In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.

In some embodiments of the present invention, an ultra-thin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad is provided, which comprises a breast pad body, wherein the breast pad body comprises a surface layer 2, a bottom layer 4 and an absorbent layer 3 located between the surface layer 2 and the bottom layer 4, and the absorbent layer 3 is formed by combining PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven 110 and super absorbent resin 120;
the breast pad body further comprises an absorption fixing layer 5, the absorption fixing layer 5 is formed by compounding PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabrics 110 and super absorbent resin composite paper 130, and the absorption fixing layer 5 is located on one side, away from the absorbent layer 3, of the surface layer 2;
the breast pad body still includes leakage-proof layer 1, leakage-proof layer 1 is for setting up the loop configuration at the edge of top layer 2.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the ultra-thin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad comprises a breast pad body, wherein the breast pad body is circular or similar to a circle, the breast pad body comprises a surface layer 2, an absorber layer 3 and a bottom layer 4 which are sequentially stacked, for example, as shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the invention, the surface layer 2 is the side close to the skin of a human body and is in direct contact with the skin, and the bottom layer 4 is the side far away from the skin of the human body. The breast pad body also comprises a leakage isolating layer 1, wherein the leakage isolating layer 1 is of a circular ring structure arranged at the edge of the surface layer 2, and in the embodiment of the invention, the leakage isolating layer 1 can effectively prevent the emulsion from leaking outside. In the present invention, the absorbent layer 3 is located between the top sheet 2 and the bottom sheet 4 to perform the main absorption function, the absorbent layer 3 is formed by combining the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric 110 and the super absorbent resin 120, for example, the absorbent layer 3 may be a two-layer structure including one PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric and one super absorbent resin, and thus the absorbent layer 3 can enhance the absorption capacity, and has a large absorption capacity and a high absorption speed. In the invention, the breast pad body also comprises an absorption and fixation layer 5, the absorption and fixation layer 5 is formed by compounding a PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric 110 and a super absorbent resin composite paper 130, namely the absorption and fixation layer 5 can also be of a two-layer structure and comprises a layer of PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric and a layer of super absorbent resin composite paper; and this absorption fixed bed 5 is located the one side that top layer 2 deviates from absorbent layer 3, and this absorption fixed bed 5 can be used for laminating mutually with human nipple, not only can play fixed nipple through the setting of this absorption fixed bed 5 for the effect of nipple anticreep can also further strengthen the absorptive capacity, improves the absorptivity of anti-galactorrhea pad.
Therefore, the ultra-thin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad in the embodiment of the present invention comprises the absorbent layer 3 formed by combining the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven 110 and the super absorbent resin 120, wherein the super absorbent resin 120 is a polymer material with super absorbency, the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven 110 also has good water absorbency, the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven 110 has good flexibility, and the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven and the super absorbent resin are combined, such that the absorption capability of the absorbent layer 3 can be greatly improved, the anti-galactorrhea pad comprising the absorbent layer 3 has a large absorption capacity and a high absorption speed, and the absorbent layer 3 with the material structure can make the anti-galactorrhea pad softer, thinner in thickness and better in dryness, so as to form the ultra-thin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad. Meanwhile, the annular leakage isolating layer 1 is arranged at the edge of the surface layer 2, and the leakage isolating layer 1 can effectively prevent the emulsion from leaking outside and reduce or avoid the breeding of bacteria. In addition, the side of the surface layer 2, which is far away from the absorbent layer 3, is provided with the absorption and fixation layer 5, and the absorption and fixation layer 5 is formed by compounding the PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric 110 and the super absorbent resin composite paper 130, so that the absorption property can be further improved, the nipple fixing effect can be achieved, the absorption can be carried out at the first time, the dryness is better, and the air permeability is good.
The PP wood pulp spunlace according to the present invention may be commercially available PP wood pulp spunlace or known in the art, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto. The PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric in the absorbent layer and the PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric in the absorption fixing layer can adopt the same PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric.
