In addition, due to the long use time and the factors (taking medicines, ward environment and the like) of the patient, the adult paper diaper inevitably causes bacterial breeding and odor emission in the use process. Therefore, the addition of the antibacterial agent to the core of the paper diaper is very necessary. The selection of the antibacterial agent is directly related to the antibacterial performance of the product, however, most organic antibacterial agents have certain irritation and toxic and side effects on human skin, and inorganic antibacterial agents often contain heavy metal ions, and easily permeate human bodies to cause harm.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve one or more technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a dry, comfortable, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult paper diaper and a preparation method thereof. The dry, comfortable, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult paper diaper disclosed by the invention has good liquid absorption performance and also has bacteriostatic and odor-removing performances and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a dry, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult diaper in a first aspect, which comprises a diaper main body, wherein the diaper main body sequentially comprises a surface layer, a bacteriostatic and odor-removing filter core layer, an absorption core layer and a bottom film layer from top to bottom; the surface layer is provided with a flow guide embossing; the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer is formed by wrapping super absorbent resin, honeysuckle powder and wormwood powder by non-woven fabrics; the absorption core layer consists of an absorption layer and a wrapping layer wrapping the absorption layer, the absorption layer comprises a first absorption layer and a second absorption layer, and the first absorption layer is closer to the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer than the second absorption layer; the first absorption layer is a high-water-absorption resin layer formed by high-water-absorption resin, and the second absorption layer is a mixed layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and the high-water-absorption resin; the super absorbent resin contained in the first absorption layer accounts for 6-15% of the total mass of the absorption layer, the super absorbent resin contained in the second absorption layer accounts for 11-20% of the total mass of the absorption layer, and fluff pulp contained in the second absorption layer accounts for 65-75% of the total mass of the absorption layer.
Preferably, the guide embossing is formed by pressing and pressing an embossing device; the embossing device is an embossing roller, the length of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm, and the peripheral diameter of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm; the embossing roller is provided with three bulges, the width of one bulge is 0.8-1.2 cm, the width of the other two bulges is 0.4-0.6 cm, and the distance between every two adjacent bulges is 0.1-6 cm.
Preferably, in the antibacterial and odor-removing filter core layer, by mass, the super absorbent resin is 0.3-10 parts, the honeysuckle powder is 0.2-5 parts, and the wormwood powder is 0.2-5 parts.
Preferably, the surface layer is a non-woven fabric surface layer, and the non-woven fabric surface layer is made of hot air non-woven fabric, spun-bonded non-woven fabric or pure cotton non-woven fabric.
Preferably, the non-woven fabric in the antibacterial and odor-removing filter core layer is a hot air non-woven fabric, a spun-bonded non-woven fabric or a spunlace non-woven fabric made of one or more fibers selected from PP fibers, PET fibers and ES fibers.
Preferably, the particle size of the super absorbent resin is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 25g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.5 mL/min.
Preferably, the wrapping layer is made of wet strength paper, dust-free paper, polymer composite absorbent paper or non-woven fabric.
Preferably, the fluff pulp is wood pulp.
The invention provides a preparation method of a dry, comfortable, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult paper diaper in a second aspect, which comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the super absorbent resin, the honeysuckle powder and the wormwood powder, and then wrapping the mixture with non-woven fabric to obtain a bacteriostatic and deodorant filter core layer;
(2) the method comprises the following steps of (1) adopting a high-water-absorption resin layer formed by high-water-absorption resin as a first absorption layer, adopting a mixed layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and the high-water-absorption resin as a second absorption layer, arranging the first absorption layer above the second absorption layer to obtain an absorption layer, and then wrapping the absorption layer by using a wrapping layer to obtain an absorption core layer; the high water-absorbent resin contained in the first absorption layer accounts for 6-15% of the total mass of the absorption layer, the high water-absorbent resin contained in the second absorption layer accounts for 11-20% of the total mass of the absorption layer, and fluff pulp contained in the second absorption layer accounts for 65-75% of the total mass of the absorption layer;
(3) arranging the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer above the absorption core layer;
(4) and arranging a surface layer above the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer, arranging a bottom film layer below the absorption core layer, and then carrying out roller pressing by using an embossing device to form a diversion embossing on the surface layer, thus finally obtaining the dry, antibacterial and odor-removing adult diaper.
