability, and the PE film is also marked as an air-permeable PE film; the surface layer 2 is made of non-woven fabrics and/or gauze; in the invention, the surface layer 2 is preferably made of soft, breathable and well-hygroscopic non-woven fabric or gauze, so that the use comfort level is increased, and more preferably, the surface layer 2 is made of hot air non-woven fabric, spun-bonded non-woven fabric, pure cotton non-woven fabric, bamboo fiber or non-woven fabric made of other materials; further preferably, the surface layer 2 is made of fine denier hot-air non-woven fabric (fine denier hot-air non-woven fabric), so that the surface layer 2 is softer and more comfortable when being attached to a human body; in the invention, the fine-denier hot-air non-woven fabric refers to a hot-air non-woven fabric made of fine-denier fibers of 0.9-1.4 dtex; and/or the edge separation layer 1 is made of water-repellent non-woven fabric.
According to some preferred embodiments, the annular width of the barrier layer is 3 to 10mm (e.g. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 mm); in some specific embodiments, when the edge barrier layer is made of a water-repellent non-woven fabric with a width of 5-15 mm, the water-repellent non-woven fabric is pressed on the portion, close to the outer edge of the edge barrier layer, of the periphery of the spill-proof pad body, and the non-pressed portion of the water-repellent non-woven fabric forms the edge barrier layer in a natural state to play a role of liquid barrier.
According to some preferred embodiments, the spill prevention pad body is further provided with a sealing ring at the periphery; the width of the edge sealing ring is 2-10 mm (for example, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 mm); according to the invention, all layers of structural materials are sequentially laminated and bonded, the edge sealing ring is formed on the periphery of the galactorrhea pad body in a hot pressing or ultrasonic pressing mode, and the pressing width, namely the width of the edge sealing ring, is 2-10 mm.
According to some preferred embodiments, the super absorbent resin composite paper layer 31 is a wet-process-made super absorbent resin composite paper layer, each of which is composed of two raw paper layers and a bacteriostatic super absorbent resin layer sandwiched between the two raw paper layers; the bacteriostatic super absorbent resin layer is formed by mixing super absorbent resin and bacteriostatic materials; the invention has no special requirements on the types of the antibacterial materials, and the antibacterial materials commonly used in sanitary absorption articles in the prior art can be adopted, and in the invention, the antibacterial materials are added in proper amount; in the invention, the high water absorbent resin composite paper layer is formed by adopting the wet method made high water absorbent resin composite paper with bacteriostatic property, so that the novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad has the advantages of bacteriostatic property, large absorption capacity, high latex absorption speed, low reverse osmosis, good dryness and comfort and the like.
In particular, the wet-process super absorbent resin composite paper is formed by uniformly distributing bacteriostatic super absorbent resin formed by mixing super absorbent resin and bacteriostatic material between two raw paper layers by the existing wet-process paper making process (for example, the wet-process paper making process disclosed in chinese patent application CN 201710966882.0); the raw paper layer is prepared by taking wood pulp and/or fluff pulp as raw materials.
According to some preferred embodiments, the novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea pad further comprises an absorption hole 7 arranged at the middle position of the galactorrhea pad body and used for being attached to a human nipple; the absorption holes 7 are ring-shaped structures having holes in the middle, for example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the absorption holes 7 can allow the nipples of the human body to pass through, and in the present invention, the absorption holes 7 can rapidly absorb liquid while preventing the nipples from falling off; the nipple absorbing device is preferably provided with the absorbing holes 7 which are used for being attached to the nipples of a human body, the absorbing holes 7 can rapidly absorb liquid, fix the nipples and prevent the nipples from being displaced, so that the nipples can be prevented from falling off, and the problem that the dryness and comfort of a user are influenced because the clothes are wetted by the overflow of emulsion caused by the slippage of the nipples can be well avoided.
According to some preferred embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the top sheet 2 is provided with at least one (e.g., one or more) choke groove 6, and the choke groove 6 is located below the absorption hole 7, for example, as shown in fig. 3, that is, the choke groove 6 is located below the absorption hole in the longitudinal direction of the top sheet 2; the width of the flow-resistance groove 6 is not more than 3mm, for example; the depth of the flow-blocking groove 6 extends from the surface of the surface layer 2 in the thickness direction of the surface layer 2 and is 10-30% of the thickness of the surface layer 2; the flow blocking grooves 6 are arc-shaped flow blocking embossings, for example, as shown in fig. 3, in the present invention, the arc-shaped flow blocking embossings are, for example, parallel to the lower edge of the breast pad body, that is, the arc-shaped flow blocking embossings may be arranged concentrically with the breast pad body; the absorption holes 7 are preferably arranged, and the flow-blocking grooves 6 are also preferably arranged in the surface layer 2 below the absorption holes 7, so that the absorption holes, the strip-shaped structures, the edge-separating layers and the flow-blocking grooves in the invention can play a quadruple anti-leakage effect, and emulsion can be effectively prevented from leaking no matter a wearer stands, sits, lies and the like.
