According to some preferred embodiments, the bacteriostatic wet method for making the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is obtained by compounding calendula, chamomile, honeysuckle, super absorbent resin and base paper, wherein the content of each component is as follows: 0.5 to 6wt% (e.g., may be 0.5wt%, 1wt%, 1.5wt%, 2wt%, 2.5wt%, 3wt%, 3.5wt%, 4wt%, 4.5wt%, 5wt%, 5.5wt% or 6 wt%), 0.5 to 6wt% (e.g., may be 0.5wt%, 1wt%, 1.5wt%, 2wt%, 2.5wt%, 3wt%, 3.5wt%, 4wt%, 4.5wt%, 5wt%, 5.5wt% or 6 wt%), 10 to 50wt% (for example, may be 10wt%, 15wt%, 20wt%, 25wt%, 30wt%, 35wt%, 40wt%, 45wt% or 50 wt%) and 32 to 88.5wt% (for example, may be 32wt%, 35wt%, 40wt%, 45wt%, 50wt%, 55wt%, 60wt%, 65wt%, 70wt%, 75wt%, 80wt%, 85wt% or 88.5 wt%) of the base paper.
The calendula contains rich vitamin A, vitamin C and the like, has the effects of resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, and has good sterilization capability on staphylococcus, streptococcus and the like; the chamomile contains flavonoids such as farnesene, alpha-bisabolol, guaazulene, matrine, rutin, hyperoside, etc., and contains a large amount of methyltyramine, methacrylic acid and azulene components, and has antiinflammatory and analgesic effects; the flos Lonicerae contains biochemical components such as inositol, luteolin, chlorogenic acid, inositol, saponin, tannic acid, etc., and has effects of clearing heat and detoxicating.
The invention relates to a bacteriostatic wet method high water absorption resin water absorption paper, which is compounded by calendula powder, chamomile powder, honeysuckle powder, high water absorption resin and base paper, and is specifically prepared by the following steps: 1) Making upper and lower base papers by wet papermaking; 2) Uniformly broadcasting calendula powder, chamomile powder, honeysuckle powder and super absorbent resin on the lower base paper, wherein the percentage content of each component is 0.5-6wt% of calendula, 0.5-6wt% of chamomile, 0.5-6wt% of honeysuckle, 10-50wt% of super absorbent resin and 32-88.5wt% of base paper; 3) Pressing the upper base paper with the lower base paper of the spread calendula powder, the chamomile powder, the honeysuckle powder and the super absorbent resin to obtain composite paper; 4) Drying the pressed composite paper at 105-120 ℃ and shaping to obtain the super absorbent resin absorbent paper manufactured by the antibacterial wet method.
The particle sizes of the calendula powder, the chamomile powder and the honeysuckle powder are all smaller than 100 meshes, and the calendula powder, the chamomile powder and the honeysuckle powder are obtained by respectively crushing and screening the dried calendula powder, the dried chamomile powder and the dried honeysuckle powder; the calendula powder, the chamomile powder and the honeysuckle powder with the particle size of less than 100 meshes are selected, so that the calendula powder, the chamomile powder, the honeysuckle powder and the super absorbent resin are uniformly mixed in the preparation process of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper manufactured by the antibacterial wet method, and the obtained super absorbent resin absorbent paper manufactured by the antibacterial wet method is ensured to have excellent absorption performance, antibacterial, deodorizing, anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects.

According to some preferred embodiments, the wet-process papermaking super absorbent resin absorbent paper is obtained by compounding super absorbent resin evenly distributed between two raw paper layers through wet-process papermaking; wherein the contents of the components are as follows: 60 to 90wt% (for example, 60wt%, 62wt%, 64wt%, 66wt%, 68wt%, 70wt%, 72wt%, 74wt%, 76wt%, 78wt%, 80wt%, 82wt%, 84wt%, 86wt%, 88wt% or 90 wt%) of base paper, 10 to 40wt% (for example, 10wt%, 12wt%, 14wt%, 16wt%, 18wt%, 20wt%, 24wt%, 26wt%, 28wt%, 30wt%, 32wt%, 34wt%, 36wt%, 38wt% or 40 wt%) of superabsorbent resin particles;
the gram weight of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 20-300 g/m 2 (e.g., may be 20 g/m) 2 、50g/m 2 、80g/m 2 、100g/m 2 、120g/m 2 、140g/m 2 、160g/m 2 、180g/m 2 、200g/m 2 、220g/m 2 、240g/m 2 、260g/m 2 、280g/m 2 Or 300g/m 2 ) Preferably 70 to 150g/m 2 (e.g., may be 70 g/m) 2 、80g/m 2 、90g/m 2 、100g/m 2 、110g/m 2 、120g/m 2 、130g/m 2 、140g/m 2 Or 150g/m 2 )。
The wet-process papermaking super absorbent resin absorbent paper is obtained by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers through wet-process papermaking, and specifically comprises the following steps: 1) Making upper and lower base papers by wet papermaking; 2) Uniformly broadcasting the super absorbent resin particles on the lower base paper; wherein, the percentage content of the base paper and the super absorbent resin particles is: 60-90 wt% of base paper and 10-40 wt% of super absorbent resin particles; 3) Pressing the upper base paper with the lower base paper sprayed with the super absorbent resin particles to obtain composite paper; 4) And drying and shaping the laminated composite paper at 105-120 ℃ to obtain the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
The wet-process high-water-absorption resin absorbent paper prepared by adopting the base paper and the high-water-absorption resin particles with the percentages is soft and comfortable, and has good absorption performance and good dryness. If the content of the base paper is more than 90wt%, the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper has poor absorption performance and poor dryness; if the content of the base paper is less than 60wt%, the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper has poor softness, is uncomfortable and has high cost.