Preferably, in the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer, by mass, 0.3-10 parts of super absorbent resin, 0.2-5 parts of honeysuckle powder and 0.2-5 parts of wormwood powder are contained; and/or the embossing equipment is an embossing roller, the length of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm, and the peripheral diameter of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm; the embossing roller is provided with three bulges, the width of one bulge is 0.8-1.2 cm, the width of the other two bulges is 0.4-0.6 cm, and the distance between every two adjacent bulges is 0.1-6 cm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the adult diaper provided by the invention, the utilization rate of the super absorbent resin is increased by adjusting the structure of the absorption core layer and the proportion parameters of fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin in the absorption core layer, so that the liquid absorption performance, the liquid absorption diffusion performance and the dryness of the adult diaper are greatly improved; in addition, the invention forms the guide embossing on the surface layer through the designed special embossing equipment, which not only increases the guide effect and accelerates the rapid infiltration of the liquid on the basis of the traditional plain-weave surface layer technology, but also can further ensure that the liquid is rapidly dispersed, and further increases the utilization rate of the super absorbent resin.
(2) The invention is different from the existing paper diaper core body added with an organic antibacterial agent or an inorganic antibacterial agent, the invention adopts wormwood with the functions of warming the middle-jiao to dispel cold, drying dampness and relieving itching, honeysuckle with the functions of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and the like to be mixed with super absorbent resin for the first time to form a bacteriostasis and odor removing component, the bacteriostasis and odor removing filter core layer in the invention is formed by wrapping the bacteriostasis and odor removing component by non-woven fabric, and the bacteriostasis and odor removing filter core layer is added to ensure that the adult paper diaper has better functions of bacteriostasis and odor removal; the antibacterial and odor-removing components are wrapped by the non-woven fabric, are not in direct contact with the skin, and are safe and free of toxic and side effects.
(3) The raw material components of the invention have simple sources and low cost, and the product prepared from the raw material components has good effect, no stimulation to skin, simple manufacturing procedure and good application prospect.
(4) The dry, comfortable, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult paper diaper has the characteristics of instantaneous absorption, instantaneous drying, effective locking of urine and other liquids, low reverse osmosis, good bacteriostatic and odor-removing effects and the like.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a dry, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult diaper in a first aspect, which comprises a diaper main body, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the diaper main body sequentially comprises a surface layer, a bacteriostatic and odor-removing filter core layer, an absorption core layer (also referred to as an intermediate absorption core layer) and a bottom film layer from top to bottom; the surface layer is provided with a flow guide embossing (not shown in figure 1); the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer is formed by wrapping super absorbent resin, honeysuckle powder and wormwood powder by non-woven fabrics; the absorption core layer consists of an absorption layer and a wrapping layer wrapping the absorption layer, the absorption layer comprises a first absorption layer and a second absorption layer, and the first absorption layer is closer to the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer than the second absorption layer; the first absorption layer is a high-water-absorption resin layer formed by high-water-absorption resin, and the second absorption layer is a mixed layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and the high-water-absorption resin; the superabsorbent polymer contained in the first absorbent layer accounts for 6 to 15% (e.g., 6%, 6.5%, 7%, 7.5%, 8%, 8.5%, 9%, 9.5%, 10%, 10.5%, 11%, 11.5%, 12%, 12.5%, 13%, 13.5%, 14%, 14.5%, or 15%) of the total mass of the absorbent layer, the superabsorbent polymer contained in the second absorbent layer accounts for 11 to 20% (e.g., 11%, 11.5%, 12%, 12.5%, 13%, 13.5%, 14%, 14.5%, 15%, 15.5%, 16%, 16.5%, 17%, 17.5%, 18%, 18.5%, 19%, 19.5%, or 20%) of the total mass of the absorbent layer, and the fluff pulp contained in the second absorbent layer accounts for 65 to 75% (e.g., 65%, 66%, 67%, 68%, 69%, 70%, 71%, 72%, 73%, 74%, or 75%) of the total mass of the absorbent layer. The wrapping layer is not particularly required in the present invention, and for example, the absorbent layer may be fully wrapped or half wrapped with the wrapping layer, and for example, a half wrapping method as shown in fig. 1 may be employed in consideration of cost.
