In the invention, only when the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer with a dry-method manufactured absorbent paper structure or the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer with a five-layer composite core structure formed by a dry-method paper making process is wrapped by the macromolecular resin composite absorbent paper manufactured by the wrapping layer through the wet-method paper making process, the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption article with the best comprehensive performances such as reverse osmosis reduction, liquid absorption performance, liquid absorption diffusion performance, dryness and smoothness can be effectively ensured to be finally obtained. The invention discovers that when the wrapping layer is made of the high polymer resin composite absorbent paper prepared by the wet papermaking process, the absorption speed and the absorption capacity of the absorbent core layer can be effectively improved compared with the absorption speed and the absorption capacity of the absorbent core layer made of the dust-free paper or the toilet lining paper.
According to some preferred embodiments, the backsheet layer is breathable; the bottom film layer is made of Polyethylene (PE) materials or water-repellent non-woven fabrics (such as antistatic water-repellent non-woven fabrics); preferably, the base film layer is a PE breathable base film layer.

(2) uniformly mixing 30-90 parts by weight of super absorbent resin, preferably 60-80 parts (such as 60, 62, 65, 68, 70, 75, 77 or 80 parts) with the uterus warming bacteriostatic material obtained in the step (1) to obtain a uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing material; in some preferred embodiments, the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing material contains 20-30% by mass of uterus warming bacteriostatic material, and the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing material contains 70-80% by mass of super absorbent resin;
(3) uniformly mixing the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material with the fluff pulp to form a mixed layer of the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material and the fluff pulp, and then arranging the mixed layer between two layers of wet strength paper to compound the wet strength paper into dry-process manufactured absorbent paper, thus obtaining a uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer; wherein, the content of the fluff pulp is 30 to 40 percent of the total mass of the dry-method manufactured absorbent paper (namely the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer); the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer sequentially comprises a wet strength paper layer, a mixed layer of the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material and fluff pulp and a wet strength paper layer from top to bottom (namely the direction from the diversion layer to the bottom film layer);
(4) wrapping the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer by a wrapping layer to obtain an absorption core layer;
(5) and sequentially compounding a flow guide layer and a surface layer above the absorption core layer, and compounding a bottom film layer below the absorption core layer to obtain the uterus warming and bacterium inhibiting absorption article.

By comprehensively analyzing the data in tables 1, 2 and 3, it can be seen that the absorption articles in examples 1 to 2, 4 and 6 to 8 have a high absorption rate and a good dryness to animal blood, and the absorption articles in examples 1, 5, 8 to 9 and 11 to 12 have the best effects of inhibiting bacteria, removing odor, warming uterus and relieving pain. In addition, according to the results of the examples 1 and 3, the invention unexpectedly finds that the arrangement of the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer not only has good bacteriostatic and odor removing effects, but also can effectively increase the liquid absorption speed of the sanitary absorption article to a certain extent and effectively reduce the reverse osmosis amount, and the obtained technical effect is unexpected. In the invention, as can be seen by comparing the examples 1 and 2 with the examples 4 to 7, the formed uterus warming bacteriostatic material can have good uterus warming and pain relieving, bacteriostatic and odor removing and menstruation regulating effects while not affecting the comprehensive performances such as the liquid absorption performance, the dryness performance and the like of the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing article only when the lavender, the ginger, the safflower and the super absorbent resin are mixed according to a proper weight part, and the absorbing article with the best uterus warming and pain relieving, bacteriostatic and odor removing and menstruation regulating effects cannot be obtained due to the absence of any component. In the invention, as can be seen from comparison of examples 8 to 9, the total mass of the super absorbent resin contained in the first uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing material layer in the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing layer is controlled to be 6 to 15%, the total mass of the super absorbent resin contained in the second uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing material layer in the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing layer is controlled to be 11 to 20%, and the content of the super absorbent resin contained in the first uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing material is less than that of the super absorbent resin contained in the second uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing material, so that the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing article with the best comprehensive performances such as reverse osmosis reduction, liquid absorption performance, liquid absorption diffusion performance, dryness and the like can be obtained.

