Abstract
The invention provides a disposable absorption product containing colostrum, which comprises an impermeable outer pad and a permeable inner pad, wherein an absorption layer is formed between the outer pad and the inner pad, and human secretion is absorbed by the absorption layer through the permeable inner pad.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an absorbent product, which comprises an impermeable outer pad and a permeable inner pad, wherein an absorption layer is formed between the outer pad and the inner pad, and human secretion is absorbed by the absorption layer through the permeable inner pad; in particular to a disposable absorbent product which is formed by all or part of the constituents of the absorbent product and contains colostrum.
Background
The disposable absorbent product is a product which absorbs body fluid excreted under various physiological actions, namely a product which can absorb urine, excrement secretion, menstrual secretion and vaginal secretion, in particular to a disposable diaper, a sanitary napkin or a sanitary pad and the like used by infants or adults. The disposable absorbable product takes the absorption amount and the absorption speed of body fluid secreted under physiological action as important basis for evaluating the performance of the product, but the aspects of the absorption property and the absorption speed are greatly developed along with the development of high-absorptivity resin. In addition to the absorption ability, the product should be able to prevent or inhibit various skin diseases such as eruption and dermatitis which may be caused by the use of the diaper during the excretion of body fluid.
Diaper dermatitis or diaper rash is one of the symptoms of skin eruption, generally appears at the parts of the thighs, the buttocks and the like which are used for placing the paper diapers, the skin becomes red, even the phenomena of peeling and then ulceration also appear, once the skin becomes ill, the symptoms such as pruritus and pain are serious, the sleep of the infants is uneasy at night, the appetite is further reduced, and the problem of unbalanced nutrition is caused, so special attention is needed. Most diaper rash occurs by soiling the buttocks after defecation and urination, and urea bacteria produced from the feces release ammonia from the feces, or under the stimulation of the feces, and is mainly characterized by red swelling, blisters, superficial ulcers and the like.
Such diaper rash occurs not only in infants but also in the case of using disposable absorbent products for a long period of time, such as in the case of old people with poor awareness, dementia, or impaired mobility.
Korean patent registration No. 0353287 discloses a composition for coating paper diapers containing sophora flavescens, and european patent application No. 0900185 describes a method for removing ammonia generated in urine using an ion-exchange material. However, the described prior art using synthetic materials is pointed out as a possible safety problem, but it finally appears that the experimental results do not clearly indicate the correct mechanism of occurrence of diaper rash, and in particular do not address the rash factor of diapers, since even if one or two factors are addressed, the other factors may cause rash.
In addition, lactoferrin in colostrum components has hitherto been considered to be a significant cause of skin inflammation. Lactoferrin is produced not only from colostrum but also from secretions produced in human skin, and plays an important role in the regulation of leukocyte intercellular factor-1 (interleukin-1, IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a).
Cosmetics (Korean application No. 10-2005-0078393) and skin preparations for external use (Korean application No. 10-2007-0139958) were developed and manufactured using this colostrum, but the main effect thereof was to improve the skin that had become rough and moisturized, and no study was made on the skin problems that may occur under severe conditions such as diaper rash.