Present adult diaper is with two cotton core structures (little cotton core and big cotton core) many, and what comparatively dry and comfortable is that contain the polymer in little cotton core (going up cotton core), for saving the big cotton core of cost does not have the polymer, and more polymers are put in and are gone up the cotton core purpose: the local absorption capacity is increased, the high molecules are utilized to the maximum, the upper-layer core body is very easy to agglomerate and break in the using process of the adult paper diaper due to the fact that the upper-layer high molecule content is high (generally higher than 30%), and the existing adult paper diaper generally has the problem of poor dryness and comfort due to the fact that the urine quantity of a user is large and the using time is long. The first absorption layer adopted by the absorption core layer is a pure super absorbent resin layer, the diffusion performance of the absorption core body can be improved by adding the embossing design of the surface layer, and the second absorption layer is a mixed layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin, so that the absorption area is increased, and the dryness is better. The adult diaper increases the utilization rate of the super absorbent resin by adjusting the structure of the absorbent core layer and the proportion parameters of fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin in the absorbent core layer, so that the liquid absorption performance, the liquid absorption diffusion performance and the dryness of the adult diaper are greatly improved. The inventor unexpectedly finds that the structure arrangement of the absorption core layer, the total mass of the super absorbent resin contained in the first absorption layer in the absorption layer is controlled to be 6-15%, the total mass of the super absorbent resin contained in the second absorption layer in the absorption layer is controlled to be 11-20%, the total mass of the fluff pulp contained in the second absorption layer in the absorption layer is controlled to be 65-75%, the content of the super absorbent resin contained in the first absorption layer is less than that of the super absorbent resin contained in the second absorption layer, and the dry and comfortable antibacterial adult diaper with optimal comprehensive performances such as reverse osmosis reduction, liquid absorption performance, liquid absorption diffusion performance, dryness and the like is favorably obtained, and any change of the structures of the first absorption layer and the second absorption layer or the change of the structures of the super absorbent resin in the first absorption layer and the super absorbent resin in the second absorption layer is favorable for obtaining the dry and comfortable antibacterial adult diaper with optimal comprehensive performances such as reverse osmosis reduction, liquid absorption performance, liquid absorption diffusion performance, dryness and the dryness and, Any change in the content of fluff pulp results in a decrease in the back-bleeding, liquid-absorbing performance, liquid-absorbing diffusing performance, or dryness performance of the adult diaper.
The invention is different from the existing diaper core body added with an organic antibacterial agent or an inorganic antibacterial agent, the invention adopts the wormwood with the functions of warming the middle-jiao to dispel cold, drying dampness and relieving itching, the honeysuckle with the functions of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and the like to be mixed with the super absorbent resin for the first time to form the bacteriostasis and odor removing component, and the bacteriostasis and odor removing filter core layer in the invention is formed by wrapping the bacteriostasis and odor removing component by non-woven fabrics; the adult paper diaper has better bacteriostatic and odor-removing effects by adding the bacteriostatic and odor-removing filter core layer; the antibacterial and odor-removing components are wrapped by the non-woven fabric, are not in direct contact with the skin, and are safe and free of toxic and side effects. The bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer with the bacteriostatic odor-removing component can also be used for preparing menstrual pants, paper diapers, pull-ups and other adult incontinence products, and the size of a specific product is not specially limited. When making sanitary pads, it is usually chosen not to add a polymeric water-absorbent resin to the absorbent material of the central absorbent core layer, since there are requirements on the thickness of the product, and the rest remain the same.
