The transverse strength of the directly-laid spunlace fabric is relatively low, and the fabric is easy to deform compared with the other two products, but the fabric surface flatness is good. The full-crossed spunlace fabric has poor flatness of the fabric surface, but has balanced transverse and longitudinal strength, and is not easy to deform. The semi-crossed spunlace fabric has balanced transverse and longitudinal strength, is not easy to deform and has good fabric surface flatness. By the arrangement, the surface layer can be processed by directly laying spunlace, fully-crossed spunlace or semi-crossed spunlace, and a user can comprehensively consider and select the surface layer according to actual design requirements and the like during application.
With respect to the specific arrangement of the bottom surface layer 8, as an alternative embodiment, the bottom surface layer 8 includes a breathable bottom film and a release paper positioned below the breathable bottom film. When in processing, the surface layer 6 and the absorption layer 7 form a surface layer and intermediate layer complex, then the breathable base film is compounded, the sealed embossing forms a sealed indentation 12, thereby forming a product main body, and then the release paper is compounded. The release paper is connected with the breathable basement membrane through the back glue, and is convenient to fix with clothes when in use.
In order to ensure sanitary pad, the ultra-thin pad further comprises a packaging film connected with the pad main body 5 as an alternative embodiment, and the packaging film is positioned below the bottom surface layer 8. Specifically, the release paper is compounded with the packaging film to form an independent packaging product, and the packaging is disassembled when the packaging film is used. Wherein, the cotton fiber has the characteristics of comfort, softness, skin friendliness, air permeability and the like. The fibrilia is obtained from various hemp plants, and has the advantages of air permeability, good hygroscopicity, good mildew resistance and the like. The bamboo fiber is a novel fabric which is woven by using bamboo as a raw material and preparing the bamboo fiber by a special process, and has the characteristics of softness, warmness, bacteriostasis, antibiosis, moisture absorption, ventilation and the like. The viscose fiber is one kind of artificial fiber, has high hydroscopicity, less electrostatic charge and high spinnability. The lyocell fiber is a brand-new textile fabric, takes natural plant fiber as a raw material, has multiple excellent performances of natural fiber and synthetic fiber, such as the characteristics of good comfort, good hand feeling, good toughness and the like, has no chemical reaction in the production process, uses a nontoxic solvent, and is green and environment-friendly fiber. Of course in other embodiments the surface layer 6 may be formed from other cellulose fibers depending on design requirements.
As shown in fig. 5, the pad body 5 is in a strip shape, and both sides of the pad body 5 are provided with arc-shaped recesses 9 which are recessed inwards. The design conforms to the physiological structure curve of the human body, and the use is more comfortable.
Further, as an alternative embodiment, the pad main body 5 is further provided with arc-shaped indentations 10 on both sides thereof, the arc-shaped indentations 10 having the same curvature as the arc-shaped recesses 9. In addition, one end of the pad main body 5 is also provided with petal-shaped embosses 11. By the arrangement, the pad main body can fix the positions of the surface layer and the absorption layer through diversion embossing, is not easy to delaminate in use, and can play a certain role in attractiveness and product identification.

4. The ultra-thin pad of claim 2 wherein the cellulosic fiber spunlace nonwoven is a straight laid cellulosic fiber spunlace nonwoven or a fully cross cellulosic fiber spunlace nonwoven or a semi cross cellulosic fiber spunlace nonwoven.
5. The ultra-thin protective pad of claim 1 wherein the bottom layer (8) comprises a breathable base film and a release paper underneath the breathable base film.
6. The ultra-thin pad of claim 1 further comprising a wrapping film attached to the pad body (5), the wrapping film being located below the bottom surface layer (8).
7. The ultra-thin protective pad of claim 1 wherein the material of the cellulose fiber spunlace nonwoven fabric comprises at least one of cotton fibers, hemp fibers, bamboo fibers, viscose fibers, lyocell fibers.
8. The ultra-thin protective pad as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pad body (5) is a bar shape, and both sides of the pad body (5) are provided with arc-shaped recesses (9) which are depressed inward.
9. Ultra-thin protective pad as claimed in claim 8, wherein said pad body (5) is further provided at both sides with arc-shaped indentations (10) conforming to the contour of said arc-shaped recess (9).
10. Ultra-thin protective pad as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of said pad body (5) is further provided with petal-shaped embossings (11).
