Description

Antibacterial absorptive article and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary products, in particular to an antibacterial absorbent article and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The disposable absorbing articles in the prior art, such as nursing sanitary articles designed for infants, puerperae, middle-aged and elderly people who suffer from urinary incontinence and paralysis, for example, the top layer material of the disposable absorbing articles is in contact with the skin, and due to the ergonomic structure, the disposable absorbing articles cannot be placed flatly in actual use, so that the absorbing articles deform, the top layer material rubs with the skin of a human body, foreign body sensation is generated, the materials are seriously fluffed, and even allergic conditions are generated.
At present, sanitary articles such as sanitary towels (protection pads), diapers, paper diapers and cleaning cloths have two components: a sanitary product without antibacterial function is prepared from absorbent resin, release paper and dust-free paper as main materials; a sanitary product with antibacterial function is prepared from absorbent resin, release paper, dust-free paper, and antibacterial agent. The existing sanitary products use three main antibacterial agents: silver ion antibacterial agent, chitosan antibacterial agent, and tea tree oil antibacterial agent. However, the silver ion antibacterial agent can damage the mucous membrane tissues of human organs during sterilization, and the silver ions cannot be discharged after being absorbed by the human body and are accumulated to cause pathological changes; the chitosan antibacterial agent has good antibacterial action, is insoluble in water and does not chemically react with body fluid, but the pH value has great influence on the antibacterial action of the chitosan, the solubility and the protonation degree of the chitosan are reduced along with the increase of the pH value, the antibacterial capability is gradually weakened, and the antibacterial performance of the chitosan antibacterial agent is greatly influenced by the pH value; the tea tree oil antibacterial agent has strong sterilizing capability, but the tea tree oil has small molecules, low viscosity, fast dissolution and high volatility, can be volatilized after being dripped on the surface of an object for several hours, does not leave traces and has short antibacterial time.
In conclusion, the development of a new antibacterial and bacteriostatic sanitary product material which is safer, more reliable, milder and has no stimulation to replace silver ion antibacterial agents, chitosan antibacterial agents and tea tree oil antibacterial agents with potential safety hazards and functional defects has been a general call and a desire of users of sanitary products.
In addition, the absorption core body of the existing absorption article needs to be further improved, which mainly shows that the absorption speed is slow, the reverse osmosis is high, the surface dryness is poor, and the absorption core body is easy to break, lump and agglomerate after absorbing liquid.