In fig. 1 of the present invention, the structural layers are peeled off from each other in order to clearly show the position relationship between the structural layers of the present invention, but it should be understood that the structural layers of the present invention are actually closely attached to each other, and in the present invention, the surface layer 1, the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer 2, the absorbent core layer, and the bottom film layer 5 may be sequentially bonded together by hot melt adhesive, for example.
According to some preferred embodiments, the guide embossings are pressed by an embossing device; the embossing device is an embossing roller, the length of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm, and the peripheral diameter of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm; the embossing roller is provided with three bulges, wherein the width of one bulge is 0.8-1.2 cm (such as 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2cm) and is preferably 1cm, the width of the other two bulges is 0.4-0.6 cm (such as 0.4, 0.5 or 0.6cm) and is preferably 0.5cm, and the distance between every two adjacent bulges is 0.1-6 cm (such as 0.1, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5 or 6 cm). The invention discovers that the guide embossing formed by the embossing roller with the bulges with the specific width and the specific intervals among the bulges has the best guide effect, can obviously improve the infiltration speed of liquid, can further quickly spread the liquid and further increases the utilization rate of the super absorbent resin.
In the invention, the flow guide embossing is preferably formed by the embossing rollers with two relatively narrow bulges arranged on two sides of the relatively wide bulges, so that the formed flow guide embossing has a simple structure and a better urine flow guide effect.
According to some preferred embodiments, in the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer, the super absorbent resin is 0.3 to 10 parts (e.g. 0.3, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5 or 10 parts) by mass, preferably 4 to 8 parts (e.g. 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5 or 8 parts), the honeysuckle powder is 0.2 to 5 parts (e.g. 0.2, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5 or 5 parts) by mass, preferably 0.5 to 2 parts (e.5, 1, 1.5 or 2 parts), and the wormwood powder is 0.2 parts (e.0.2, 2, 5, 1, 5, 1.5 or 2, 5, 1.5, 5, 2, 5, or 2 parts (e.5, 1.5, 5, 2, 5, 2 parts) by mass, 5, or 2 parts by mass). According to the invention, the moxa with the effects of warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold, eliminating dampness and relieving itching, the honeysuckle with the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and the like are mixed with the super absorbent resin for the first time to form the components for inhibiting bacteria and removing odor, so that the adult paper diaper has a better effect of inhibiting bacteria and removing odor. According to the invention, when the using amount of the honeysuckle powder and the wormwood is small, the honeysuckle powder and the wormwood have no antibacterial effect, and when the using amount is large, the honeysuckle powder and the wormwood are not easy to mix with the super absorbent resin for processing, and simultaneously, the dryness of the paper diaper is greatly influenced.
According to some preferred embodiments, the surface layer is a nonwoven surface layer made of a through-air nonwoven or a spunbond nonwoven or a pure cotton nonwoven or other nonwovens; preferably, the non-woven surface layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric.
According to some preferred embodiments, the nonwoven fabric in the bacteriostatic and odor-removing filter core layer is a hot air nonwoven fabric, a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, a spunlace nonwoven fabric or the like made of one or more fibers selected from PP fibers (polypropylene fibers), PET fibers (polyester fibers) and ES fibers; preferably, the non-woven fabric in the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer is a hot air non-woven fabric made of ES fibers; in the present invention, "ES" in the ES fiber is an abbreviation of english "Ethylene-Propylene Side By Side", and the ES fiber is one of polyolefin fibers.
The performance index of the super absorbent resin is not particularly required, and in some preferred embodiments, the particle size of the super absorbent resin is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 25g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.5 mL/min; in the present invention, the super absorbent resin is also referred to as a high molecular water absorbent resin.