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorption holes 7 are made of non-woven fabric wrapped dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper, the non-woven fabric wrapped dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper comprises a dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer and a non-woven fabric layer wrapping the dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer, the dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer is composed of two layers of dust-free paper and a super absorbent resin layer sandwiched (compounded) between the two layers of dust-free paper, so that the absorption speed of the breast pad can be further increased, the reverse osmosis can be further reduced, and the dryness of the product is better; in the present invention, the super absorbent resin layer is formed of a super absorbent resin; the dust-free paper is directly available on the market.
According to some specific embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad comprises an air-permeable leakage-proof layer 4, an absorbent layer 3, a surface layer 2 and a boundary layer 1 which are stacked from outside to inside (in the direction from the side far away from the skin of a human body to the side close to the skin of the human body); the absorbent layer 3 is divided into three layers, namely a first super absorbent resin composite paper layer with bacteriostatic activity, a cotton cushion layer and a second super absorbent resin composite paper layer with bacteriostatic activity are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, the cotton cushion layer has certain rigidity, and a plurality of raised strip-shaped structures 5 are uniformly distributed on one side, close to the skin of a human body, of the cotton cushion layer 2, so that the flow blocking effect is realized; the diameters of all the layers of the absorber layer 3 are the same and smaller than the diameter of the air-permeable leakage-proof layer 4, and the circular diameters of the surface layer 2 and the air-permeable leakage-proof layer 4 are the same; the edge separation layer 1 is of a circular ring structure arranged at the edge of the surface layer 2, the diameter of the outer circle of the edge separation layer 1 is the same as that of the surface layer 2, and the diameter of the inner circle of the edge separation layer 1 is 0.1-3 cm smaller than that of the outer circle of the edge separation layer 1; the first super absorbent resin composite paper layer and the second super absorbent resin composite paper layer are both in a composite mode of adopting wet composite high molecular water absorbent resin, the upper layer is formed by raw paper prepared by taking wood pulp or fluff pulp as a raw material, the middle layer is a high molecular water absorbent resin layer with antibacterial property, and the lower layer is a super absorbent resin composite paper layer with antibacterial effect formed by compounding raw paper made of the same material as the upper layer; the surface layer 2 is made of soft and breathable non-woven fabric or gauze with good hygroscopicity, so that the use comfort level is improved; the final edge sealing of each layer of structural material adopts a hot pressing or ultrasonic pressing mode, micro folds are uniformly distributed on the periphery in the pressing process, and the breast pad naturally forms a bowl shape after pressing and is more attached to the skin; at least one adhesive sticker is arranged outside the breathable leakage-proof layer 4 to play a role in fixing.
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. These examples are merely illustrative of preferred embodiments of the present invention and the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited to these examples.
Example 1
A novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises a galactorrhea-prevention pad body, wherein the galactorrhea-prevention pad body is circular; the galactorrhea prevention pad body comprises an air permeable leakage-proof layer, an absorber layer, a surface layer and a separation layer which are sequentially stacked; the edge separation layer is of a circular ring structure arranged at the edge of the surface layer, the diameter of the outer circle of the edge separation layer is the same as that of the surface layer, and the diameter of the inner circle of the edge separation layer is smaller than that of the outer circle of the edge separation layer; the absorbent layer comprises two high-water-absorption resin composite paper layers and a cotton cushion layer clamped between the two high-water-absorption resin composite paper layers, the cotton cushion layer has certain rigidity, and a plurality of raised strip-shaped structures are uniformly distributed on one side of the cotton cushion layer close to the surface layer, namely close to the skin of a human body, so that the flow blocking effect is achieved; the high-water-absorption resin composite paper layer is a wet-process manufactured high-water-absorption resin composite paper layer, and each wet-process manufactured high-water-absorption resin composite paper layer consists of two raw paper layers and a bacteriostatic high-water-absorption resin layer sandwiched between the two raw paper layers; the bacteriostatic super absorbent resin layer is formed by mixing super absorbent resin and bacteriostatic materials; the air-permeable leakage-proof layer is made of a composite bottom film formed by compounding non-woven fabrics and a PE film; the surface layer is made of fine-denier hot-air non-woven fabric; the edge separation layer is made of water-repellent non-woven fabric; the side of the air-permeable leakage-proof layer, which is far away from the absorber layer, is provided with adhesive sticker, so that the fixing effect is achieved; the final edge sealing of each layer of structural material adopts a hot pressing or ultrasonic pressing mode, and in the pressing process, tiny folds are uniformly distributed on the periphery, so that the breast pad naturally forms a bowl shape after pressing, and is more attached to the skin.