It should be noted that in fig. 1 and 3 of the present invention, the structures are peeled off from each other for clearly showing the position relationship between the structures, and it should be understood that the structures are tightly adhered to each other. In the invention, the surface layer, the absorbent layer and the bottom layer can be bonded together in sequence by hot melt adhesive, for example, the leakage isolating layer can be bonded to the edge of the surface layer by hot melt adhesive, and the absorbent fixing layer can be bonded to the middle of one side of the surface layer, which is far away from the absorbent layer, by hot melt adhesive. In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connection manner between the layers includes, but is not limited to, a manner of adhering by using a hot melt adhesive, and other connection manners known in the art may also be used, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
According to the present invention, the absorbent fastening layer 5, the leakage isolation layer 1, the surface layer 2, the absorbent layer 3 and the bottom layer 4 form a breast pad body, and the breast pad may further comprise a sealing ring (not shown) pressed around the breast pad body; more preferably, the micro wrinkles are uniformly distributed on the periphery in the pressing process, and the anti-galactorrhea pad naturally forms a three-dimensional bowl shape after pressing, so that the shape of the anti-galactorrhea pad is basically matched with the shape of a human breast, the anti-galactorrhea pad is more attached to the skin, and the wearing comfort is improved. Further, the anti-galactorrhea pad may further include an adhesive layer for adhering to the garment, the adhesive layer may be disposed on a side of the bottom layer away from the absorbent layer, and the specific structure or composition of the adhesive layer may refer to the prior art, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited thereto and will not be described in detail herein.
In some embodiments, the absorbent layer 3 is formed by forming a PP wood pulp spunlace 110 from a PP spunbond composite wood pulp spunlace, and attaching the super absorbent resin 120 to one side of the PP wood pulp spunlace 110. In the embodiment of the invention, the absorbent layer 3 is made of PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric covered with super absorbent resin, the PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric can be the combination of PP spun-bonded fabric and wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric, and the super absorbent resin is arranged on one side (outer surface) of the PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric. Wherein the super absorbent resin is attached to the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric, for example, the super absorbent resin can be sprinkled on the outer surface of the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric through a scattering bucket. Of course, in other embodiments, the super absorbent resin may be combined with the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric in other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, as long as the super absorbent resin is stably disposed on the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric. Further, as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 3, the PP wood pulp spunlace 110 in the absorbent layer 3 may be closer to the top sheet 2, and the super absorbent resin 120 in the absorbent layer 3 may be closer to the back sheet 4.
From this, through adopting PP wood pulp water thorn non-woven fabrics and super absorbent resin to combine the absorbent layer who forms mutually, increased the imbibition volume of anti-galactorrhea pad, the absorbing capacity is strong, the absorption rate is fast to guaranteed the dry and comfortable nature of anti-galactorrhea pad, still improved the comfort level that the anti-galactorrhea pad was worn, increased the market competitiveness of product.
It is to be understood that the shape and size of the absorber layer are not particularly limited by the embodiments of the present invention, and may be formed in various shapes and have desired sizes as needed. For example, the absorber layer can be circular in shape or designed to have various shapes according to actual needs. For example, the diameter of the absorber layer may be smaller than the diameter of the base layer, or the diameter of the absorber layer may be equal to the diameter of the base layer, in terms of size; further, the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven in the absorbent layer has a diameter equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter of the backsheet.
In some embodiments, the superabsorbent resin 120 is distributed on the PP wood pulp spunlace 110 in a gradient manner, and the grammage of the superabsorbent resin gradually decreases along the center-to-edge direction of the PP wood pulp spunlace. For example, as shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the superabsorbent resin 120 is arranged on the PP wood pulp spunlace 110 in a divergent manner, and further, may be distributed in a gradient manner, and the grammage of the superabsorbent resin 120 gradually decreases along the direction from the geometric center of the PP wood pulp spunlace 110 to the edge of the PP wood pulp spunlace 110. That is, relatively more superabsorbent resin 120 may be disposed at the central portion of the PP wood pulp spunlace 110, and relatively less superabsorbent resin 120 may be disposed at or near the edges of the PP wood pulp spunlace 110.
The high water absorption resin has high absorption capacity which can reach more than thousand times of the self weight, so the high water absorption resin can improve the absorption capacity of liquid. In particular, when the anti-galactorrhea pad is worn, the nipple is located at the geometric center of the breast pad body, and when the nipple generates milk, the milk is diffused from the geometric center of the breast pad body to the edge of the breast pad body, and the milk is absorbed in the process of diffusion, and the milk is more easily absorbed closer to the geometric center of the breast pad body. Therefore, the gram weight gradient of the super absorbent resin arranged from the middle part of the PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric to the edge direction of the PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric is gradually reduced, the absorption of the emulsion is more facilitated, the whole absorption capacity of the breast pad body is improved, and the use comfort of the product is improved.