According to some preferred embodiments, the wrapping layer may be made of wet strength paper, dust-free paper, polymer composite absorbent paper or non-woven fabric; preferably, the wrapping layer is made of wet strength paper. The invention has no special requirements on the wet strength paper, the dust-free paper, the polymer composite absorbent paper and the like, and can be prepared by adopting the wet strength paper, the dust-free paper and the polymer composite absorbent paper which are commonly used for preparing absorbent articles in the field.
According to some preferred embodiments, the fluff pulp is wood pulp.
According to some preferred embodiments, the backsheet layer is a breathable backsheet layer having breathability; preferably, the base film layer is a PE breathable base film layer.
According to some specific embodiments, the dry bacteriostatic odor-removing adult paper diaper comprises a non-woven fabric surface layer, a bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer, an absorption layer, a wrapping layer and a breathable bottom film layer. The surface layer of the non-woven fabric is designed with embossing, and embossing equipment is designed after the surface layer of the non-woven fabric is laid, so that the flow guide effect is increased, the rapid infiltration of liquid is accelerated, and meanwhile, the liquid is rapidly diffused to increase the utilization rate of the super absorbent resin; the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer is prepared by wrapping high-molecular water-absorbing resin, honeysuckle powder and wormwood powder with non-woven fabric; the absorption layer is of a 2-layer structure: the first layer is a high water-absorbing resin layer made of pure high water-absorbing resin, and the second layer is a mixed layer made of fluff pulp and high water-absorbing resin; the proportion parameters of the fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin are adjusted as follows: the high-water-absorption resin in the pure high-water-absorption resin layer in the first layer accounts for 6-15 wt% of the total mass of the absorption layer, in the mixed layer of the fluff pulp and the high-water-absorption resin in the second layer, the high-water-absorption resin accounts for 11-20 wt% of the total mass of the absorption layer, and the fluff pulp accounts for 65-75 wt% of the total mass of the absorption layer; the wrapping layer is made of wet strength paper, and the absorbing layer is wrapped by the wrapping layer to form an absorbing core layer. The embossing device is an embossing roller, the length of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm, the peripheral diameter of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm, 3 bulges are designed on the roller, the width of one bulge is 1cm, the widths of other bulges are 0.5cm, and the distance between the 3 bulges is 0.1-6 cm; the breathable bottom film layer is a PE breathable bottom film layer.
The invention provides a preparation method of a dry, comfortable, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult paper diaper in a second aspect, which comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the super absorbent resin, the honeysuckle powder and the wormwood powder, and then wrapping the mixture with non-woven fabric to obtain a bacteriostatic and deodorant filter core layer;
(2) the method comprises the following steps of (1) adopting a high-water-absorption resin layer formed by high-water-absorption resin as a first absorption layer, adopting a mixed layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and the high-water-absorption resin as a second absorption layer, arranging the first absorption layer above the second absorption layer to obtain an absorption layer, and then wrapping the absorption layer by using a wrapping layer to obtain an absorption core layer; the high water-absorbent resin contained in the first absorption layer accounts for 6-15% of the total mass of the absorption layer, the high water-absorbent resin contained in the second absorption layer accounts for 11-20% of the total mass of the absorption layer, and fluff pulp contained in the second absorption layer accounts for 65-75% of the total mass of the absorption layer;
(3) arranging the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer above the absorption core layer;
(4) and arranging a surface layer above the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer, arranging a bottom film layer below the absorption core layer, and then carrying out roller pressing by using an embossing device to form a diversion embossing on the surface layer, thus finally obtaining the dry, antibacterial and odor-removing adult diaper.
According to some preferred embodiments, in the antibacterial and odor-removing filter core layer, by mass, the super absorbent resin is 0.3-10 parts, the honeysuckle powder is 0.2-5 parts, and the wormwood powder is 0.2-5 parts; and/or the embossing equipment is an embossing roller, the length of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm, and the peripheral diameter of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm; the embossing roller is provided with three bulges, the width of one bulge is 0.8-1.2 cm, the width of the other two bulges is 0.4-0.6 cm, and the distance between every two adjacent bulges is 0.1-6 cm.