Claims (6)

1. An absorption article for warming uterus and inhibiting bacteria is characterized in that:
the uterus warming and bacterium inhibiting absorption article sequentially comprises a surface layer, a diversion layer, an absorption core layer and a bottom film layer from top to bottom;
the absorption core layer consists of a uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer and a wrapping layer wrapping the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer, and the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer contains a uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material; the uterus warming and bacteriostasis absorbing material comprises 8-15 parts by weight of lavender, 2-5 parts by weight of ginger, 8-15 parts by weight of safflower and 60-80 parts by weight of super absorbent resin;
the wrapping layer is made of polymer resin composite absorbent paper; the high polymer resin composite absorbent paper is prepared by uniformly distributing high absorbent resin between two layers of raw paper layers made of wood pulp through a wet papermaking process;
the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer is of a dry-method manufactured absorbent paper structure or a five-layer composite core structure;
the dry-method manufactured absorbent paper structure sequentially comprises a wet strength paper layer, a mixed layer of uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing material and fluff pulp and the wet strength paper layer from top to bottom;
the five-layer composite core structure sequentially comprises a first dust-free paper layer, a first uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material layer, a fluffy cotton layer, a second uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material layer and a second dust-free paper layer from top to bottom, wherein super-absorbent resin contained in the first uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material layer accounts for 6-15% of the total mass of the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer, super-absorbent resin contained in the second uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material layer accounts for 11-20% of the total mass of the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer, and the super-absorbent resin contained in the first uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material layer accounts for less than the super-absorbent resin contained in the second uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material layer.
2. A uterus warming and bacteriostatic absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein:
the surface layer is a non-woven fabric surface layer, and the non-woven fabric surface layer is made of hot air non-woven fabric, spun-bonded non-woven fabric or pure cotton non-woven fabric; and/or
The flow guide layer is made of hot air non-woven fabric, spun-bonded non-woven fabric or pure cotton non-woven fabric.
3. A uterus warming and bacteriostatic absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein:
the surface layer is made of pure cotton non-woven fabric containing natural silk;
the mass percentage of the natural silk contained in the surface layer is 5-30%.
4. A uterus warming and bacteriostatic absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein:
the gram weight of the super absorbent resin is 10-300 g/m2And/or the particle size is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 25g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.5 mL/min.
5. A uterus warming and bacteriostatic absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein:
the base film layer is breathable;
the bottom film layer is made of polyethylene material or water-repellent non-woven fabric.
6. A method of manufacturing a uterus warming and bacteriostatic absorbing article according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing 8-15 parts by weight of lavender, 2-5 parts by weight of ginger and 8-15 parts by weight of safflower, crushing and grinding into powder to obtain the uterus warming bacteriostatic material;
(2) uniformly mixing 60-80 parts by weight of super absorbent resin with the uterus warming bacteriostatic material obtained in the step (1) to obtain a uterus warming bacteriostatic absorbing material; (3) uniformly mixing the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material with the fluff pulp to form a mixed layer of the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption material and the fluff pulp, and then arranging the mixed layer between two layers of wet strength paper to compound the wet strength paper into dry-process manufactured absorbent paper, thus obtaining a uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer; wherein the content of the fluff pulp is 30-40% of the total mass of the dry-method manufactured absorbent paper;
(4) wrapping the uterus warming bacteriostatic absorption layer by a wrapping layer to obtain an absorption core layer; the wrapping layer is made of polymer resin composite absorbent paper; the high polymer resin composite absorbent paper is prepared by uniformly distributing high absorbent resin between two layers of raw paper layers made of wood pulp through a wet papermaking process;
(5) and sequentially compounding a flow guide layer and a surface layer above the absorption core layer, and compounding a bottom film layer below the absorption core layer to obtain the uterus warming and bacterium inhibiting absorption article.