In the invention, the gram weight of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 20-300 g/m 2 The inventors found that when the gram weight of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is less than 20g/m 2 When the addition amount of the super absorbent resin is small, the wet method is used for manufacturing the super absorbent resin absorbent paper, so that the liquid absorption effect is poor; when wet-process is used for making super absorbent resin absorbent paperGram weight higher than 300g/m 2 When the high water absorption resin is added, the total weight of the wet-process high water absorption resin absorbent paper is larger, so that the portability of the sanitary absorbent articles is reduced. Therefore, on the basis of ensuring the high water absorption of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is lighter and thinner, and the gram weight of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is preferably in the range.
In a second aspect the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a dry and refreshing bacteriostatic absorbent article according to the first aspect, said method comprising the steps of:
(1) Wrapping the bacteriostatic absorbing layer 1022 with the wrapping layer 1021 to obtain a bacteriostatic absorbing structure 102;

comparative example 10 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the absorption layer is made of non-woven fabric wrapped with super absorbent resin.
The first test method comprises the following steps: taking animal blood for 2 times, each time of 5mL, and recording the time of finishing each time of absorption as the absorption speed in s at intervals of 10 minutes for 2 times; reverse osmosis is to put 10g filter paper on an absorbing article for 1min under the pressure of a weight of 1.2kg after 5mL of animal blood is added for 5min each time, and weigh the gram weight added by the filter paper in g; diffusion is a length measurement in the transverse direction in cm 1 minute before the second reverse osmosis.
And a second test method: 20 persons are randomly found, the absorbent articles of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-10 are put on a wearing trial, and the antibacterial and deodorizing effects are judged.
Table 1: results of performance testing of the absorbent articles of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 10.
TABLE 1
The first absorption speed, the second absorption speed, the first reverse osmosis, the second reverse osmosis and the transverse diffusion length performance are tested by the first reference test method; and a second test method is referred to for testing the antibacterial and deodorizing effects.
As can be seen from the above comparative data, compared with comparative examples 1 to 10, the absorbent articles prepared in examples 1 to 5 have the properties of high absorption speed, low reverse osmosis, good dryness and the like, and the absorbent layer is made of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper by a bacteriostatic wet method, so that the bacteriostatic and deodorizing effects are good; the superconducting structure of the comparative example 1 is two layers of wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, which is not folded, and is easy to be laterally diffused after liquid infiltration, so that the lateral diffusion length value is larger than that of the examples; in comparative examples 3 to 4, through holes are formed in the region of the folded portion near the center portion, and the liquid is easily laterally diffused after infiltration, so that the lateral diffusion length value is larger than that of the examples; however, in comparative example 3, a through hole was also provided in the region of the folded portion near the open end, so that the liquid permeation rate and the liquid absorption rate were faster than those of comparative example 4; the liquid-permeable surface layer of comparative example 7 is not provided with diamond-shaped embossments with long longitudinal and short transverse directions, and after the liquid-permeable surface layer contacts liquid, the liquid cannot be guided to diffuse longitudinally, so that the transverse diffusion length value is larger than that of the examples; the liquid-permeable surface layer of comparative example 8 is provided with diamond-shaped embossments with short longitudinal and long transverse directions, and after the liquid-permeable surface layer contacts liquid, the liquid is guided to spread transversely, so that the transverse diffusion length value is larger than that of the examples; the absorption layer of the comparative example 9 is a convex small core structure formed by folding a layer of wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, and has no antibacterial component, so that the antibacterial and deodorizing effects are poorer than those of the examples; the absorption layer of comparative example 10 is made of high water absorption resin wrapped by non-woven fabrics, the absorption effect is poor, the reverse osmosis amount is large, and the antibacterial and odor removal effects of the antibacterial absorption layer are further affected.