According to some specific embodiments, the preparation method of the dry bacteriostatic odor-removing adult paper diaper comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer, wherein the ratio of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin to the honeysuckle powder to the wormwood powder is that the high-molecular water-absorbent resin accounts for 0.3-10 parts by weight, the honeysuckle powder accounts for 0.2-5 parts by weight, and the wormwood powder accounts for 0.2-5 parts by weight, and after mixing, wrapping the mixture by using non-woven fabrics.
(2) A first absorption layer in the absorption layer is paved with a pure super absorbent resin layer, the proportion of the super absorbent resin to the total mass of the absorption layer is 6-15 wt%, a second absorption layer in the absorption layer is paved with a mixed layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin, the proportion of the super absorbent resin to the total mass of the absorption layer in the second absorption layer is 11-20 wt%, the proportion of the fluff pulp to the total mass of the absorption layer is 65-75 wt%, and wet strength paper is adopted to wrap the absorption layer to obtain an absorption core layer; wherein the first absorbent layer is closer to the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer than the second absorbent layer.
(3) And placing the prepared antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer on the absorption core layer.
(4) The top layer is paved with a spun-bonded non-woven surface layer, the bottom layer is attached with a breathable bottom film layer, the bottom layer is pressed by an additional embossing roller to generate diversion embossing, and finally the dry, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult diaper is manufactured.
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. These examples are merely illustrative of preferred embodiments of the present invention and the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited to these examples.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a dry, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult paper diaper, which sequentially comprises a non-woven fabric surface layer, a bacteriostatic and odor-removing excessive core layer, an absorption core layer and a bottom film layer from top to bottom, wherein the absorption core layer is formed by wrapping an absorption layer by wet strength paper (wrapping layer), and the absorption layer is composed of a first absorption layer and a second absorption layer from top to bottom; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing an antibacterial and odor-removing filter core layer, mixing 5 parts by mass of high-molecular water-absorbent resin, 1 part by mass of honeysuckle powder and 1 part by mass of wormwood powder, and wrapping the mixture by using non-woven fabric.

(2) A first absorption layer in the absorption layer is paved with a pure super absorbent resin layer, the proportion of the super absorbent resin to the total mass of the absorption layer is 14 wt%, a second absorption layer in the absorption layer is paved with a mixed layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin, the proportion of the super absorbent resin to the total mass of the absorption layer in the second absorption layer is 16 wt%, the proportion of the fluff pulp to the total mass of the absorption layer is 70 wt%, and wet strength paper is adopted to wrap the absorption layer to obtain an absorption core layer; wherein the first absorbent layer is closer to the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer than the second absorbent layer. The super absorbent resin used was the same as in example 1.
Example 5
Example 5 is essentially the same as example 1, except that:
(1) preparing a bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer, mixing 10 parts by weight of high-molecular water-absorbent resin, 6 parts by weight of honeysuckle powder and 6 parts by weight of wormwood powder, and wrapping the mixture by using non-woven fabrics. The super absorbent resin used was the same as in example 1.
Example 6
Example 6 is essentially the same as example 1, except that:
(1) preparing a bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer, wherein the ratio of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin to the honeysuckle powder to the wormwood powder is 0.25 part by mass of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin, 1 part by mass of the honeysuckle powder to 1 part by mass of the wormwood powder, and after mixing, wrapping the mixture by using non-woven fabrics. The super absorbent resin used was the same as in example 1.
Example 7
Example 7 is essentially the same as example 1, except that:
(1) preparing a bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer, wherein the ratio of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin to the honeysuckle powder to the wormwood powder is 5 parts by weight, the ratio of the honeysuckle powder to the wormwood powder to be mixed, and wrapping the mixture by using non-woven fabrics.