The embodiment of the invention has no special requirements on the performance index of the adopted super absorbent resin, for example, the super absorbent resin can be various existing series of super absorbent resins. In some preferred embodiments, the superabsorbent resin has a grammage of 10g/m2~300g/m2The grain diameter is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 25g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.1 mL/min. Further, in some preferred embodiments, the grammage of the superabsorbent resin is 50g/m2~300g/m2Granule of Chinese medicineThe diameter is 40-80 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 30g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.5 mL/min.
In some embodiments, the absorbent fastening layer 5 is a ring structure with a hole in the middle, and the absorbent fastening layer 5 is used for fitting the nipple of the human body. The absorption fixing layer 5 can rapidly absorb liquid and prevent the nipple from falling off. For example, as shown in fig. 2 or 3, an absorbent fastening layer 5 for fitting to a nipple of a human body is provided in the middle of the breast pad body, and the hole in the middle of the absorbent fastening layer 5 allows the nipple of the human body to pass through. Like this, absorb fixed bed 5 can absorb liquid fast and fixed nipple is difficult for shifting, makes the nipple anticreep, makes the nipple have the space of depositing, thereby can be fine avoid because the nipple appears the slippage and leads to the emulsion to overflow and get wet the clothing and lead to influencing the problem of dry and comfortable nature and user's use comfort, or effectively avoided the nipple to receive the problem of pressing for a long time, improved the wearing comfort level of product.
In the present invention, in some embodiments, the absorbent fastening layer 5 is made by using PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven 110 as a wrapping layer and wrapping the wrapping layer on the super absorbent resin composite paper 130, so that the absorbent fastening layer can fasten nipples and can absorb the high absorbent resin composite paper at the first time, and the dryness is good. In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the absorbent fastening layer 5 may be compounded with a PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric 110 to form a wrapping layer, and the superabsorbent resin composite paper 130 is wrapped with the wrapping layer. Therefore, the absorption speed of the anti-galactorrhea pad can be further improved, the reverse osmosis can be further reduced, and the dryness and the smoothness of the product are better. In the present invention, the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric 110 may be a commercially available nonwoven fabric.
In some embodiments, the super absorbent resin composite paper 130 is a wet-laid super absorbent resin composite paper composed of two raw paper layers and a super absorbent resin layer sandwiched between the two raw paper layers.
In particular, the wet-process super absorbent resin composite paper is formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers made of wood pulp through the existing wet-process paper-making process (for example, the wet-process paper-making process disclosed in chinese patent application CN 201710966882.0). The specific forming process of the wet papermaking process can be as follows: (1) respectively carrying out net-surfing molding on the surface sizing agent and the bottom sizing agent to prepare wet surface layer base paper and wet bottom layer base paper; the relative water content of the wet surface layer base paper and the wet bottom layer base paper is 50-80%; (2) respectively spraying the wet surface layer base paper and the wet bottom layer base paper prepared in the step (1) with super absorbent resin, and compounding the wet surface layer base paper and the wet bottom layer base paper which are respectively sprayed with the mixture to prepare wet raw paper; (3) and (3) sequentially squeezing and drying the wet raw paper sheet prepared in the step (2) to prepare the super absorbent resin absorbent paper, namely the super absorbent resin composite paper. The raw paper layer is prepared by taking wood pulp and/or fluff pulp as raw materials.
In some embodiments, the grammage of the superabsorbent resin composite paper 130 is 50g/m2~200g/m2Further, it may be 80g/m2~200g/m2. In the present invention, in order to ensure high absorbency and overall strength of the absorbent fastening layer, to improve the absorbency of the absorbent fastening layer, or to maintain the shape of the absorbent fastening layer after absorbing liquid, it is preferable to use a super absorbent resin composite paper having the aforementioned grammage range.
In some embodiments, the surface layer 2 is provided with at least one flow-blocking groove 6, and the depth of the flow-blocking groove 6 extends from the surface of the surface layer 2 in the thickness direction of the surface layer 2 and is 5% to 50% of the thickness of the surface layer 2, and further may be 10% to 35%; the slot wall of the choke groove 6 is arc-shaped, for example, the choke groove 6 may be a semicircular choke groove. The at least one flow-blocking groove refers to one or more flow-blocking grooves, and the plurality of flow-blocking grooves may be, for example, two, three, four, five or more flow-blocking grooves, and the specific number of flow-blocking grooves is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. The choke groove may be, for example, an arc shape such as a semicircular choke embossing. The absorption fixing layer, the leakage isolating layer and the flow resisting grooves can play a role in triple leakage prevention, and emulsion can be effectively prevented from leaking outside no matter a wearer stands, sits, lies and the like.
