According to some preferred embodiments, the wet-process papermaking super absorbent resin absorbent paper is obtained by compounding super absorbent resin evenly distributed between two raw paper layers through wet-process papermaking; wherein the contents of the components are as follows: 60-90 wt% of base paper and 10-40 wt% of super absorbent resin particles;
the gram weight of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 20-300 g/m 2 Preferably, the gram weight of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 70-150 g/m 2
The wet-process papermaking super absorbent resin absorbent paper is obtained by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers through wet-process papermaking, and specifically comprises the following steps: 1) Making upper and lower base papers by wet papermaking; 2) Uniformly broadcasting the super absorbent resin particles on the lower base paper; wherein, the percentage content of the base paper and the super absorbent resin particles is: 60-90 wt% of base paper and 10-40 wt% of super absorbent resin particles; 3) Pressing the upper base paper with the lower base paper sprayed with the super absorbent resin particles to obtain composite paper; 4) And drying and shaping the laminated composite paper at 105-120 ℃ to obtain the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
The wet-process high-water-absorption resin absorbent paper prepared by adopting the base paper and the high-water-absorption resin particles with the percentages is soft and comfortable, and has good absorption performance and good dryness. If the content of the base paper is more than 90wt%, the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper has poor absorption performance and poor dryness; if the content of the base paper is less than 60wt%, the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper has poor softness, is uncomfortable and has high cost.
In the invention, the gram weight of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 20-300 g/m 2 The inventors found that when the gram weight of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is less than 20g/m 2 When the addition amount of the super absorbent resin is small, the wet method is used for manufacturing the super absorbent resin absorbent paper, so that the liquid absorption effect is poor; when the gram weight of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is higher than 300g/m 2 When the high water absorption resin is added, the total weight of the wet-process high water absorption resin absorbent paper is larger, so that the portability of the sanitary absorbent articles is reduced. Therefore, on the basis of ensuring the high water absorption of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is lighter and thinner, and the gram weight of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is preferably in the range.
The present invention also provides in a second aspect a method of manufacturing the dry and refreshing bacteriostatic absorbent article of the first aspect, the method comprising:
(1) Combining the first absorbent layer 121 and the second absorbent layer 122 to obtain the absorbent structure 12;
(2) A superconducting absorption structure is obtained by compounding the absorption structure 12 in the middle of the superconducting structure 13;
(3) And compounding a liquid-permeable surface layer 11 on the upper layer of the absorption structure, and compounding a breathable bottom layer 14 on the lower layer of the superconducting structure to obtain the dry antibacterial absorption article.
