An ultra-soft high blood absorption type composite core body comprises a piece of dust-free paper 1, a first blood absorption type high molecular resin 2, a fluffy cotton non-woven fabric 3, a second blood absorption type high molecular resin 4, fluff pulp 5 and viscose spunlace non-woven fabric 6 which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, the outer layer of the composite core body is also provided with a wrapping layer 7 for wrapping the layers, the base material of the wrapping layer 7 is SMMS hydrophilic spun-bonded melt-blown composite non-woven fabric, wherein the gram weight of the dust-free paper is 55gsm, the first blood absorption type high molecular resin 2 and the second blood absorption type high molecular resin 4 are functional monomer N-amino acid based acrylamide modified sodium acrylate high-absorptivity resin, the gram weight of the fluffy cotton non-woven fabric is 55gsm, the specification of the fluffy cotton non-woven fabric is 45gsm, the specification of the fluff pulp is 40gsm, the specification of the viscose spunlace nonwoven fabric is 55gsm, and the specification of the SMMS hydrophilic spunbonded meltblown composite nonwoven fabric is 15 gsm.
In the invention, in order to reduce the overall thickness of the ultra-soft high blood absorption type composite core, the ultra-soft high blood absorption type composite core only comprises dust-free paper 1, first blood absorption type high polymer resin 2, fluffy cotton non-woven fabric 3, second blood absorption type high polymer resin 4 and viscose spunlace non-woven fabric 6 which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, and the fluff pulp layer 5 can be selectively arranged according to the required liquid absorption amount and the core thickness.
In addition, the wrapping layer 7 arranged on the outer layer of the composite core body is used for assisting in fixing the above layers, and the wrapping layer 7 can also be selectively arranged because the layers are relatively fixed through a bonding mode such as adhesive bonding or thermal bonding or a fixing mode such as pressure fixing.
As a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sanitary napkin, as shown in fig. 2, comprising a surface layer 8 for making menstrual blood infiltrate down, an absorbent core 9 for absorbing menstrual blood and a base film 10 for preventing menstrual blood from permeating, which are arranged in this order from top to bottom, wherein the absorbent core is a super-soft high blood absorption type composite core as described above.
As an expansion example of the sanitary towel, in order to further increase the blood retention of the sanitary towel, wet absorbent paper 11 is also arranged between the absorption core body and the bottom film of the sanitary towel, and the gram weight of the wet absorbent paper 11 is 60-90 gsm.
The wet-process absorbent paper 11 with 60-90gsm, such as 70 or 80gsm gram weight, is added under the composite core, because of the strong diffusion performance of the full-viscose spunlace fabric at the lower layer of the composite core, the absorbent paper can contact blood in a larger area, the blood retention of the absorbent paper is strong, the reverse osmosis amount of the product is reduced again, and the wet-process absorbent paper has good flexibility and thin thickness, and the whole thickness and flexibility of the sanitary towel product cannot be influenced when being used at the lower layer.
As a second expanded embodiment of the sanitary napkin, in order to further increase the liquid permeability and reverse osmosis prevention of the sanitary napkin, the lower surface of the wet absorbent paper 11 of the sanitary napkin is further provided with a blood coagulation layer, the lower surface of the surface layer of the sanitary napkin is provided with an anticoagulant layer, the anticoagulant layer can rapidly coagulate the menstrual blood permeating into the bottom layer, so as to prevent reverse osmosis of the menstrual blood, the anticoagulant layer can prevent the menstrual blood on the surface from coagulating into a larger volume, so as to hinder osmosis of the menstrual blood, the anticoagulant layer can be an anticoagulant blood coating using a non-woven fabric as a base material, the anticoagulant includes, but is not limited to, sodium citrate, the blood coagulation layer is a blood coagulation coating using a non-woven fabric as a base material, and the coagulant includes, but is not limited to, tranexamic acid.
In addition, in order to increase the antibacterial property of the sanitary napkin, the lower surface of the surface layer 8 is further provided with an antibacterial layer, the antibacterial layer is a non-woven fabric layer which takes non-woven fabric as a base material and is coated with an antibacterial agent, and the antibacterial agent includes but is not limited to probiotic freeze-dried powder and the like.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms "upper", "lower", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience and simplicity of describing the present invention, but do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements shown must have specific orientations or positional relationships, and thus, the present invention should not be construed as being limited. The term "connected" in the present invention is to be understood as a broad connection, and may be, for example, a mechanical connection, an electrical connection, or a connection between elements, and may be a direct connection or an indirect connection via an intermediate. The ultra-soft high blood-suction type composite core body as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the outer layer of the composite core body is also provided with a wrapping layer for wrapping the layers, and the base material of the wrapping layer is SMMS hydrophilic spun-bonded melt-blown composite non-woven fabric.
4. The ultra-soft high blood-suction type composite core body as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the gram weight of the dust-free paper is 45-60 gsm.

The ultra-soft high blood-suction type composite core body as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first blood absorption type high polymer resin and the second blood absorption type high polymer resin are functional monomer N-amino acid based acrylamide modified sodium acrylate high-absorptivity resin, the gram weight of the first blood absorption type high polymer resin is not higher than that of the second blood absorption type high polymer resin, the gram weight of the first blood absorption type high polymer resin is 25-75gsm, and the gram weight of the second blood absorption type high polymer resin is 75-150 gsm.
6. The ultra-soft high blood draw composite core of claim 1, wherein: the specification of the fluffy cotton non-woven fabric is 30-60 gsm.