In some embodiments, the leakage-proof layer 1 is made of hot-air water-repellent non-woven fabric and/or elastic film, and preferably, the leakage-proof layer 1 is made of fine denier hot-air water-repellent non-woven fabric and elastic film. The leakage isolating layer 1 can be made by wrapping an elastic film with fine denier hot air water repellent non-woven fabric. Preferably, the elastic film is formed by combining elastic fibers and a non-woven fabric, for example, the elastic film may be formed by combining elastic fibers and a single-layer through-air non-woven fabric. Therefore, the leakage-proof function can be effectively realized, and the leakage of the emulsion is prevented.
In some embodiments, the outer diameter of the leakage barrier layer 1 may be the same as the diameter of the surface layer 2, and the inner diameter of the leakage barrier layer 1 may be smaller than the outer diameter of the leakage barrier layer 1, for example, 0.1cm to 5 cm. In some embodiments, the fine denier hot air water repellent non-woven fabric can be used for wrapping the elastic film to prepare a leakage isolating material, the leakage isolating material is pressed on the part, close to the outer edge of the leakage isolating layer, of the periphery of the breast pad body, and the non-pressed part of the leakage isolating material is in a natural state to form the leakage isolating layer to play a role in isolating liquid. The annular width of the leak-stopping layer may be, for example, 2mm to 12mm, and more preferably 3mm to 10 mm.
In some embodiments, the surface layer 2 is made of a nonwoven fabric and/or a gauze. In the embodiment of the present invention, the surface layer 2 is preferably made of soft, breathable and highly hygroscopic nonwoven fabric or gauze, which can increase the comfort of use. More preferably, in some embodiments, the surface layer 2 is made of a fine-denier hot-air non-woven fabric (fine-denier hot-air non-woven fabric); the denier of the fine-denier hot-air non-woven fabric is 0.5-2.5 denier. So, more soft, comfortable when can be so that top layer and human laminating, the compliance is better, and the travelling comfort of person of wearing is better.
In some embodiments, the bottom layer 4 is made of Polyethylene (PE) film, preferably, the PE film is a breathable PE film with pressure points. The bottom layer has air permeability, preferably, the bottom layer 4 is a PE air permeable bottom film layer made of polyethylene material, and more preferably, the bottom layer 4 is provided with air permeable pressure points, that is, the bottom layer 4 can be a pressure point air permeable bottom layer. Through setting up ventilative pressure point at ventilative bottom, can strengthen the gas permeability, fully guarantee the gas permeability of anti-galactorrhea pad, make the heat that skin produced effectively discharge from ventilative structure, improved the use comfort level of product.
In some embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a method of manufacturing the ultra-thin soft type anti-galactorrhea pad as described above, the method comprising the steps of:
compounding PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric and super absorbent resin to form an absorbent layer;
a surface layer is attached and arranged above the absorber layer, and a bottom layer is attached and arranged below the absorber layer;
compounding PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabrics and super absorbent resin composite paper to obtain a composite body, removing the middle part of the composite body to form an annular absorption fixing layer, and arranging the absorption fixing layer above the surface layer;
and arranging the leakage isolating layer at the edge of the surface layer to obtain the ultrathin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad.
The preparation process of the ultrathin and soft type galactorrhea pad provided by the invention is simple, easy to control, high in feasibility and easy to operate, and is suitable for industrial mass production. The ultrathin soft type galactorrhea pad prepared by the preparation method has the characteristics of high infiltration speed, softness, leakage prevention, air permeability, high absorbability, good dryness, ultrathin property and the like.
It should be understood that the manufacturing method of the ultra-thin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad and the ultra-thin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad are based on the same inventive concept, and regarding the specific structure, material or composition of the ultra-thin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad, reference may be made to the description of the ultra-thin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad, and the detailed description thereof is omitted here.
In some embodiments, the method for manufacturing the ultra-thin soft type anti-galactorrhea pad includes the steps of:
(1) and (3) preparing the PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric.