Example 2
Example 2 is essentially the same as example 1, except that:
the strip-shaped structure is not arranged on the cotton cushion layer.

the anti-galactorrhea pad body does not include the separation edge layer.

the novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad also comprises an absorption hole which is arranged at the middle position of the galactorrhea-prevention pad body and is used for being attached to a human nipple; the absorption holes are of an annular structure with holes in the middle, and are made of non-woven fabric wrapped dust-free paper and super absorbent resin composite paper; the non-woven fabric wrapped dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper comprises a dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer and a non-woven fabric layer wrapping the dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer, wherein the dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer is composed of two layers of dust-free paper and a super absorbent resin layer clamped between the two layers of dust-free paper.
Example 6
A novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad, for example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, comprising a galactorrhea-prevention pad body and an absorption hole arranged at the middle position of the galactorrhea-prevention pad body and used for being attached to a nipple of a human body, wherein the absorption hole is of an annular structure with a hole at the middle part, the absorption hole is made of non-woven fabric wrapped dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper, the non-woven fabric wrapped dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper comprises a dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer and a non-woven fabric layer wrapped on the dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer, and the dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer comprises two layers of dust-free paper and a super absorbent resin layer sandwiched between the two layers of dust-free paper; the galactorrhea prevention pad body is circular and comprises an air permeable leakage prevention layer, an absorber layer, a surface layer and a separation edge layer which are sequentially stacked; the surface layer is provided with two flow blocking grooves, the flow blocking grooves are positioned below the absorption holes and are arc-shaped flow blocking embossings, and the depth of each flow blocking groove extends from the surface of the surface layer along the thickness direction of the surface layer and is 15% of the thickness of the surface layer; the edge separation layer is of a circular ring structure arranged at the edge of the surface layer, the diameter of the outer circle of the edge separation layer is the same as that of the surface layer, and the diameter of the inner circle of the edge separation layer is smaller than that of the outer circle of the edge separation layer; the absorbent layer comprises two high-water-absorption resin composite paper layers and a cotton cushion layer clamped between the two high-water-absorption resin composite paper layers, the cotton cushion layer has certain rigidity, and a plurality of raised strip-shaped structures are uniformly distributed on one side of the cotton cushion layer close to the surface layer, namely close to the skin of a human body, so that the flow blocking effect is achieved; the high-water-absorption resin composite paper layer is a wet-process manufactured high-water-absorption resin composite paper layer, and each wet-process manufactured high-water-absorption resin composite paper layer consists of two raw paper layers and a bacteriostatic high-water-absorption resin layer sandwiched between the two raw paper layers; the bacteriostatic super absorbent resin layer is formed by mixing super absorbent resin and bacteriostatic materials; the air-permeable leakage-proof layer is made of a composite bottom film formed by compounding non-woven fabrics and a PE film; the surface layer is made of fine-denier hot-air non-woven fabric; the edge separation layer is made of water-repellent non-woven fabric; the side of the air-permeable leakage-proof layer, which is far away from the absorber layer, is provided with adhesive sticker, so that the fixing effect is achieved; the final edge sealing of each layer of structural material adopts a hot pressing or ultrasonic pressing mode, and in the pressing process, tiny folds are uniformly distributed on the periphery, so that the breast pad naturally forms a bowl shape after pressing, and is more attached to the skin.
The performance test of the novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad in the embodiment 1-6 is carried out, and the performance test result is shown in table 1.
Test method one (dryness test): a sample is taken and added with 20mL (37 ℃) of pure milk at one time, and the time for completing absorption is recorded as the absorption speed in unit of s; the reverse osmosis amount is 10min after adding liquid, placing a 0.6kg weight on 5g filter paper on the anti-galactorrhea pad for 30s, and weighing the gram weight of the filter paper in unit g.