Example 8
Example 8 is essentially the same as example 1, except that:
(2) a first absorption layer in the absorption layer is paved with a pure super absorbent resin layer, the proportion of the super absorbent resin in the total mass of the absorption layer is 20 wt%, a second absorption layer in the absorption layer is paved with a mixed layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin, the proportion of the super absorbent resin in the second absorption layer in the total mass of the absorption layer is 11 wt%, the proportion of the fluff pulp in the total mass of the absorption layer is 69 wt%, and wet strength paper is used for wrapping the absorption layer to obtain an absorption core layer; wherein the first absorbent layer is closer to the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer than the second absorbent layer; the super absorbent resin used was the same as in example 1.
In this embodiment, the SAP (super absorbent polymer) in the first absorption layer is too much, so that the produced diaper is not easy to guide and is easy to agglomerate and break.
Example 9
Example 9 is essentially the same as example 1, except that:
(2) a first absorption layer in the absorption layer is paved with a pure super absorbent resin layer, the proportion of the super absorbent resin to the total mass of the absorption layer is 35 wt%, a second absorption layer in the absorption layer is paved with a pure fluff pulp layer, the proportion of the fluff pulp to the total mass of the absorption layer is 65 wt%, and wet strength paper is adopted to wrap the absorption layer, so that an absorption core layer is obtained; wherein the first absorbent layer is closer to the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer than the second absorbent layer; the super absorbent resin used was the same as in example 1.
In this embodiment, the SAP (super absorbent polymer) in the first absorption layer is too much, so that the produced diaper is not easy to guide, the utilization rate of the super absorbent polymer is low, and the phenomenon of conglomeration and fracture is easy to occur.
Example 10
Example 10 is essentially the same as example 1, except that:
(4) the top layer is paved with a spunbonded non-woven fabric surface layer, the bottom layer is attached with a breathable bottom film layer, the existing common flow guide embossing (flow guide embossing with an oval connection shape) is formed on the non-woven fabric surface layer, and finally the adult diaper is manufactured.
The adult diapers manufactured in examples 1 to 10 were subjected to performance tests, and the results of the performance tests are shown in table 1.
The performance test method comprises the following steps: adding liquid into an iron ring by using a funnel, taking 150mL three parts of 0.9% saline, adding liquid at 0min, 10min and 35min respectively, recording the time of completion of each absorption as an absorption speed in unit of s, recording the diffusion length of the previous two times in unit of cm, testing the moisture sensation by using 10cm x 10cm absorbent paper at 15min, recording the weight increment of the absorbent paper as the moisture sensation in unit of g, and testing the reverse osmosis amount in unit of g by using 5kg of filter paper with the diameter of 15.00cm at 25min and 50 min.
The odor removing test method comprises the following steps: randomly 30 persons were found to perform the odor test, and the data results were counted, and the results are shown in table 2.

According to the results in tables 1 and 2, it can be seen by comprehensive analysis and comparison of data that the adult diaper prepared in example 1 has the fastest absorption speed, better dryness and the best odor removing effect. In addition, according to the results of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, the invention unexpectedly discovers that the arrangement of the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer not only has good bacteriostatic odor-removing effect, but also can effectively increase the liquid absorption speed and the diffusion length of the adult paper diaper to a certain extent, and effectively reduce the damp feeling and the reverse osmosis amount of the adult paper diaper, and the technical effect is obtained by the arrangement of the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer in the invention. In the invention, comparing the embodiment 1 with the embodiments 4 to 7, it can be seen that in the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer, only when the super absorbent resin is 0.3 to 10 parts, the honeysuckle powder is 0.2 to 5 parts, and the wormwood powder is 0.2 to 5 parts, the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer can enable the bacteriostatic odor-removing effect to be optimal while not affecting comprehensive performances such as liquid absorption performance, dry performance and the like of the dry bacteriostatic odor-removing adult paper diaper. In the present invention, comparing example 1 with examples 8 to 9, it can be seen that the structure of the absorbent core layer in the present invention is configured such that the total mass of the super absorbent resin contained in the first absorbent layer is controlled to 6 to 15%, the total mass of the super absorbent resin contained in the second absorbent layer is controlled to 11 to 20%, and the total mass of the fluff pulp contained in the second absorbent layer is controlled to 65 to 75%, and the super absorbent resin content contained in the first absorbent layer is less than the super absorbent resin content contained in the second absorbent layer, so that the dry, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult diaper having the best overall performance such as low reverse osmosis, liquid absorption performance, diffusion performance, and dry and refreshing properties can be obtained. In the invention, comparing the embodiment 1 with the embodiment 10, compared with the diversion embossing in the prior art, the diversion embossing formed by the embossing roller with the bulges with the specific width and the specific intervals among the bulges has better diversion effect, improves the infiltration speed of liquid and the effect of quickly spreading the liquid, increases the utilization rate of super absorbent resin, improves the absorption speed of the adult diaper, and obviously reduces the reverse osmosis amount and the damp feeling.