(2) And (3) scattering the super absorbent resin on the outer surface of the PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric obtained in the step (1) by adopting a divergent type scattering hopper to form an absorbent layer.
(3) A liquid permeable surface layer is laminated on the absorbent layer, and a breathable back sheet is laminated on the absorbent layer.
(4) And manufacturing a circular flow-resisting groove on the surface layer by using groove pressing equipment so as to form at least one flow-resisting groove on the surface layer.
(5) Taking PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric as a wrapping layer, and wrapping the super absorbent resin composite paper by using the wrapping layer to obtain a complex; then, removing the middle part of the complex by a cutter to obtain an absorption and fixation layer with a porous annular structure in the middle part; the absorption fixing layer is attached to the outer surface of the surface layer.
(6) Wrapping the fine denier hot air water repellent non-woven fabric with an elastic film to form a leakage isolating layer; and attaching the leakage isolating layer to the peripheral edge of the surface layer to obtain the ultrathin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad.
In order to fully illustrate the relevant performance of the ultrathin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad provided by the invention and facilitate the understanding of the invention, the invention carries out a plurality of groups of experimental verification. The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present invention has been described in relation to only some of the examples and that any other suitable embodiment is within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
An ultrathin soft type anti-galactorrhea pad comprises a breast pad body, wherein the breast pad body is circular; the breast pad body is including the annular structure of the edge on the top layer of setting up at every layer upon layer of leakage-proof layer, top layer, absorbent layer and the bottom that sets up in proper order, and the excircle diameter on every layer is the same with the diameter on top layer, and the interior circle diameter on every layer is less than the excircle diameter on every layer. The absorbent layer is formed by the compounding of PP wood pulp water thorn non-woven fabrics and super absorbent resin, and is concrete, and the absorbent layer is spun-bonded compound wood pulp water thorn non-woven fabrics by PP and forms PP wood pulp water thorn non-woven fabrics to adhere to super absorbent resin in the one side of PP wood pulp water thorn non-woven fabrics and form, and the distribution mode of super absorbent resin on PP wood pulp water thorn non-woven fabrics is the gradient formula and distributes, along the center to the direction at edge of PP wood pulp water thorn non-woven fabrics, the gram weight of super absorbent resin reduces gradually. The gram weight of the super absorbent resin is 150g/m2The particle size is 40-80 meshes, the water retention capacity is 30g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is 35 mL/min. The breast pad body further comprises an absorption fixing layer which is made of PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabricAnd the high water absorbent resin composite paper is compounded to form, the absorption fixed bed is located the top layer deviates from one side of absorber layer, it is specific, the absorption fixed bed adopts PP wood pulp water thorn non-woven fabrics as the parcel layer to make the parcel layer parcel high water absorbent resin composite paper, the absorption fixed bed is the porose annular structure in middle part, the absorption fixed bed is used for laminating mutually with human nipple. The super absorbent resin composite paper is made by a wet method, and consists of two raw paper layers and a super absorbent resin layer sandwiched between the two raw paper layers; the gram weight of the super absorbent resin composite paper is 100g/m2. The surface of the surface layer is provided with a flow resistance groove, and the depth of the flow resistance groove extends from the surface of the surface layer along the thickness direction of the surface layer and is 20% of the thickness of the surface layer; the choked flow groove can be a semicircular choked flow groove. The surface layer is made of fine denier hot-air non-woven fabric, and the denier of the fine denier hot-air non-woven fabric is 0.5-2.5 denier. The bottom layer is made of a PE film, and the PE film is a breathable PE film with pressure points. The leakage isolating layer is made by wrapping an elastic film with fine denier hot air water repellent non-woven fabric.

Embodiment 2 is basically the same as embodiment 1, and the same parts are not described again, except that:
the breast pad body does not comprise (is not provided with) an absorbent fastening layer.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 is basically the same as embodiment 1, and the description of the same parts is omitted, except that:
the breast pad body does not comprise (is not provided with) a leakage barrier layer.
Example 4
Embodiment 4 is basically the same as embodiment 1, and the description of the same parts is omitted, except that:
the absorber layer is made by wrapping a layer of fluff pulp and super absorbent resin with non-woven fabric.
In the invention, the performance test of the ultrathin soft type anti-galactorrhea pad of the embodiment 1 to 4 is carried out, and the performance test result is shown in table 1.