Test method two (leak-proof effect test): the anti-galactorrhea pad is flatly placed and attached in a U-shaped fixer, inclined by 10 degrees, and 5mL (37 ℃) of pure milk is added at one time to see the anti-galactorrhea effect.
Test method three (nipple fixation effect test): the nipple fixing effect test was carried out by wearing for 2 hours by 30 persons, and the fixing effect was counted to obtain the nipple fixing grade shown in table 1.

The absorption rate and reverse osmosis amount in table 1 were measured by test method one, the leakage amount was measured by test method two, and the teat fixation grade was obtained by test method three.
As can be seen by comparing the data in the table 1, the novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad in the embodiment 1, the embodiment 5 and the embodiment 6 has the advantages of high absorption speed of pure milk, good dryness and good leak resistance; also, the nipple fixing effect of examples 5 and 6 was very good.
The invention has not been described in detail and is in part known to those of skill in the art.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)

the novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad comprises a galactorrhea-prevention pad body, wherein the galactorrhea-prevention pad body is circular;
the galactorrhea prevention pad body comprises an air permeable leakage-proof layer, an absorber layer, a surface layer and a separation layer which are sequentially stacked; the edge separation layer is of a circular ring structure arranged at the edge of the surface layer, and the diameter of the excircle of the edge separation layer is the same as that of the surface layer;
the absorber layer comprises two layers of high-water-absorption resin composite paper layers and a cotton cushion layer clamped between the two layers of high-water-absorption resin composite paper layers; the super absorbent resin composite paper layer has antibacterial activity;
the surface of the cotton cushion layer is provided with a plurality of raised strip-shaped structures, and the strip-shaped structures are arranged along the transverse direction of the cotton cushion layer.
2. The novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad according to claim 1, wherein:
a plurality of strip-shaped structures are arranged on one surface, close to the surface layer, of the cotton cushion layer;
the diameter of the absorber layer is smaller than that of the air-permeable leakage-proof layer; and/or
The diameter of the surface layer is equal to that of the air-permeable leakage-proof layer.
3. The novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad according to claim 1, wherein:
a back adhesive is arranged on one surface of the air-permeable leakage-proof layer, which is far away from the absorber layer;
the novel bacteriostatic anti-galactorrhea pad further comprises a release paper layer, and the breathable anti-galactorrhea layer passes through the back adhesive and the release paper layer are bonded together.
4. The novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad according to claim 1, wherein:
the breathable leakage-proof layer is made of water-repellent non-woven fabrics and/or a composite bottom membrane, and the composite bottom membrane is formed by compounding non-woven fabrics and a PE membrane;
the surface layer is made of non-woven fabrics and/or gauze; and/or
The edge separation layer is made of water-repellent non-woven fabrics.
5. The novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad according to claim 1, wherein:
the width of the circular ring of the edge separation layer is 3-10 mm.
6. The novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad according to claim 1, wherein:
the periphery of the galactorrhea prevention pad body is also provided with edge sealing rings;
the width of the edge sealing ring is 2-10 mm.
7. The novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad according to claim 1, wherein:
the high-water-absorption resin composite paper layer is a wet-process manufactured high-water-absorption resin composite paper layer, and each wet-process manufactured high-water-absorption resin composite paper layer consists of two raw paper layers and a bacteriostatic high-water-absorption resin layer sandwiched between the two raw paper layers; the bacteriostatic super absorbent resin layer is formed by mixing super absorbent resin and bacteriostatic materials.
8. The novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea pad of any one of claims 1 to 7 wherein:
the novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad also comprises an absorption hole which is arranged at the middle position of the galactorrhea-prevention pad body and is used for being attached to a human nipple; the absorption holes are of an annular structure with holes in the middle.
9. The novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea pad of claim 8, wherein:
the surface layer is provided with at least one flow resistance groove which is positioned below the absorption hole;
the depth of the flow-blocking groove extends from the surface of the surface layer along the thickness direction of the surface layer and is 10-30% of the thickness of the surface layer;
the flow blocking groove is an arc-shaped flow blocking embossing.
10. The novel bacteriostatic galactorrhea pad of claim 8, wherein:
the absorption holes are made of non-woven fabric wrapped dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper, the non-woven fabric wrapped dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper comprises a dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer and a non-woven fabric layer wrapping the dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer, and the dust-free paper super absorbent resin composite paper layer is composed of two layers of dust-free paper and a super absorbent resin layer clamped between the two layers of dust-free paper.