The invention has not been described in detail and is in part known to those of skill in the art.
It is to be particularly noted that, in the present invention, the terms "upper", "lower", "above", "below", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in fig. 1, and are only for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the indicated components must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention; the specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood as appropriate to those of ordinary skill in the art.

the absorption core layer consists of an absorption layer and a wrapping layer wrapping the absorption layer, the absorption layer comprises a first absorption layer and a second absorption layer, and the first absorption layer is closer to the bacteriostatic odor-removing filter core layer than the second absorption layer;
the first absorption layer is a high-water-absorption resin layer formed by high-water-absorption resin, and the second absorption layer is a mixed layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and the high-water-absorption resin; the super absorbent resin contained in the first absorption layer accounts for 6-15% of the total mass of the absorption layer, the super absorbent resin contained in the second absorption layer accounts for 11-20% of the total mass of the absorption layer, and fluff pulp contained in the second absorption layer accounts for 65-75% of the total mass of the absorption layer.
2. The dry, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult paper diaper according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the guide embossing is formed by pressing and combining embossing equipment through rollers;
the embossing device is an embossing roller, the length of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm, and the peripheral diameter of the embossing roller is 15-20 cm;
the embossing roller is provided with three bulges, the width of one bulge is 0.8-1.2 cm, the width of the other two bulges is 0.4-0.6 cm, and the distance between every two adjacent bulges is 0.1-6 cm.

in the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer, by mass, 0.3-10 parts of super absorbent resin, 0.2-5 parts of honeysuckle powder and 0.2-5 parts of wormwood powder are contained.

the wrapping layer is made of wet strength paper, dust-free paper, polymer composite absorbent paper or non-woven fabric.

the fluff pulp is wood pulp.
9. A preparation method of a dry, comfortable, bacteriostatic and odor-removing adult paper diaper is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the super absorbent resin, the honeysuckle powder and the wormwood powder, and then wrapping the mixture with non-woven fabric to obtain a bacteriostatic and deodorant filter core layer;
(2) the method comprises the following steps of (1) adopting a high-water-absorption resin layer formed by high-water-absorption resin as a first absorption layer, adopting a mixed layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and the high-water-absorption resin as a second absorption layer, arranging the first absorption layer above the second absorption layer to obtain an absorption layer, and then wrapping the absorption layer by using a wrapping layer to obtain an absorption core layer; the high water-absorbent resin contained in the first absorption layer accounts for 6-15% of the total mass of the absorption layer, the high water-absorbent resin contained in the second absorption layer accounts for 11-20% of the total mass of the absorption layer, and fluff pulp contained in the second absorption layer accounts for 65-75% of the total mass of the absorption layer;
(3) arranging the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer above the absorption core layer;
(4) and arranging a surface layer above the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer, arranging a bottom film layer below the absorption core layer, and then carrying out roller pressing by using an embossing device to form a diversion embossing on the surface layer, thus finally obtaining the dry, antibacterial and odor-removing adult diaper.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein:
in the antibacterial odor-removing filter core layer, by mass, 0.3-10 parts of super absorbent resin, 0.2-5 parts of honeysuckle powder and 0.2-5 parts of wormwood powder are contained; and/or