Test method one (dryness test): a sample is taken and added with 20mL (37 ℃) of pure milk at one time, and the time for completing absorption is recorded as the absorption speed in unit of s; reverse osmosis is adding liquid for 10min, placing a 0.6kg weight on a 5g filter paper on the anti-galactorrhea pad for 30s, and weighing the gram weight of the filter paper in unit g.
Test method two (leak-proof effect test): the galactorrhea prevention pad is flatly placed in an arc-shaped fixer, and 20mL (37 ℃) of pure milk is added at one time to see the leakproof effect.

The absorption rate and the reverse osmosis amount in table 1 were measured by test method one, and the side leakage amount was measured by test method two.
As can be seen from the data in the above comparative Table 1, the ultra-thin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad of example 1 has fast absorption speed of pure milk, good dryness and good anti-leakage property.
The invention has not been described in detail and is in part known to those of skill in the art.

Claims (10)

1. The ultrathin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad comprises a breast pad body, wherein the breast pad body comprises a surface layer, a bottom layer and an absorber layer positioned between the surface layer and the bottom layer, and is characterized in that the absorber layer is formed by compounding PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabrics and super absorbent resin;
the breast pad body also comprises an absorption fixing layer, the absorption fixing layer is formed by compounding PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabrics and super absorbent resin composite paper, and the absorption fixing layer is positioned on one side of the surface layer, which is far away from the absorbent layer;
the breast pad body still includes the leakage-proof layer, the leakage-proof layer is for setting up in the cyclic annular structure of the edge of top layer.
2. The ultra-thin, flexible, anti-spill mat of claim 1, wherein the absorbent layer is formed by attaching the super absorbent resin to one side of a PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric formed of a PP spunbond composite wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric.
3. The ultra-thin, flexible, anti-spill pad of claim 2, wherein the superabsorbent resin is distributed on the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven in a gradient manner, and the grammage of the superabsorbent resin decreases gradually from the center to the edge of the PP wood pulp spunlace nonwoven.

The ultra-thin soft type anti-galactorrhea pad according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the grammage of the super absorbent resin is 10g/m2~300g/m2The grain diameter is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 25g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.1 mL/min.
5. The ultra-thin, flexible, anti-galactorrhea pad of claim 1 wherein: the absorption fixing layer is made by adopting the PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric as a wrapping layer and wrapping the wrapping layer with the super absorbent resin composite paper; and/or
The absorption fixing layer is of an annular structure with a hole in the middle, and the absorption fixing layer is used for being attached to the nipple of a human body.
6. The ultra-thin, soft type anti-galactorrhea pad of claim 1 or 5 wherein: the super absorbent resin composite paper is made by a wet method, and consists of two raw paper layers and a super absorbent resin layer sandwiched between the two raw paper layers; and/or
The gram weight of the super absorbent resin composite paper is 50g/m2~200g/m2

The ultra-thin, flexible, anti-galactorrhea pad of claim 1 wherein said top layer is provided with at least one flow-blocking channel having a depth extending from the surface of said top layer in the direction of the thickness of said top layer and being between 5% and 50% of the thickness of said top layer;
the groove wall of the flow blocking groove is arc-shaped.
8. The ultra-thin, flexible, anti-galactorrhea pad of claim 1 wherein: the surface layer is made of non-woven fabrics and/or gauze;
the leakage isolating layer is made of hot air water-repellent non-woven fabrics and/or elastic films, and preferably, the elastic films are formed by compounding elastic fibers and non-woven fabrics; and/or
The bottom layer is made of a PE film, and preferably, the PE film is a breathable PE film with pressure points.
9. The ultra-thin, flexible, anti-galactorrhea pad of claim 8 wherein the surface layer is made of a fine denier hot air non-woven fabric;
the denier of the fine-denier hot-air non-woven fabric is 0.5-2.5 denier.
10. The manufacturing method of the ultra-thin soft type spill prevention pad as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
compounding PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric and super absorbent resin to form an absorbent layer;
a surface layer is attached and arranged above the absorber layer, and a bottom layer is attached and arranged below the absorber layer;
compounding PP wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabrics and super absorbent resin composite paper to obtain a composite body, removing the middle part of the composite body to form an annular absorption fixing layer, and arranging the absorption fixing layer above the surface layer;
and arranging the leakage isolating layer at the edge of the surface layer to obtain the ultrathin and soft type anti-galactorrhea pad.
